The similarity lies in the body and the prana (vital energy). The prana exists relying on the body. What accompanies the prana is the continuum of mind. Thus, the former, the body, is stable, and the latter, the prana and mind, are moving. Space is the realm of naturally luminous essence. The sun is the fire of fierce heat (tummo). The moon is all. Rahu (eclipse) is the union of prana and mind. The experience of luminosity arising from that is like a spark. Such signs and appearances arise. Rain is non-conceptual, like a great rain falling unhindered from the clouds, arising from the power of the union of bliss and luminosity. Bliss is the bee, like a bee extracting the essence of honey, arising from experiencing the meaning of the union of luminosity and non-conceptuality. The secret wisdom symbolized by this empowers one to control the mudra of samaya (vow), nadis (channels), prana, and bindu (essential drops). Third, tasting the co-emergent flavor through the power of wisdom and jñana (gnosis) is "various minds," and so on. The various flowers of the mind are the mudra of suchness, both internal and external. By relying on it properly, one obtains the essence of the four joys: joy, supreme joy, special joy, and co-emergent joy. Relying on tasting the melting bliss of the co-emergent flavor, the embodied mind of the practitioner is satisfied by the jñana symbolized by example. Fourth, through the power of playing with the mudras in various ways, behavior becomes unrestrained, such as with the body, prana, and so on. Among these, the body is contemplating the pure body as the form of a deity, the supreme body is regarded as illusion, and the perfect body is purified into luminosity. Prana is, by using the moving prana for activities, one can accomplish attracting and drawing in both internally and externally. By holding the stable prana like a vajra, one cannot be shaken by the harm of the elements. With the indivisible prana, when holding the life-force, one can draw in the jñana of the union of bliss and emptiness. The nadis are practicing the great illusory nadi Avadhuti, the space-like great nadi is contemplating the suchness of all dharmas, and the inconceivable great nadi is the manifestation of the dharmadhatu (realm of reality). Such a mudra blesses and binds the body, speech, and mind, so that the generation of heat occurs without obstruction. There are four kinds of heat: bliss, clarity, and non-conceptuality.

. This is the meaning of the equalizing heat. Having obtained heat, one should not absolutely confine conduct to one way. Through unrestricted conduct, one should extend impartial activities throughout the sky. That is its meaning. Third, the meaning of the conclusion has two parts: the completion statement of the text and the translation statement of the translator. The first part is about the yogis, etc. The yogis, by combining method and wisdom, apply their minds to the profound meaning, and cause their own minds to rest from the various elaborations of grasping and clinging. This is called the "Twenty-Five Verses" of pith instructions. It is a method of truly representing the reality of all phenomena as they are. Since the expression is unadorned or free, it is Doha. Like that, since the vajra words of the text have been completely shown without remainder, it is said to be "complete." The second part is about Jowo Chenrezig, etc. Jowo is derived from the word "Ārya" (梵文天城体:आर्य,梵文罗马拟音:ārya,汉语字面意思:Noble) which means "Noble" or "Supreme One," an honorific title for one's personal deity. What is that? Since he always gazes upon all beings with the eyes of great compassion, and is the chief of all the sons of the Buddhas, he is universally known as Avalokiteśvara. In accordance with summarizing all the subjects of the Prajñāpāramitā into the twenty-five doors of samādhi in the chapter of Dharma-Superiority, this one who directly bestowed the twenty-five verses of Doha Vajra, is a person who has attained the supreme accomplishment of Mahāmudrā from the sutras. By applying his mind to the meaning of union, he becomes a yogi, and is the chief of all those yogis, therefore he is the Lord. Moreover, since he has attained the stage of a noble one, he is great. Śrī Jagatmitra Ānanda, meaning glorious friend of the world, joy. When he was born as a prince, the father and son met in the midst of a great crowd, and all the gods and humans were very happy, so he was named that. And the translator, a descendant of Nub Namkhai Nyingpo, known as "Eye of the World" named Loving Glory. In the forest of Gulang Golden Temple in the region of Nepal, on the slopes known as Ambari, in the cool room of Parbata, translated the Sanskrit text into the Tibetan language.

Is the meaning of translation. Thus, this treatise contains the extensive and concise commentaries of the great translator Khro Phu Lotsawa, the scriptural connections of the Sutras and Tantras of the omniscient Buton Rinpoche, and some intermediate commentaries. It is written in a way that condenses the essence of the meaning of the Khro Lo's scriptures, focusing mainly on word-by-word commentary. This particularly excellent instruction, which arose from the precepts of the great, unparalleled assembly of accomplished ones, should be understood as the supreme method for taking the essence of the leisure and endowment by establishing it through hearing and thinking, and by practicing it through meditation. The best of all Great Seal instructions, from the commentary on the Mind at Rest treatise, may all beings attain the supreme union through the good deeds of condensing the essence. Thus, Khyentse Wangpo, a renunciate who has heard much and is a servant pleasing to Jamyang Lama, made brief notes without corrupting the intention of the old commentary with self-created confusion, may virtue and goodness increase!
