Like a needle piercing, the upward end at the heart, above the various eight-petaled lotus flowers that are open, on the sun and moon cushion. The nature of one's own mind and the guru yidam inseparable, five clusters of bindus the size of peas, the center blue, the four directions each with their own color and self-radiance. In place of the central eye at the eyebrow center, a bindu the color of mercury, half submerged inward, half protruding outward. From that, measure a cubit's distance, and upward measure a fathom's distance in the sky, on the pistil of a blue eight-petaled lotus, on the sun and moon cushion, are various crossed vajras. The white prongs of the east vajra are stuck into the cushion, in a standing posture. Above that in the sky, visualize clearly as in the usual guru yoga, and pray to realize the clear light. After receiving the four empowerments, the guru father and mother dissolve into light, entering through one's own eyebrow center, effortlessly dissolving into the bindus at the heart. From those bindus, rays of light like rainbows, corresponding to their respective colors, emanate brilliantly. When they strike the bindu at the eyebrow center, like a sunstone being struck by the sun, it becomes clear and bright, and the light emanating from that strikes the various vajras. From the center and the prongs of those vajras, rays of light corresponding to their respective colors arise. Make the bindus at the eyebrow center and the heart clearer than before. Such rays of light radiating and gathering, starting from the inside and outside of one's own body and dwelling, ultimately the entire three-thousandfold world becomes clear and bright, with unwavering faith, fall asleep without blinking. If sleep does not come immediately, starting from the eastern bindu of the heart, hold the mind in a clockwise direction, and finally focus the mind one-pointedly on the central blue bindu and fall asleep. Upon waking up, repeatedly visualize clearly, and gradually the clear light of experience and realization will be attained. Secondly, the yoga of syllables is: In place of the five bindus, in the center is a blue Hūṃ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽). From the east, clockwise, are the four Anuttarayogas, each with their own color. Thirdly, the yoga of hand implements is: In the center is a white five-pronged vajra, and from the east are the wheel, wish-fulfilling jewel, lotus, and sword, each with their own color. Fourthly, the yoga of deity body is: In the center, visualize Akshobhya father and mother, etc., the five families. Other details of visualization should be practiced as in the case of the bindus.

Should be received. Especially when practicing this exclusively, one should strictly confine oneself in a secluded place, abandon detrimental food, clothing, and lodging, and focus on cleanliness. Bathe the entire body with urine, alcohol, and nectar, and engage in oil massages, etc. Consume nutritious food. During the day, apart from slight wind-energy exercises and circumambulation, abandon all other physical activities and keep the three doors of body, speech, and mind unwavering. Practice the habit of focusing on the object of meditation from time to time. Especially since the key point is the blessing of clear light, it is important to pray to the guru with intense devotion and abide in non-attachment. Fifth, without practicing phowa, combine the calculation method of turning Buddha into gold, dividing it into practice and activity. The former is further divided into three types of phowa of the three kayas. Here, the emphasis is on practicing the phowa of the sambhogakaya. After taking refuge and generating bodhicitta, visualize oneself as a yogini, the body upright, the lower end of the central channel located four fingers below the navel, in an inserted manner. The upper end extends about one finger's height from the Brahma aperture, blocked by a conjoined black (ཀྵ, kṣa, 卡) syllable. In the heart, visualize the nature of wind and mind inseparable, a blue (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, 吽) syllable extremely subtle, clear and immaculate, radiating five-colored light. On the crown of the head, visualize the yidam Vajrayogini, inseparable from the root guru, with hands crossed at the chest holding a curved knife and skull cup. Seated in vajra posture, the body upright, the upper end of the central channel closed at the crown of the head, the lower end inserted into the secret place, one's own central channel merged into it, so that even breath cannot pass through its gaps. In the heart, visualize the nature of non-dual wisdom, a red (བི་, bī, 贝) syllable radiating light. Then, pray to the Kagyu lineage gurus: Please bless the dharmakaya to merge into space! Pray to the yidam mandala, may the dakinis be unerring! Pray to the root guru...! Pray for self-liberation! Pray for the unborn nature of one's own mind! Please bless the self-liberation of awareness! Pray intensely in this way. When exhaling, visualize the (ཀྵ, kṣa, 卡) syllable on the crown of the head clearly. When inhaling, visualize light radiating from the guru's heart, merging into the (ཧཱུྃ, hūṃ, 吽) syllable in one's own heart, thereby obtaining all blessings and accomplishments. Again, mind
