Having obtained great joy that had never been experienced before, the first ground is therefore called the Extremely Joyful Ground. It possesses one hundred and twelve qualities. Those one hundred and twelve qualities are: Even in a single instant, one can 1 see the faces of a hundred Buddhas; know the blessings of a hundred Buddhas; emanate a hundred manifestations; manifest the body for a hundred eons; in the past and future, perceive a hundred places with the eye of wisdom; enter into and arise from a hundred samadhis; ripen a hundred sentient beings; shake a hundred buddhafields; illuminate a hundred buddhafields with light; open a hundred doors of Dharma; manifest a hundred selves; and show each body surrounded by a hundred times the perfect retinue. Fourth is the path of meditation, which also has three aspects. First, the definition: The wisdom that continuously habituates after directly realizing selflessness is the definition of the path of meditation. Second, the meaning of the word: Derived from the Sanskrit word "Bhavana marga," it is called the path of meditation because it meditates on the meaning of what is seen. Third, the classification: From the perspective of what is to be abandoned, the co-emergent afflictive obscurations and, the obscurations to knowledge, subtle conceptualizations of grasper and grasped are what are to be abandoned on the path of meditation. As an antidote, there are three paths of meditation: small, medium, and large, and each of these is further divided into nine, such as small-small, small-medium, etc., from the second to the tenth ground. The virtuous qualities that belong to these are: The path that is to be traversed by the noble ones, which is the way to enter, is called the eightfold noble path. Among these, 1 right view is: The uncontaminated wisdom of the second ground and above, which contemplates the realm of phenomena with non-discriminating wisdom, thinking, "I see it like this," and thus focuses and examines, therefore it is the limb of complete examination. 2 Right thought is: The unerring discernment of the characteristics of phenomena, both their own and common characteristics, is the limb that enables others to understand. 3 Right speech is: One explains to others exactly how one has realized, and answers as asked, therefore it is the complete purification of view. 4 Right action is: One does not commit any non-virtuous actions such as killing, therefore it is perfect conduct.

Therefore, the discipline is completely pure, and the fifth of the correct livelihood is to abandon wrong livelihood and enjoy it as the Tathagata has permitted, believing that life is pure. These three are the branches that make others believe. The sixth of the correct effort is to generate diligence in order to eliminate the afflictions that should be eliminated by the path of meditation. The seventh of the correct mindfulness is not to forget the object of antidote to the near afflictions of dullness and agitation. The correct samadhi is to rely on the ground of the fourth dhyana to accomplish extensive qualities such as direct perception. These three are the antidote branches of the non-conflicting side. The difference in qualities is that based on the first ground's qualities multiplied by twelve, the second ground's qualities become a thousand times those, representing the principle of gradual increase. The fifth no-learning path also has three types. First, the characteristic is that one's own realization reaches the ultimate, which is the characteristic of the no-learning path. Second, the meaning of the word is derived from the Sanskrit word Because it can make what is to be abandoned abandoned and what is to be known known reach the ultimate, it is the ultimate or the no-learning path. Third, the classification is divided into temporary no-learning path and ultimate no-learning path. The first is the no-learning ground of the two, the Hearer and the Solitary Realizer. Because it has upward progress, it is the path characteristic and the fruit imputation. The second is the no-learning ground of the Great Vehicle. Because there is no other difference of abandonment and realization that can be obtained from that above, it is the path imputation and the fruit characteristic. Its nature is to rely on the Vajra-like Samadhi to completely eliminate afflictions along with their habitual tendencies, and to obtain the ultimate wisdom of knowing exhaustion and non-arising, which is the omniscient wisdom. Among the five paths like that, the accumulation path mainly focuses on name, the seeing path focuses on meaning, the meditation path focuses on familiarity with meaning, and the no-learning path focuses on the ultimate meaning. Second, the establishment of the ten grounds also has three aspects. First, the characteristic is that it becomes the basis of the qualities of realization, which is the characteristic of the ground. The meaning of the word is the Sanskrit word भमि
