Expressing "Hika" sound and exhaling air. Pressing the abdomen against the back, visualize the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) going like a shooting star and touching the syllable "ཛཾ" at the heart of the Yogini. Mentally pronounce the syllable "ཀ", inhale air, and push the abdomen outward, visualizing it descending and abiding in the heart. Repeat such visualization again and again. At the end of the session, visualize the Yogini dissolving into light in the form of immortal wisdom nectar, filling the central channel and the entire body. Even the central channel above the Brahmarandra dissolves into light, and visualize it being blocked by the solid and dense syllable "ཀྵ". Hold the mind on the unwavering syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) in the heart and retain the vase breath. If signs of accomplishment such as yellow water flowing from the crown of the head, swelling, throbbing, itching, etc. occur, it is said that it is sufficient to practice occasionally without forgetting. Secondly, applying it to the time of death: When definite signs of death appear and cannot be avoided, with a desire of joy and delight in the pure realm, abandon attachment and clinging to this life's body, wealth, etc. Dedicate all belongings to the side of virtue and amplify with pure aspirations. Start the visualization from the time when earth dissolves into water. The actual time of transference is when the outer breath has ceased but the inner breath has not yet ceased, so knowing this, visualize as before. Visualize the syllable "Hūṃ" (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) merging inseparably with the heart of the Yogini, and then rest equally without grasping. Sixth, recognizing the nature of what will surely arise, thereby attaining enlightenment, introducing the fruit of the path with the profound meaning of the Bardo. In general, Bardo is of three types: From the time one unites with one's mother in the womb until the light of death has not arisen, it is called the Bardo of birth and death. From the arising of the light of sleep until one awakens, it is called the Bardo of dreams. From the manifestation of the light at the time of death as the mind-body until one unites with the next birth, it is called the Bardo of existence. The means of training for the first two are the generation stage, tummo, illusory body, light, and dreams combined with the practice of Mahamudra. If one is of superior faculty, one will achieve the union body in this life. If one is of middling faculty, one will be liberated into the Dharmakaya of light at death. If one has not gained stability in these, one must take the path in the intermediate Bardo of existence. Therefore, from now on, regard all phenomena that arise as the appearance of the Bardo.

It should be recognized that the common appearances, sounds, and awareness, the three, are expanded into the illusory play of deities, mantras, and the nature of reality. In particular, mix desire with tummo, mix hatred with illusory body, mix ignorance with clear light, mix pride with generation stage, and mix jealousy with pure appearances, practicing them as appropriate. In short, whenever one can avoid being dominated by ordinary delusions and perceive everything that arises as deities and wisdom, then all the practices of the bardo are contained within that, it is said. Furthermore, according to the oral transmission's own system, counting transference and entering another's body separately, it becomes the six dharmas. There are many different classifications and summaries regarding explaining it under the bardo, etc. But here, in order to conform to the common view, tummo is practiced as the samadhi practice during the day, illusory body in the post-meditation, clear light in the samadhi practice at night, dream in the post-meditation, transference to achieve enlightenment at the time of death, and bardo yoga to achieve enlightenment in the existence of the bardo, thus fully and without error showing the path of training the three, birth, death, and bardo. Since the practice of entering another's body is rarely practiced these days, it is not written here. Third, mainly regarding the path of the wisdom consort, entering the door of great bliss: apart from the citations of texts, commentaries, and instructions, there is no special practice lineage. However, since one is accustomed to the visualization of the burning and dripping of tummo, one can practice one's own body as usual, as long as one has the means. Here, as a side note belonging to that branch, briefly write the method of continuously practicing the visualization sequence of the secret conduct of the glorious Naropa: the place where one is located should be visualized as the palace of the guru, yidam, dakini, dharma protector, and guardian, above is a magnificent palace, below is a terrifying and hair-raising charnel ground scene. Do not think of the local deities and their retinue residing there as having ugly appearances, but rather consider one's own body as something to be given to them and as material for offering to the Three Jewels. Consider the mind as the giver, and visualize the mind-body as a Bodhisattva, saying in a loud voice: all the gods and demons of existence, non-humans, local deities, earth lords, harmers, evil spirits, beings of the six realms, etc.
