ཤེས་ཡོན་ཏན་ཐམས་ཅད་འཆི་མེད་བདུད་རྩིའི་རྣམ་པར་སྤྱན་དྲངས། དབུ་གཙུག་ནས་ཞུགས། སྐུ་ལུས་ཀྱི་ནང་ཐམས་ཅད་གང་བས་སྐུ་ཚེའི་བར་དུ་གཅོད་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་བྱང་ཞིང་དག་སོགས་ཆོ་ག་བསྒྲིགས་དཀྱུས་ལྟར་སྦྱར། སྐུ་རྟེན་ཚེ་དཔག་མེད་ཀྱི་སྐུ་ལྟ་བུ་ཕུལ་ན་ལེགས། ཡོན་ཏན་གྱི་རྟེན་མདུན་བསྐྱེད་ཀྱི་ཚེ་བུམ་དང་། ཚེ་རིལ། ཚེ་ཆང་བཅས་འབུལ། སྣ་བདུན་བྱིན་རླབས་སྐབས་ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎིའི་སྔགས་ཀྱིས་བྱ་བ་སོགས་ཁྱད་པར་ཁ་བསྒྱུར་ཕྲ་མོ་རྣམས་མ་འཁྲུལ་པར་སྦྱར། དེས་མཚོན་ཏེ་ཚེ་རྟ་ཟུང་འབྲེལ་ལྟ་བུ་ལ་སྦྱར་ནའང་གོང་གི་རིགས་བསྒྲེ་ཞིང་། གསོལ་འདེབས་སྐབས་ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་ཧྲིཧཱུྃ༔ སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས་སོགས་བརྗོད་པ་ཁོ་ནས་འཐུས་པ་སོགས་རྒྱ་ཆེར་སྤོས་ཏེ་ཤེས་པར་བྱའོ། །འགྲོ་ལ་ཕན་བདེ་འབྱུང་བའི་གཞི་གཅིག་པུ། །བསྟན་འཛིན་ཆེ་རྣམས་དབང་བཅུའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་མཆོག །གྲུབ་པའི་ཆོ་ག་འདི་བགྱིས་ལེགས་བྱས་ཀྱིས། །སྲིད་ཞིའི་ཕུན་ཚོགས་དགའ་སྟོན་རྒྱས་གྱུར་ཅིག །ཅེས་པའང་རྒྱལ་དབང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་དང་། རྨོར་ཆེན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། ། ཞུ་ཆེན་མ་ཧཱ་པཎྜིཏ་སོགས་ཚད་མར་གྱུར་པའི་གཞུང་ལས་ལེགས་པར་བཏུས་ཏེ་དོན་ལ་རང་བཟོའི་དྲི་མ་མེད་པར་ཉམས་སུ་བླང་བདེ་བའི་ཉུང་ངུ་རྣམ་གསལ་བཀླགས་པས་གྲུབ་པར་བསྟར་བ་འདིའང་། །འཇམ་དབྱངས་བླ་མ་དགྱེས་པའི་འབངས་མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོས་སྦྱར་བའི་དགེ་བས་བསྟན་འཛིན་མཆོག་རྣམས་ཞབས་པད་བསྐལ་པ་རྒྱ་མཚོར་བརྟན་ཅིང་ཆོས་ཀྱི་འཁོར་ལོ་དུས་རྟག་ཏུ་བསྐོར་བ་དང་། འཇིག་རྟེན་ཀུན་ཏུ་བདེ་སྐྱིད་ཆོས་མཐུན་གྱི་འབྱོར་པས་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་རྟག་པའི་རྒྱུར་གྱུར་ཅིག སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།། །། རྗེ་བཙུན་སྒྲོལ་མ་དཀར་མོ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོའི་ཆོ་ག་ལ་བརྟེན་ནས་བརྟན་བཞུགས་འབུལ་ཚུལ་དབང་བཅུ་གྲུབ་པའི་དགའ་སྟོན།

迎请所有智慧功德化为不死甘露之形态，从头顶进入，充满整个身体，净化所有阻碍寿命的因素等等，按照仪轨次第进行。供奉如长寿佛之身像为佳。供养功德之所依，即前置生起之长寿宝瓶、长寿丸、长寿酒等。在七支供加持时，以阿玛ra尼（藏文：ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི།，梵文天城体：अमरणि，梵文罗马拟音：amarani，汉语字面意思：不死）的咒语进行等，细微的差别转换不要搞错。以此类推，即使是应用于如寿命与骏马结合的仪轨，也要参照上述类别。祈祷时，仅念诵嗡啊吽舍（藏文：ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་ཧྲིཧཱུྃ༔，梵文天城体：ओ आः हूँ ह्रीः हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：o āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽舍吽）南无阿弥陀佛等即可，要广泛了解这些。为了众生利益安乐的唯一基础，为了伟大的持教者们，以十自在的殊胜智慧，以此成就仪轨所做的善行，愿增盛世间与寂静的圆满喜宴！这也是从嘉瓦（藏文：རྒྱལ་དབང་།）一切智者和热大仁波切（藏文：རྨོར་ཆེན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།），竹千玛哈班智达（藏文：ཞུ་ཆེན་མ་ཧཱ་པཎྜིཏ་）等可靠的论典中精心摘录，对意义没有自创的杂染，容易修持的简明扼要，通过阅读就能完成的方式来阐述。蒋扬（藏文：འཇམ་དབྱངས་）上师欢喜的眷属钦哲旺波（藏文：མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ།）所著的善业，愿使所有殊胜的持教者的莲足永固如海，法轮恒时转动，愿世间充满安乐与符合正法的财富，成为永恒之因。萨瓦达嘎拉雅那姆巴瓦度（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा कल्याणं भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvadā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥）。 依于至尊白度母如意轮的仪轨，献上长寿祈请，成就十自在的喜宴。

Invite all wisdom and merits in the form of immortal nectar. Enter from the crown of the head, filling the entire body, purifying all obstacles to longevity, etc., and apply according to the standard ritual sequence. It is best to offer a statue like the statue of Amitayus. Offer the support of merit, which is the vase of longevity, longevity pills, and longevity wine generated in front. During the blessing of the seven branches, perform the action with the mantra of Amarani (Tibetan: ཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमरणि, Sanskrit Romanization: amarani, Literal Chinese meaning: immortal), etc. Be careful not to confuse the subtle differences in conversion. By analogy, even if it is applied to a ritual such as the combination of longevity and a swift horse, refer to the above categories. During the supplication, it is sufficient to recite only Om Ah Hum Hrih Hum (Tibetan: ཨོ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ་ཧྲིཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओ आः हूँ ह्रीः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: o āḥ hūṃ hrīḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum Hrih Hum) Namo Amitabha, etc. It is necessary to understand these extensively. The sole basis for the benefit and happiness of beings, for the great holders of the teachings, with the supreme wisdom of the ten powers, may the feast of prosperity of samsara and nirvana be increased by the good deeds done by this accomplishment ritual! This is also carefully extracted from the authoritative treatises of Gyalwang (Tibetan: རྒྱལ་དབང་།) Omniscient One and Mormo Chen Rinpoche (Tibetan: རྨོར་ཆེན་རིན་པོ་ཆེ།), Zhuchen Mahapandita (Tibetan: ཞུ་ཆེན་མ་ཧཱ་པཎྜིཏ་), etc., without the impurity of self-creation in meaning, a concise and clear explanation that is easy to practice and can be completed by reading. By the virtue of what was written by Khyentse Wangpo (Tibetan: མཁྱེན་བརྩེའི་དབང་པོ།), the attendant of Jamyang (Tibetan: འཇམ་དབྱངས་) Lama, may the lotus feet of all the supreme holders of the teachings be firm as the ocean for eons, and may the wheel of Dharma turn constantly, and may the world be filled with happiness and wealth in accordance with the Dharma, and become the cause of eternity. Sarva Da Kalyanam Bhava Tu (Tibetan: སརྦ་དཱ་ཀ་ལྱཱ་ཎཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वदा कल्याणं भवतु, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvadā kalyāṇaṃ bhavatu, Literal Chinese meaning: May there always be auspiciousness). Based on the ritual of Jetsun White Tara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, offering a long life prayer, the feast of accomplishment of the ten powers.
