祈！ 为了所有众生的利益， 为了获得圆满的菩提， 我将生起菩提心， 也将行持菩萨行。 具有明晰智慧之眼的， 慈爱的上师众们， 以及诸佛菩萨们， 请您们稍时垂听我。 因无明而盲目， 被业力的河流所抛掷， 堕入轮回的苦海中， 被烦恼的鳄鱼所控制， 被难忍的痛苦所折磨的， 可怜的、智慧极其低劣的， 我和所有众生， 祈请您们救护。 我们即使尽力努力， 也难以获得解脱的机会， 祈请您伸出慈悲之手， 从轮回的苦海中救度我们。 显现一切行为的基础， 不如理作意的因， 巨大的无明黑暗， 祈请以智慧的光芒驱散。 轮回一切过患的来源， 生起一切分别念的， 执著于我的蔓藤， 祈请以智慧的宝剑斩断。 一切愚昧、一切混乱、一切缠绕， 傲慢以及嫉妒等一切， 祈请怙主您以大威力， 转化为大智慧。 从无始轮回以来， 心被烦恼所控制， 所积累的一切习气污垢， 祈请以智慧之水洗净。 因自己所造作的力量， 对自己没有自主， 将自己抛向痛苦大海的， 祈请遣除业力的风势。 业和烦恼所幻化的， 生老病死等等， 痛苦、造作、变异的， 祈请平息这些痛苦。 从方便、救护、清净和， 大乘的决定生起中， 极度欺骗众生的， 祈请遣除魔的一切事业。 追求世间利益的， 获得和恭敬等等， 从没有意义的行为中， 祈请彻底转变心意。 阿赖耶识的中心极其稳固， 缘起支分十二支， 被痛苦的圆圈所围绕的， 祈请摧毁轮回之轮。 对利他感到厌倦，对自我执着， 寻求自身寂静的， 声闻乘的低劣之心， 祈请完全

Chi! For the sake of all sentient beings, In order to attain perfect enlightenment, I shall generate the mind of enlightenment, And I shall also practice the conduct of a Bodhisattva. With eyes possessing clear wisdom, And compassionate assemblies of Lamas, And all the Victorious Ones together with their sons, I beseech you to consider me for a moment. Having become blind due to ignorance, And being tossed by the river of karma, Having fallen into the ocean of existence, And being controlled by the crocodiles of afflictions, Being tormented by unbearable suffering, Feeble and with extremely inferior intelligence, I and all sentient beings, Beseech you to grant us protection. Even if we exert ourselves greatly, It is difficult to find an opportunity for liberation, Having extended your hand of compassion, I beseech you to deliver us from the ocean of existence. The basis of all manifest actions, The cause of improper attention, The great darkness of ignorance, I beseech you to dispel with rays of wisdom. The basis from which all faults of existence arise, That which generates all thoughts, The creeper of clinging to self, I beseech you to sever with the sword of wisdom. All delusion, all confusion, all entanglement, All pride and also all jealousy, I beseech you, O Protector, by your great power, To transform into great wisdom. From beginningless time in existence, Since the mind has been controlled by afflictions, Whatever accumulation of stains of habit has been gathered, I beseech you to purify with the water of wisdom. By the power of what has been manifestly practiced by oneself, Without autonomy over oneself, That which hurls one into the ocean of suffering, I beseech you to reverse the force of the winds of karma. Emanations of karma and afflictions, Birth, old age, sickness, and death, and so forth, Suffering, formations, and transformations, I beseech you to pacify these sufferings. From skillful means, refuge, purification, and Definite emergence from the Great Vehicle, That which greatly deceives sentient beings, I beseech you to reverse all the activities of demons. The pursuit of worldly aims, Gain and honor, and so forth, From activities that are without essence, I beseech you to completely turn back the mind. The center of the all-ground is extremely stable, The twelve branches of interdependent origination, Encircled by the circumference of suffering, I beseech you to shatter the wheel of existence. Weary of benefiting others, attached to self, Seeking peace for oneself, The inferior mind of the Hearer Vehicle, Completely

请息怒！ 我以身语意三门，愿能恒时以各种方式，为一切众生带来广大利益。 在成就圆满菩提之时，所有内外违缘的障碍，祈请您们平息。 善知识、殊胜道友、正法，以及美好的处所和资具等，祈请您们成办一切恒时顺缘。 愿我长寿无病、富裕，一切众生恒时欢喜，一切如意之事，都能如法成就。 当舍弃寿命之时，祈请至尊上师和黑汝嘎，以及无量空行母之主，将我迎请至空行刹土。 说了这么多也无济于事，具有十力之您们，如何获得殊胜果位，愿我亦能如是获得。 我与他人因轮回之痛苦，以各种方式而困顿，对于无知而祈祷的我，祈请宽恕一切过失。 将此善根与其它善根，全部汇集在一起，为了众生之利益，愿我迅速获得圆满佛果。 愿我生生世世，具足种姓、美貌、财富、智慧，以及圆满自在，无病长寿。 愿我令诸佛欢喜，恒时行持正法，并以各种方式供养圣者僧众之海。 愿我恒时听闻悦意之经论，瞻仰身之胜幢，并以其美好之财富，恒时护佑我。 愿我以信心、慈悲和精进之力，圆满菩提道，清净一切佛刹，成熟一切众生。 犹如如意宝大王，愿我令一切众生，心中所欲皆得实现，并令一切有情皆得满足。 愿一切众生依我，善入甚深之道，获得不住于轮回与寂灭之大菩提果位。 愿我以智慧净除二障，成为具有极深智慧，以及广大智慧之大智慧者。 戒律胜幢

Please forgive me! Through my body, speech, and mind, may I always, in every way, bring vast benefit to all sentient beings. When accomplishing perfect enlightenment, may all obstacles, both internal and external, be pacified by you. May you accomplish all favorable conditions, such as spiritual mentors, excellent companions, the sacred Dharma, and beautiful places and resources. May I be long-lived, healthy, and wealthy, may all beings always be happy, and may all desired things be accomplished according to the Dharma. When abandoning the aggregates of life, may the supreme lama and Heruka, and the immeasurable lord of the dakinis, lead me to the realm of the dakinis. There is no need to say much, but you who possess the ten powers, just as you have attained the supreme state, may I also attain it in the same way. I and others are tormented in every way by the suffering of samsara, and I pray unknowingly, so please forgive all faults. May this virtue and other virtues be gathered together, and for the benefit of all sentient beings, may I quickly attain perfect Buddhahood. May I, in all lifetimes, possess good lineage, beauty, wealth, wisdom, and perfect power, and may I be healthy and long-lived. May I please the Buddhas, always practice the sacred Dharma, and in every way make offerings to the ocean of the noble Sangha. May I always listen to the pleasing scriptures, behold the victory banner of the body, and may its excellent wealth always protect me. Through the power of faith, love, and diligence, may I perfect the paths of enlightenment, purify all Buddha-fields, and ripen all sentient beings. Like a great wish-fulfilling jewel, may I cause all sentient beings to have their desires fulfilled, and may I satisfy all beings. May all beings, relying on me, enter the profound path, and attain the great enlightenment that does not abide in samsara or nirvana. May I purify the two obscurations with wisdom, and become a great wise one with profound wisdom and vast wisdom. Victory banner of discipline.
