The light rays that dissolve into the navel fill the entire body. All the darkness of ignorance is dispelled. Contemplate that the light of wisdom, free from attachment and obstruction to all knowledge, greatly increases. Focus on the garland of the letter HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) rotating counterclockwise from the navel to the heart, accompanied by its own sound, like a rotating flame. Abandon all faults of reciting the single syllable mantra HRIH (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍), and recite with one-pointed concentration. When concluding the session, offer the torma: Sprinkle the torma with clean water. Purify with OM AMRITE HUM PHAT (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨ་མྲྀ་ཏེ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ，梵文天城体：ॐ अमृते हुं फट्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ amṛte hūṃ phaṭ，汉语字面意思：Om, nectar, Hum, Phat). Purify with SVABHAVA (藏文：སྭ་བྷཱ་བ，梵文天城体：स्वभाव，梵文罗马拟音：svabhāva，汉语字面意思：self-nature). From emptiness, within a vast and spacious vessel made of precious jewels, the torma, possessing excellent color, smell, taste, and power, transforms into a great ocean of nectar. Bless with the three syllables OM AH HUM (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हुं，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Ah, Hum). Light rays emanate from your heart, inviting Saraswati, the goddess of sound, surrounded by a retinue of Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, with OM VAJRA SAMAJA (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་མཱ་ཛཿ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र समाजः，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajra samājaḥ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Come forth!). Offer three times with OM SVARA SVATI SAPARIWARA AKARO, etc. Offer as in the context of the assembly field. Praise with whatever elaborate or concise praise you know. Goddess Saraswati and her retinue, please accept this offering torma, etc. May the Bhagavati dispel the darkness of ignorance of myself and all sentient beings, and grant the extraordinary wisdom that is victorious in all directions. Thus, pray for the desired meaning in a reasonable manner. Perform the purification, cleansing, and blessing of the second torma as before. Recite the names of the four Tathagatas. All beings of the three realms, please accept this vast offering torma, and do not obstruct the practice. 以…… 守护障碍，成为赐予成就的顺缘之库。如是祈请事业。念诵百字明和嗡 班匝 萨埵 吽 (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡，金刚萨埵，吽)多次。祈请宽恕未及、失坏等过失。对于有供品食子的宾客，祈请安住，对于没有的，祈请以班匝 穆 (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：金刚，穆)遣返。以萨瓦 布达 嘎恰 (藏文：སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་གཙྪ，梵文天城体：sarvabhūta gaccha，梵文罗马拟音：sarva bhūta gaccha，汉语字面意思：一切，有情，去)遣送世间众生返回各自居处。观想自己额头有嗡 (藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡)，喉咙有阿 (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿)，心间有吽 (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)作为标识。以此善根愿我速速成就妙音天女等，作回向和祈愿，并说吉祥语。在所有座间，不离本尊慢，努力行持善法，使身语意三门有意义。特别是在圣母像前，以七支供、曼扎和具加持的赞颂文赞颂并祈祷。享用饮食时，观想心间的舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍)放出光芒，汇集并融入轮涅一切精华，视为赐予一切成就之物而享用。睡觉时，观想心间的舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城体：hrīḥ，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍)所发之光充满全身，遣除愚痴的 黑暗，以光明想入睡。醒来时，观想被眷属本尊、仙人、乾闼婆女众的琵琶声和赞颂歌声唤醒，然后沐浴并进入瑜伽。如是瑜伽，以四座次第念诵咒语，仅念诵一个字五百万遍加上补缺，算是完成了数量念诵。如果一定要见到验相，念诵一千五百万遍，实际上会口齿伶俐、头脑清晰、记忆力强，梦中会出现身穿白衣的清净女子递来水晶和颅骨念珠，给予三白，在白色花丛中嬉戏，饮用清澈的流水等各种吉祥之兆，逐渐获得大辩才天的果位。在这些时候，就像火燃烧之前先有烟一样，作为功德生起的先兆，也可能会出现沉没和兴奋、贪恋等各种障碍，因此需要消除障碍的窍诀，并且使功德增长并

By... Protecting from obstacles and being a treasury of conducive conditions for bestowing accomplishments. Thus, pray for activity. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra and Oṃ Vajrasattva Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ས་ཏྭ་ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrasattva hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajrasattva, Hum) many times. Pray for forgiveness of shortcomings such as incompleteness and deterioration. For the guests of the torma offering who have a basis, pray for their continued presence, and for those who do not, pray for their departure with Vajra Muḥ (藏文：བཛྲ་མུཿ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：vajra muḥ，汉语字面意思：Vajra, Muḥ). With Sarva Bhūta Gaccha (藏文：སརྦ་བྷཱུ་ཏ་གཙྪ，梵文天城体：sarvabhūta gaccha，梵文罗马拟音：sarva bhūta gaccha，汉语字面意思：All, beings, go), send the worldly beings back to their respective places. By this merit, may I quickly attain the goddess of melody, and so forth, dedicate and pray, and speak auspicious words. In all session breaks, do not separate from the pride of the deity, strive to engage in virtuous conduct, and make the three doors meaningful. Especially in front of the painted image of the Holy Mother, praise and pray with the seven-branch offering, the mandala, and the blessed praises. During these times, just as smoke appears before a fire burns, as a preliminary sign of the arising of qualities, various obstacles such as sinking and excitement, attachment, and so on may also occur.
