May all habitual tendencies be purified. May all attainments of wisdom, compassion, and power of the Bhagavan, the protector of the three families (Avalokiteśvara, Mañjuśrī, Vajrapāṇi), be obtained. Please have faith that you have firmly become the body of the venerable Mañjuśrī. For this, offer with the five offerings, starting with Om Vajra Puṣpe (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུབྦེ་，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रपुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrapuṣpe，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Flower). This is the water empowerment. Then, in order to bestow the crown empowerment, please repeat after me the prayer to the empowerment deities residing in the sky. Please repeat: "May all the Tathāgatas grant me the supreme empowerment." After praying in this way, the empowerer (Ḍākinī) together with the main deity of the sky mandala and the guru, holding a pointed tip made of precious jewels, tying it to the crown of your heads, please have faith that you are receiving the empowerment. Adorned with a topknot and crest, A precious and supreme pointed tip, Well adorned by all the Buddhas, Grant the empowerment with fluttering silk banners. Tie the crown with Om Sarva Tathāgata Ratna Mukuṭa Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་རཏཱ་མུ་ཀུ་ཊ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུཾ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत रत्न मुकुट अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata ratna mukuṭa abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, all, Tathagata, jewel, crown, empower, Hūṃ). Also, please have faith that you are being empowered by bestowing garlands of flowers and silk banners. Om Sarva Tathāgata Puśrī Mālā Paṭalampā Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ་སརྦ་ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏ་པུཤྲཱི་མཱ་ལཱ་པ་ཊ་ལཾ་པ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ सर्व तथागत पुश्री माला पटलम्पा अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ sarva tathāgata puśrī mālā paṭalampā abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, all, Tathagata, glory, garland, silk banner, hanging, empower, Hūṃ). Thus, tie the garland of flowers together with the silk banners. For this, offer with the five sensory offerings, starting with Om Vajra Puṣpe (藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུབྦེ་，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्रपुष्पे，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ vajrapuṣpe，汉语字面意思：Om, Vajra, Flower). Here, there is no need for a headdress painted with the images of the five families, because it is said in the tantra: "In the action tantra, the meaning of the five families is accomplished, but there are no names." Thus, as it is said in the Tantra of the Drop of Wisdom: "The water empowerment and the crown, are very famous in the action tantra." Thus, according to the custom here, the water and crown empowerments have been completed. The empowerment of the name of the vajra and bell, resides in the performance tantra. This is its meaning. For the sake of the vajra and bell empowerment, please repeat after me the prayer to the empowerment deities residing in the sky. Please repeat: "May all the Tathāgatas grant me the supreme empowerment." After praying in this way, the empowerer (Ḍākinī) together with the main deity of the sky mandala and the guru, taking out the vajra and bell of the nature of wisdom from the heart of the main deity of the mandala, about the size of a pea, please have faith that a vajra printed on paper with vermillion, about the size of a pea, is being given to the base of the ring finger of your right hand.

请信受。念诵“嗡 嘛哈班匝 吽 班匝 阿比钦匝(藏文：ཨོཾ་མ་ཧཱ་བཛྲ་ཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ，梵文天城体：ॐ महावज्र हुं वज्र अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：om maha vajra hum vajra abhishinca，汉语字面意思：嗡 大金刚 吽 金刚 灌顶)”并给予。从铃中给予少量谷物到左边，念诵“嗡 班匝 嘎尼 阿班匝 阿比钦匝(藏文：ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་གཎཱི་ཨཱབཛྲ་ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ，梵文天城体：ॐ वज्र गणि आवज्र अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：om vajra gani avajra abhishinca，汉语字面意思：嗡 金刚 计数 金刚 灌顶)”后给予。金刚铃中的少量谷物是秘密的灌顶，请信受在你们的相续中生起悲心和空性双运的智慧证悟。对此，用“嗡 班匝 奔给”等供养。由此获得一切如来的金刚和铃的灌顶。 为了名字的灌顶，向安住虚空的灌顶本尊祈请，请复诵这个。祈请一切如来赐予我现前灌顶。如此祈请后，请信受给予灌顶的虚空坛城的主尊和上师一起手持金刚铃于头顶，给予名字的灌顶。每个弟子念诵“哦 阿雅 曼则西 纳嘛”。对此，用“嗡 班匝 布列”等五种供养。这是名字的灌顶，由此是金刚弟子的灌顶。第二，为了请求金刚阿阇黎的灌顶，献上曼扎。请三次复诵这个祈请文。凭借您的恩德，我能成办自他利益，祈请您以慈悲宝藏赐予我金刚阿阇黎的灌顶。如此祈请后，请作如下观想。在灌顶台上，你们刹那间变为能仁如来毗卢遮那佛，身色白色，一面二臂，持菩提胜妙手印，以一切珍宝严饰，身穿各种丝绸的衣服，具有妙相和随好。观想在上面有唐卡等无量供品围绕而安住，为了成就行续部的金刚阿阇黎，为了灌顶为转轮王的伟大代理，请信受安住虚空的灌顶本尊们和上师一起手持充满智慧甘露的宝瓶给予灌顶。念诵“如来降生”等，将佛像宝瓶置于头顶并令饮用。在三怙主心咒的末尾加上“班匝 阿比钦匝(藏文：བཛྲ་ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ，梵文天城体：वज्र अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：vajra abhishinca，汉语字面意思：金刚 灌顶)”，并洒宝瓶水。

The small amount of grain from the vajra bell is the secret empowerment. Please believe that the realization of wisdom that unites compassion and emptiness will arise in your minds. Offer with "Om Vajra Punge" etc. For this, you will receive the vajra and bell empowerment of all the Tathagatas. For the sake of the name empowerment, pray to the empowerment deity residing in the sky, and please repeat this. Please grant me the direct empowerment by all the Tathagatas. After praying like this, please believe that the main deity of the mandala of the sky who performs the empowerment and the master together hold the vajra bell on the crown of your head and give the name empowerment. Each student recites "O Arya Manjushri Nama". Offer with the five offerings such as "Om Vajra Pulle". This is the name empowerment, and thus it is the vajra disciple empowerment. Secondly, offer a mandala as the fee for requesting the vajra master empowerment. Please repeat this prayer three times. By your kindness, I am able to accomplish the benefit of myself and others. Please grant me the vajra master empowerment with the treasure of compassion. After praying like this, please visualize as follows. On the empowerment platform, you instantly transform into the Able One, Vairochana Buddha, with a white body, one face, and two arms, holding the supreme mudra of enlightenment. Adorned with all kinds of jewels, wearing various silk clothes, with a body adorned with marks and signs. Visualize that there are countless offerings such as thangkas surrounding and abiding on it. In order to accomplish the vajra master of the action tantra, and in order to empower as the great representative of the Chakravartin, please believe that the empowerment deities residing in the sky and the master together hold a vase filled with the nectar of wisdom and give the empowerment. Recite "As the Tathagata was born" etc., place the Buddha vase on the crown of the head and let them drink. Add "Vajra Abhishinca (藏文：བཛྲ་ཨབྷི་ཥིཉྩ，梵文天城体：वज्र अभिषिञ्च，梵文罗马拟音：vajra abhishinca，汉语字面意思：Vajra, Abhisheka)" to the end of the mantras of the three deities, and sprinkle the vase water.
