ག་ནས་ཞབས་མཐིལ་གྱི་བར་ཐམས་ཅད་མེར་གྱིས་ཁེངས་པས་སྐུ་ཚེའི་ བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཞིང་དག །ཚེ་དང་བསོད་ནམས་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལ་སོགས་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་གོང་ནས་གོང་དུ་འཕེལ་ཞིང་རྒྱས་བ་སྤུའི་བུ་ག་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱང་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཟིལ་པས་ཕྲོམ་མེར་གཏམས་ཤིང་མཚན་དཔེའི་གཟི་བྱིན་མཆོག་ཏུ་འབར། ངེས་པ་ལྔ་ལྡན་གྱི་ལོངས་སྤྱོད་རྒྱུད་ཀྱིས་རྟག་པའི་གོ་འཕང་ལ་དབང་བསྒྱུར་བར་གྱུར་ཅེས་བརྗོད་ཅིང་བསམས་ལ་སྔགས་ཅི་རིགས་པ་བཟླ། །སླར་ཡང་ཐུགས་ཀའི་འཁོར་ལོ་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དང་བཅས་པ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་དཀར་པོ་དཔག་ཏུ་མེད་པ་འཕྲོས། བླ་མའི་སྐུའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་དུ་ཟླ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དཀར་པོ་རྩིབས་བརྒྱད་སྦུབས་ཅན་ཞྭ་ཐེབ་ཁ་སྦྱར་བ་ལྟ་བུ་སྲ་ཞིང་བརྟན་པའི་ཕྱི་རོལ་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཀྱི་མེ་འབར་བ་དང་བཅས་པའི་སྲུང་བའི་འཁོར་ལོར་གྱུར་པར་བར་འདིར་འོད་ཟེར་དྲུག་སྦྲགས་ཀྱི་དམིགས་རིམ་ཚད་མ་སྦྱོར་བའི་ཚུལ་ཡང་སྣང་བ་ཚིག་ཅུང་ཟད་བསྒྱུར་ཏེ་གསལ་བཏབ་ཀྱང་འགལ་བ་མེད། དཀྱུས་ལ་འདི་ཙམ་གྱིས་ཆོག་གོ། །བསམས་ལ་ཨཱ་ལི་ཀཱ་ལི་ཡེ་དྷརྨ་རྣམས་བཟླས་ཤིང་རོལ་མོ་དང་བཅས་མེ་ཏོག་འཐོར་ཞིང་བརྟན་པར་བྱ། དྲུག་པ་ནི། བླ་མའི་ཕྱག་ཏུ་སྒྲོལ་དཀར་གྱི་སྣང་བརྙན་ལྟ་བུའི་སྐུ་རྟེན་ཕུལ་ལ། དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ། བསྟན་པའི་རྩ་ལག །འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས། བདག་སོགས་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས་ ཀྱི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དུ་སྐུ་མི་ཟད་པ་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་འཕོ་འགྱུར་མེད་པར་དུས་འཁོར་བ་ཇི་སྲིད་མ་སྟོངས་ཀྱི་བར་དུ་བརྟན་པར་བཞུགས་པར་གསོལ་བའི་བརྡར་སྐུའི་རྟེན་དབུལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །གསུང་རྟེན་ཚེ་མདོའམ་གླེགས་བམ་གང་རུང་འབུལ་ཞིང་། དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ། བསྟན་པའི་རྩ་ལག །འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས། བདག་སོགས་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དུ་གསུང་མི་ཟད་པ་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོས་དུས་རྟག་ཏུ་ཟབ་པ་དང་རྒྱ་ཆེ་བའི་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་རྒྱུན་མི་འཆད་པར་བསྐོར་བར་གསོལ་བའི་བརྡར་གསུང་གི་རྟེན་དབུལ་བར་བགྱིའོ། །ཐུགས་རྟེན་རྣམ་རྒྱལ་མཆོད་རྟེན་ནམ་པད་སྤུངས་སམ་རྡོར་དྲིལ་ལྟ་བུ་འབུལ་ཞིང་། དུས་གསུམ་སངས་རྒྱས་ཐམས་ཅད་ཀྱི་ངོ་བོ་དཔལ་ལྡན་བླ་མ་དམ་པ། བསྟན་པའི་རྩ་ལག །འགྲོ་བའི་མགོན་སྐྱབས། བདག་སོགས་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་བསོད་ནམས་ཀྱི་ཞིང་དུ་ཐུགས་མི་ཟད་པ་རྒྱན་གྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་བདེན་གཉིས་ཟུང་འཇུག་གི་ཏིང

From the soles of the feet to the crown of the head, everything is filled with fire, purifying all obstacles to life. May life, merit, wisdom, and everything else increase and expand more and more. May all pores be filled with the nectar of ambrosia, and may the splendor of the marks and signs blaze supremely. Saying that, may one gain mastery over the unchanging state of being through the continuum of enjoyment with the five certainties, and recite whatever mantra is appropriate while contemplating. Again, from the wheel of the heart, along with the garland of mantras, emanate immeasurable white rays of light. Outside the body of the lama, may it become a white eight-spoked wheel of the nature of the moon, like two hats joined together, a protective wheel with the fire of wisdom blazing from the solid and stable exterior. Here, the method of combining the six-light stages of visualization also appears, and there is no contradiction in clarifying it by slightly changing the words. Generally speaking, this is enough. Contemplate and recite Āli Kāli Ye Dharma (藏文，梵文天城體，梵文羅馬擬音，汉语字面意思), scatter flowers with music, and make it stable. Sixth, offer a representation of the body to the lama, such as an image of White Tara. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the glorious and holy lama, the root of the teachings, the protector and refuge of beings, as a field of merit for myself and other disciples, I pray that your indestructible body, the unchanging wheel of adornment, may remain steadfast until samsara is empty, as a symbol of offering the representation of the body. Offer a representation of speech, either a life sutra or any scripture. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the glorious and holy lama, the root of the teachings, the protector and refuge of beings, as a field of merit for myself and other disciples, I pray that your indestructible speech, with the wheel of adornment, may constantly turn the wheel of Dharma, which is always profound and vast, as a symbol of offering the representation of speech. Offer a representation of mind, such as a victory stupa or a lotus heap or a vajra bell. The essence of all Buddhas of the three times, the glorious and holy lama, the root of the teachings, the protector and refuge of beings, as a field of merit for myself and other disciples, I pray that your indestructible mind, with the wheel of adornment, the samadhi of the union of the two truths
