དེ་རྣམས་ཚུར་འདུས་ཏེ་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་ཀྱི་ལྟེ་བའི་པཾ་ཡིག་སྔགས་ཕྲེང་དང་བཅས་པ་ལ་ཐིམ་པར་མོས་པ་མཛོད། དེ་ཡོངས་སུ་གྱུར་པ་ལས་ཁྱེད་རང་རྣམས་རྗེ་བཙུན་རྡོ་རྗེ་རྣལ་འབྱོར་མ་སོགས་ནས། In order to properly uphold all vows, please repeat after me. The Three Jewels, including the Buddhas and their heirs. Having thus properly upheld all vows, again in their presence, in order to uphold the twenty-two commitments, please repeat after me. I always take refuge in the Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha. Yoginis, secret mantras, and dakinis, possessors of the three wheels. I always take refuge in all of you. Heroes, heroines, and powerful goddesses, great Bodhisattvas. Especially in the presence of the Guru, I always take refuge. Glorious blood-drinkers and other heroes, Yoginis and Illuminators, etc. Limitless Bodhisattvas, please be mindful of me. From this time onwards, as long as I abide in non-duality, may I perfectly uphold these twenty-two inseparable practices of celibacy. Taking these vows is the preliminary practice. For the main practice, please visualize as follows. In the center of the Sindhura mandala, resides the venerable Vajrayogini, inseparable from the Guru, who is the essence of all Buddhas combined. Due to the devotion that arises from this belief, countless rays of light emanate from the heart of the Bhagavati Light Goddess, filling and pervading the entire inner and outer bodies of all of you, burning and purifying all the diseases, evil spirits, sins, and obscurations accumulated since beginningless time. The rays of light gather back and dissolve into your navel center, inside the double-layered triangle of the Dharma source arising from the letter E (藏文：ཨེ，梵文天城体：ऐ，梵文罗马拟音：ai，汉语字面意思：埃), above the moon disc arising from the letter A (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿), starting from the letter Bai (藏文：བཻ，梵文天城体：बै，梵文罗马拟音：bai，汉语字面意思：贝), and ending with the word Svaha (藏文，梵文天城体：स्वाहा，梵文罗马拟音：svāhā，汉语字面意思：梭哈), visualize it rotating in a red circle. From this, rays of light emanate, striking all the outer world, thus becoming a completely pure palace, and striking all sentient beings, thus becoming the body of the venerable Vajrayogini. The rays of light Then gather back and dissolve into the letter Pam (藏文：པཾ，梵文天城体：प，梵文罗马拟音：paṃ，汉语字面意思：榜) and mantra garland in your navel center, visualize them dissolving. Please repeat the prayer to the venerable Vajrayogini three times. Teacher, you pray to grant and stabilize the accomplishments of all the Buddhas' body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, as well as the worldly and transcendental accomplishments. After praying in this way, from the hearts of all the Buddhas generated in front, with the blessings of the venerable Vajrayogini's body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, and the essence of all wisdom gathered into one, the venerable Vajrayogini's form, the size of a thumb, appears in the manner of one lamp dividing into two, and enters your mouths. Descending from the throat and heart in the form of a red sphere, it dissolves into the "བཾ" (Tibetan: བཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: वं, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal Chinese meaning: वं) in the center of the two-layered Dharma source within the navel chakra. Visualize that from this complete transformation, the form of the venerable Vajrayogini appears clearly.
