May all blessings and powers enter! This is the permission of the mantra. For the sake of the vow lineage, have them take a vow to recite a certain amount of mantra each day. From that time until enlightenment is attained, regard the venerable Vajrayogini as the yidam deity, and vow to recite her secret mantra Om three times, etc., twenty-one times each day without fail. Please repeat after me: All Buddhas and Bodhisattvas residing in the ten directions, and the teacher, please listen to me. I, named so-and-so, from this time until I reach the essence of enlightenment, will regard the venerable Vajrayogini as the yidam deity, and vow to recite her secret mantra Om three times, etc., twenty-one times each day without fail. To strengthen these, the teacher takes sindhura powder with the ring finger of the left hand and touches your three places, thinking that you have obtained all the accomplishments of the body, speech, and mind of the venerable Vajrayogini. The teacher recites Om three times. In this way, the vase empowerment is received as a blessing. The defilements of the body are purified. You have the authority to meditate on the stage of generation. Think that the seeds and imprints of the nirmanakaya are placed in the mindstream. Please visualize in this way. To bestow the secret empowerment as a blessing, visualize as follows: From the bhaga of the Bhagavati venerable Vajrayogini, who resides in the center of the sindhura mandala, emanates inconceivable white and red bodhicitta. Visualize that it is mixed with the nectar in the skull below the mandala, and the teacher takes it and places it on your tongues. Recite Om three times (藏文：ༀ་གསུམ་མ་，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：嗡三遍) and Om Ah Hum (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡啊吽). Thinking that the nectar given is the essence of all the Buddhas, by tasting it, the nectar pervades the entire body, and the gross stages of the eighty natural thoughts cease, and a special samadhi adorned with clear emptiness and bliss arises in the mindstream. Please rest in that state for a while. In this way, the secret empowerment is bestowed.

Visualize that the result is planting the seeds and imprints of the Sambhogakaya on the continuum. Believe in this way. The master takes the sindhura powder with the ring finger of his left hand and touches your foreheads, throats, hearts, and secret places in ascending order. Visualize that the deities of the empowerment mandala residing in the sky, the deities of the Chakrasamvara mandala, arising from the union of skillful means and wisdom, the white and red-tinged bodhicitta, enters from within the bhaga of you all visualized as the venerable mother, pervading the entire body, and gradually reaching the navel, giving rise to joy. From the navel reaching the heart, giving rise to supreme joy. From the heart reaching the throat, giving rise to joy beyond joy. From the throat reaching the crown of the head, giving rise to coemergent wisdom of joy, believe in this way. Since the bodhicitta pervades the entire body, generate the belief that the experience of coemergent wisdom has arisen in your continuum, and with the embrace mudra, repeat after this. Om Sarva Tathagata AnuraagaNa Vajra Svabhava Atma KoN Ham. (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) Its meaning is: I am the nature of all the Tathagatas and subsequent attachments. In this way, the wisdom empowerment is obtained as a blessing. Purify the defilements of mind. Empowered to meditate on the yoga of mudra. Visualize that the result is planting the seeds and imprints of the Dharmakaya on the continuum. Believe in this way. The fourth empowerment is bestowed as a blessing. The master, appearing as Vajrayogini, says: The nature of reality is dharma without substance, Like the sky, without defilement, The emptiness wisdom of the vajra, Meditate on emptiness. In order to practice the meaning of what was said, the body is kept in the conduct of meditation, the speech remains with the flow of breath, and the mind determines that all phenomena, including samsara and nirvana, are merely the magical manifestations of one's own mind. The form of the self-deity is visualized as appearance without inherent existence, like an illusionary mudra.
