Therefore, in order for the fruition of body and wisdom to naturally arise, the ground, path, and fruition are distinguished as three. Firstly, regarding the clinging to one-sided views such as the determination or non-determination of the ground, these are refuted through scriptural and logical proofs, thereby faultlessly acknowledging the primordial ground of original purity (Ka-dag, Sanskrit Devanagari: आदि, Sanskrit Romanization: ādi, Literal Chinese meaning: beginning). That is to say, from the perspective of ultimate truth, the nature of all phenomena is thoroughly pure from the very beginning (ཀ་དག་,梵文天城体:आदि,梵文罗马拟音:ādi,汉语字面意思:初始), therefore, the emptiness free from elaboration, which does not establish in any object of mind with dualistic appearances such as existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, arising and ceasing, oneness and multiplicity. Furthermore, its nature, the clarity and the manner in which interdependent origination manifests unceasingly and spontaneously, is also seen as the nature of great compassion's self-awareness, thereby exhausting the phenomena of grasping and the grasped, or, due to the power of superimposition from that, the entering and exiting of liberation and delusion occur. As it is said in the Vajrasattva Heart Mirror Tantra: "The ground, its essence is emptiness, its nature is clarity, compassion can appear to sentient beings." Therefore. Secondly, since the transformation of mind by common tenets has already preceded, one should open understanding through the four empowerments, including those with elaboration, which are sequentially divided from the fourth empowerment itself, and the special conduct of the root samaya upon which they rely, thereby entering the profound path of Trekchö and Tögal. Firstly, as it is said in the Uttaratantra: "The limit of the Perfection of Wisdom, appearances gather into direct cutting." As it is said, through the four modes of liberation, one directly cuts the elaboration of object and subject in the state of emptiness and luminosity, which is the reality of all phenomena. Because that reality has not been tainted by elaborative phenomena from the very beginning, it is primordial liberation. Since it is like that, it cannot be liberated again by subsequent antidotes, so it is self-liberation. Directly cutting the marks of grasping and the grasped is naked liberation. Because knowable objects are not objects of mind in the three times, it is ultimate liberation. Secondly, in the Four Lamps, by practicing with the Six Essentials, the four visions of self-fruition are brought to completion. That is to say, the nature of mind, its essence is completely pure and capable of manifesting anything, is self-born wisdom. The vein connecting from the heart to the eye is the distant lasso. The clear spheres of light, like molten blue in a cloudless sky, the vajra chain of space, the sound of empty bindus like golden threads fluttering.
