莲师事业幻化相，雪域智者成就之顶严，一切智者胜者之自在，名为多杰托美匝，其名声之白光，于有寂之顶端显现，如是尊者于清净智慧之显现中所现，甚深封印之法类二十五种之中，以马头明王莲师命名之宝瓶封印中，长寿五部主赐予不死胜妙之坛城灌顶。 如是，一切智者上师于土猪年四月间，于第二持舟之广大无量宫殿中，为利益藏地之安乐，而勤修甚深瑜伽之时，总的来说，有无量清净之显现，特别是该月十四日，修持长寿成就赐予不死之吉祥时，由大成就者之智慧身加持并赐予灌顶，且多有授记。尤其当年九月初八起，依仗成就自在者汤东嘉波之手所造之ཛྷཻ་ཀྵིཾ，从成就之宝瓶中，修持赐予不死吉祥之成就一周，大成就者即于面前虚空中显现。世尊无量寿佛刹那间幻化九尊之坛城，如圆满赐予灌顶般，一切智者大士亦如是，次第传于持明幻化身莲师事业，及无诤一时之伏藏师持明伏藏主林巴等具缘法主，自此直至我等具德上师之间，传承未断，由此而来之甚深口诀，为接引弟子，于此，上师之事业已竟。 于汝等之份中，有入坛城与入后赐予灌顶二者，首先为入坛城，献曼扎以为供养。合掌并以鲜花等物，以不退转之信心猛烈祈请，随念诵此祈请文三遍：诸佛之语化身尊，无量寿怙主坛城中，祈请善引吾等诸法器，令成熟解脱祈加持。

Manifestation of Lotus Guru's activities, the crown jewel of the snowland's wise and accomplished ones, the all-knowing, victorious one's empowerment, named Dorje Tokme Tsal, whose white light of fame is manifestly high above existence and peace. Among the twenty-five secret sealed Dharma teachings that appeared in the pure wisdom vision of that being, it is the empowerment into the mandala of the five long-life deities bestowing the supreme immortality from the sealed vase named after Hayagriva Padmasambhava. Thus, the all-knowing lama himself, in the Earth Pig year, during the fourth Hor month, in the great immeasurable palace of the second Holder of the Boat, for the sake of the well-being of the Tibetan realm, while engaging in profound yoga, in general, there were endless pure visions. In particular, on the fourteenth of that month, while practicing the long-life accomplishment of bestowing immortal glory, he was blessed and empowered by the wisdom body of the great accomplished master, and many prophecies were bestowed. Especially from the eighth day of the ninth Hor month of that year, relying on the accomplished vase made from the hand of the accomplished master Thangtong Gyalpo's ཛྷཻ་ཀྵིཾ, he performed the accomplishment of bestowing immortal glory for a week, and the great accomplished master himself appeared manifestly in the sky in front of him. The Bhagavan Amitayus instantly manifested the mandala of the nine deities and bestowed the complete empowerment. Likewise, the great all-knowing one also passed it on in succession to the vidyadhara emanation body, Lotus Guru's activities, and the tertön Rigdzin Terdak Lingpa, the treasure revealer of the undisputed present time, and other fortunate Dharma lords. From then until our glorious and holy lama, the lineage has been unbroken. Through this profound instruction that has come down, to guide disciples, the activities of the master have been completed. In your share, there are two aspects: entering the mandala and, after entering, receiving empowerment. First, for entering the mandala, offer a mandala as payment for receiving the Dharma. With palms together and with flowers, etc., with strong faith and devotion, recite this prayer three times: Embodiment of the speech of all Buddhas, In the mandala of Amitayus, the protector, Please lead us, the worthy vessels, And grant us maturity and liberation.

索！ 之后， 为了完全清净相续，在前方虚空中，观想如同亲眼所见般安住的皈依境，在他们的面前，以心专注于语词，积聚皈依、发心之资粮，请复诵这些。 我等同虚空一切有情众生，等，如仪轨般，一句一句地念诵三遍。为了受持五部之律仪，请如此观想： 于前方虚空之处，世尊怙主无量寿智五部，赐予不死胜妙之坛城轮之本尊众，以及诸佛菩萨、勇士空行、护法守护之众，如乌云密布般安住的面前，从此时起直至菩提果之间，以五部律仪所摄持之持明咒之律仪等，我等受持，如此作意后，请复诵此： 吽！十方四时诸佛菩萨众， 于自生大坛城中圆满具， 部主无量寿佛之诸本尊， 以悲悯心谛听并垂念我等。 我等自此时起直至菩提间， 皈依无上三宝， 殊胜菩提心永不退转而受持。 金刚藏之根本五部之， 誓言无余我等受持。 任运成就如来部之誓言， 三皈依三戒律无余受持。 不变金刚部之誓言， 三印永不离受持。 如意宝生部之誓言， 勤奋于四施之业。 无垢莲花部之誓言， 一切正法完全受持。 种种事业部之誓言， 勤奋于具戒供养之业。 特别是本尊咒语大乐金刚三， 我之三门平等修持， 知和不舍以及欣然纳受， 修和行持应作五五， 二十八根本与支分， 所有密咒金刚藏之律仪， 我等无余完全受持。 以此救度一切众生脱离有海， 获得无上金刚持之位。

In order to take the vows of the five families, please visualize as follows: In the space in front, in the place of the sky, the Bhagavan, the Protector, Amitayus and Infinite Wisdom, the five families, the mandala of the supreme giver of immortality, the assembly of deities of the wheel, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, heroes, dakinis, Dharma protectors, and guardians, like a dense cloud, in their presence, from this time until the essence of enlightenment, the vows of the vidyadharas and mantras, gathered by the vows of the five families, I will take, thinking thus, please repeat this: Ho! All the victorious ones and their sons of the ten directions and four times, Perfectly complete in the great self-arisen mandala, The assembly of deities of Amitayus, the collection of families, Listen with love and think of me. From this time until enlightenment, I take refuge in the unsurpassed Three Jewels, And I will maintain the supreme bodhicitta without decline. The vows of the five root families of the vajra essence, I will take without exception. As the spontaneously accomplished Tathagata family vow, I will take the three refuges and three precepts without exception. As the unchanging vajra family vow, I will take the three mudras inseparable. As the wish-fulfilling ratna family vow, I will strive in the work of the four kinds of giving. As the flawless padma family vow, I will completely take all the sacred Dharma. As the various karma family vows, I will strive in the work of offerings with vows. Especially the deity mantra great bliss vajra three, I will practice the equal union of my three doors, Knowing and not abandoning, and gladly accepting, Practicing and doing, five each, Twenty-eight roots and branches, All the vows of the secret mantra vajra essence, I will completely take without exception. By this, may all beings be liberated from the ocean of existence, And attain the state of the unsurpassed Vajradhara.
