Thus, one factor arises that is bound by attachment. If there is attachment, the subtle dharma of attachment enters the mind, and through actions accompanied by attachment, the existence of the form realm is accomplished. Attachment to clarity is called falling into the form realm. Even if one thinks that there is no attachment to the arising experience of non-conceptuality, since a factor of attachment arises that cannot be separated from the aspect of non-conceptuality, it is impossible for the subtle dharma of attachment not to enter the mind. Therefore, even from subtle actions accompanied by attachment, the existence of the formless realm is accomplished. Attachment to meditating on non-conceptuality is called going into the formless realm. Thus, if one is attached to bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality, there is no time to be liberated from the three realms of existence. Therefore, even if something arises incidentally, it is important not to be attached to the arising, but to relax and rest the awareness without fabrication. By resting, there is nothing to rest upon, this is the great abiding without resting. Resting, yet there is no resting, this is the supreme meditation of non-resting. Meditating, yet there is no meditator, this is the unsurpassed samadhi of non-meditation. Afterwards, in the middle, gather it slightly, and finally release it completely, this should be understood through the previous sequence. Thus, for a beginner, resting evenly is like a strong man carrying goods adjusting the goods, balancing through differences in height, and like a gold weigher carefully calibrating the scales. In this balanced state, one's own mind can recognize the unfabricated nature of one's own mind. This also depends on the blessings of the supreme guru, and the instructions containing the nectar of oral instructions, and the accumulation of merit that one has diligently accumulated for a long time. The third, the three subsequent activities are: after recognition, the method of not separating for a long time; the method of transforming appearances into the path; and the method of transforming everything done into benefiting others. These three must be present. First, fundamentally, take the experience of recognition as the basis of practice, and whatever arises, combine it with the arising and practice it. Second, because one has recognized one's own nature, in the state of knowing one's own nature, whatever arises, such as suffering or happiness, use it as a tool to train one's own ability, and do not prevent it. Third, because one has recognized one's own nature and attained liberation, dedicate that all sentient beings equal to space may also attain liberation, and take on the task of benefiting others with inseparable compassion from the state of non-attachment in all actions of body, speech, and mind. Thus it is said, detailed information can be found in the instruction manual.

It should be done this way. Secondly, in general, according to the differences between superior, middling, and inferior faculties, the ways of recognizing one's own nature are taught separately. For those with superior faculties, leave it as it is. The first of the three ways of recognizing is this: Emaho! The mind itself, etc., is a verse. The meaning is: Like this, because one does not understand the true nature of the mind, one is bound in samsara; if one understands it, one can be liberated from it, therefore, to express amazement, one first says "Emaho!". What is amazing? The true nature of one's own mind, from the very beginning, has not been born, nor has it become the nature of anything. Whether the Buddhas of the three times appear or not, whether the Lamas recognize it or not, whether sentient beings realize it or not, it remains as it is. If one does not realize it, it is samsara; if one realizes it, it is the cause or seed of nirvana. Its nature cannot be found outside of oneself, but in one's own heart center. Whenever any awareness arises, it can be understood through practice based on the oral instructions of the Lama. That is its meaning. The second aspect is divided into two: the key instructions for liberation through the path, in a gradual symbolic way; and the key instructions for liberation through one-time, by the power of blessing. The first is again divided into two: causing the movements of the superior faculty to awaken in itself; and causing the movements of the middling and inferior faculties to be liberated through other means. The first is two of the three ways of recognizing self-nature by leaving it as it is, the first being the way of recognizing self-nature by remembering whatever arises and appears, that is, whatever arises, etc. Whatever thought arises, just as a wave does not go beyond the ocean, it does not go beyond the original, non-coming and non-going nature. If one does not forget the mindfulness of recognizing the self-nature of everything that appears, then, even if it appears in various forms, it will become the nature of emptiness. One can certainly become the king of yoga without doubt. There are three ways of not forgetting mindfulness: forgetting, not forgetting the intermediate clinging, and not forgetting the final clinging. The second is: whatever appears, etc. Whatever thought appears, it does not deviate from the true nature of the original state. One's own original mind, although nothing appears in its nature, can appear in any form, like the moon in water. Therefore, in illusion, whatever appears
