此命，了知何时坏灭无有定，成办今生圆满之思行，刹那亦无祈加持。不贪轮回之安乐，不求自身之寂静，为利一切有情而，成就佛陀之思行，恒常不断祈加持。无始之时即成亲，见诸有情沉苦海，如母爱子为水溺，祈生无伪之悲心。自乐欲中生诸过，利他心中生诸德，故将他过取于己，自身之，乐善施与他众祈加持。珍爱自身之怨敌，无始之时即令自他受痛苦，今后菩提心力增盛，祈愿断除我执之根。此有情众无始时，饶益于我及成佛，亦皆依赖于此故，如佛视彼为利乐之因，恭敬顶戴祈加持。恶业所致器情违缘满，于此之时舍弃诸违缘，无缘别修胜妙法，祈愿恶缘转为道。苦乐利害盛衰等，无论发生任何事，如梦境中之盛衰，知其显现然无实，无执自然解脱祈加持。如是祈请乃嘉瑟仁波切托美桑波吉祥贤之语，以补阙等方式而祈请。其中，总的来说，以上述三种要义的方式进行祈请。具体而言，如果专注于修持暇满难得，则可以进行曼荼罗的祈请。此时，也可以这样祈请：愿加持我相续中与暇满难得之证悟相违的一切颠倒错乱之念头迅速止息。愿加持我相续中生起殊胜的暇满难得之证悟。愿加持内外一切障碍皆得平息。可以口诵或意念，专注于此进行祈请。

This life, realizing that there is no certainty when it will perish, may I be blessed to have no moment without the thought and effort to accomplish the prosperity of this life. Never clinging to the happiness of samsara, and not seeking my own peace, for the sake of all beings, may I be blessed to have the thought and effort to achieve Buddhahood without interruption. From beginningless time, all beings have been my relatives, seeing them drowning in the ocean of suffering, like a mother whose beloved child is carried away by water, may I be blessed to generate unfeigned compassion. Since all faults arise from the desire for my own happiness, and all virtues arise from the mind of benefiting others, may I be blessed to take the faults of others upon myself and give my own happiness and virtue to others. This enemy of cherishing myself has caused suffering to myself and others from beginningless time. In the future, may the power of the two bodhicitta increase, and may I be blessed to eradicate the root of self-grasping. These beings have benefited me from beginningless time, and achieving enlightenment also depends on them. Seeing them as the source of benefit and happiness like the Victorious Ones, may I be blessed to respectfully take them upon my crown. Due to the power of negative karma, this is a time filled with obstacles to the environment and beings. At this time, abandoning all obstacles, since there is no opportunity to practice the sacred Dharma separately, may I be blessed to turn adverse conditions into the path. Whatever happens, whether it is happiness or suffering, benefit or harm, prosperity or decline, like the prosperity or decline in a dream, knowing that it appears but is not true, may I be blessed to be liberated naturally without attachment. Thus, this is a prayer from Gyalsé Rinpoche Thogme Zangpo Pal, offered with the means of fulfilling deficiencies. In general, the way to pray is as above, with the three important points. Specifically, if one focuses on meditating on the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity alone, one can offer a mandala prayer. At this time, one can also pray like this: May I be blessed to quickly cease all inverted thoughts in my mind that are contrary to the realization of the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity. May I be blessed to generate a special realization of the difficulty of finding leisure and opportunity in my mind. May I be blessed to pacify all obstacles, both internal and external. One can recite or contemplate, focusing on this prayer.
