ས་པ་མི་འཁྲུགས་རྒྱལ་པོའི་ཞིང་། །ས་སྐྱ་པཎ་ཆེན་བྱང་ཆུབ་བརྙེས་པའི་གནས། །མངོན་དགའི་ཞིང་དུ་བདག་ཅག་དཔོན་སློབ་རྣམས། །ཚེ་འདི་འཕོས་མ་ཐག་ཏུ་སྐྱེ་བར་ཤོག །དེ་ནས་བདེ་བ་ཅན་སོགས་ས་སྐྱ་པའི། །རྗེ་བཙུན་གོང་མ་ བཞུགས་པ་དག་པའི་ཞིང་། །མང་དུ་བགྲོད་ནས་སྤངས་རྟོགས་མྱུར་རྫོགས་ཏེ། །སྤྲུལ་པས་ས་སྐྱའི་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་བྱེད་ཤོག །སེམས་ཅན་ནད་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །མྱུར་དུ་ནད་ལས་ཐར་གྱུར་ཅིག །འགྲོ་བའི་ནད་ནི་མ་ལུས་པ། །རྟག་ཏུ་འབྱུང་བ་མེད་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱོགས་རྣམས་ཀུན་ན་ལུས་དང་སེམས། །སྡུག་བསྔལ་ནད་པ་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །དེ་དག་བདག་གི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱིས། །བདེ་དགའ་རྒྱ་མཚོ་ཐོབ་པར་ཤོག །ཕྱོགས་བཅུའི་སེམས་ཅན་གང་རྣམས་ཇི་སྙེད་པ། །དེ་དག་རྟག་ཏུ་ནད་མེད་བདེ་བར་གྱུར། །འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན་གྱི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་དོན་རྣམས་ནི། །མཐུན་པར་གྱུར་ཅིང་རེ་བའང་འགྲུབ་པར་ཤོག །བྱང་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བའི་སྐྱོབ་པ་མཆོག་གྱུར་པ། །མཁས་གྲུབ་རྒྱ་མཚོས་ཡོངས་སུ་གང་བའི་གནས། །གངས་རིའི་ཁྲོད་འདིར་བསྟན་པ་གསལ་མཛད་པ། །ས་སྐྱ་པ་ཡི་བསྟན་པ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག ། གངས་ཅན་བོད་ཀྱི་ལྟེ་བ་རྡོ་རྗེ་གདན། །དཔལ་ལྡན་ས་སྐྱའི་ཆོས་སྲིད་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིང་། །སྤྲུལ་པའི་གདུད་བརྒྱུད་རྒྱུན་ཆད་མེད་པ་དང་། །ཀུན་ཀྱང་ཕྲིན་ལས་ནམ་མཁའ་མཉམ་པར་ཤོག །འགྲོ་བའི་བླ་མ་ཆོས་རྗེ་པཎྜི་ཏ། །མཁྱེན་རབ་དབང་ཕྱུག་རྗེ་བཙུན་འཇམ་པའི་དབྱངས། །རྒྱལ་བ་གཉིས་པ་དཔལ་ལྡན་ས་སྐྱ་པའི། །བསྟན་པ་ཡུན་རིང་གནས་པའི་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤོག །ཅེས་སོགས་བསྔོ་སྨོན་ ཁབཀྲ་ཤིས་རྒྱས་པར་བྱས་ཏེ་སྤྱོད་ལམ་ལ་འཇུག་གོ །འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་མཆོད་པའི་ཚུལ། །ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཆར་འབེབས་རྫོགས་ལྡན་སྤྲིན། །འདི་སྦྱར་དགེ་བས་འགྲོ་བ་ཀུན། །ཕན་བདེའི་འབྱོར་པ་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་འཇམ་མགོན་ཀུན་དགའ་བློ་གྲོས་ཀྱིས་མཛད་པའི་བླ་མའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་དང་། ཆོས་ཀྱི་རྒྱལ་པོ་འཕགས་པ་རིན་པོ་ཆེས་མཛད་པའི་ལམ་འབྲས་ཕྱག་མཆོད་སོགས་བླ་མ་གོང་མའི་གསུང་བྱིན་རླབས་ཅན་ཕྱག་ལེན་ལྟར་ཁྲིགས་སུ་བསྡེབས་པ་འདིའང་། འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་བྲིས་པ་སུ་ཤྲེ་ཡོ་ལཀྵྨཱིཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། །། འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་མཆོད་པའི་ཆོ་ག་ཚོགས་གཉིས་ཆར་འབེབས།

不动如来佛的刹土，萨迦班智达证悟菩提之处，愿我等师徒众人，于极乐刹土，此生一逝立即往生。此后于极乐世界等萨迦派，至尊上师们，所居之清净刹土，多多趋入，迅速圆满断证，以化身弘扬萨迦教法。 愿所有生病的众生，迅速脱离疾病。 愿众生的所有疾病，永远不再发生。 愿所有地方，身心痛苦的病人们，都因我的福德，获得安乐喜悦的海洋。 愿十方所有的一切众生，永远无病安乐。 愿一切众生的佛法之事，和谐顺遂，愿望皆能实现。 守护北方的救怙主，充满智者成就者之海的处所，于雪域之中，开显教法者，愿萨迦派的教法兴盛。 雪域西藏的中心金刚座，愿吉祥萨迦的政教昌盛，愿化身世系传承不断绝，愿一切事业如虚空般广大。 众生之导师法王班智达，智慧自在至尊文殊，第二佛陀吉祥萨迦派，愿教法长久住世吉祥。 如是等回向发愿，以吉祥圆满而行持。 文殊上师供养仪轨，积资粮如雨降，圆满具足之云。 以此善行愿一切众生，利乐之财富增长。 具足吉祥。 这是蒋贡·贡噶洛哲所著的上师瑜伽，以及法王八思巴仁波切所著的道果手供等，将上师的加持之语，如仪轨般汇集，也是文殊上师欢喜之眷属钦哲旺波所书写。愿善妙增长！ 文殊上师供养仪轨，积资粮如雨降。

May we, the master and disciples, be born immediately after this life in the pure land of Akshobhya Buddha, the place where Sakya Pandita attained enlightenment, the land of Manifest Joy. Then, in the pure lands where the noble and supreme Sakyapas reside, such as Sukhavati, may we quickly complete the stages of abandonment and realization, and spread the Sakya teachings through emanations. May all sick sentient beings quickly be freed from their illnesses. May all diseases of beings never occur again. In all directions, may all those who suffer from physical and mental pain, through my merit, attain an ocean of happiness and joy. May all sentient beings in the ten directions always be free from illness and be happy. May all the Dharma activities of all beings be harmonious and may their wishes be fulfilled. May the supreme protector who protects the northern direction, the place filled with oceans of wise and accomplished beings, who illuminates the teachings in this land of snow mountains, may the teachings of the Sakyapas flourish. May the Dharma and political power of glorious Sakya flourish in Vajrasana, the center of snowy Tibet, and may the lineage of emanations never be interrupted, and may all activities be as vast as the sky. The guru of beings, Dharma Lord Pandita, the all-knowing and powerful, the venerable Manjushri, the second Buddha, the glorious Sakyapas, may the teachings remain long and auspicious. These and other dedications and aspirations are made with auspiciousness and completeness. The practice of offering to Manjushri Guru, a cloud of complete abundance that pours down the two accumulations. By the virtue of this, may the wealth of benefit and happiness increase for all beings. May there be auspiciousness. This is the Guru Yoga composed by Jamgon Kunga Lodro, and the Lamdre Hand Offering composed by Dharma King Phagpa Rinpoche, etc., compiling the blessed words of the supreme gurus as a ritual, also written by Khyentse Wangpo, a servant pleasing to Manjushri Guru. May there be an increase of auspiciousness! The ritual of offering to Manjushri Guru, pouring down the two accumulations.
