It is called the experience of clearly appearing in the mind. At that time, the body is free from the form of obstructive things, like a rainbow or an image in a mirror, and by practicing clearly inside and out, the deity, whether lying down, standing up, very large, very small, etc., can be meditated on in any way, which is called the experience of habituation. After that, in order to abandon the dualistic clinging of what is meditated on and the meditator, the form of the deity is meditated on as being indistinguishable from one's own mind, without being interrupted by any conceptual thoughts, and remaining for as long as one wants to remain, this is the experience of stability. Furthermore, having attained the eight levels of clarity and stability, not being robbed by any external circumstances day and night, and perfecting the power of any mandala, this is the ultimate, that is, the appearance is merged with the mandala of the deity. As Pandit Vimalamitra said in his commentary on the Mudra Meditation, "Movement, attainment, habituation, stability, and completion are the ways in which the experience of samadhi arises." These are also naturally accomplished and perfected in the nature of one's own mind, and are the primordial meaning deity of separation, attainment, and abandonment. As it is said, "The deity is oneself, oneself is the deity, oneself and the deity are born together, because the samaya and wisdom are non-dual, therefore there is no need to invite, dwell, or offer. Emanating from oneself, oneself bestows empowerment, self-awareness abides in the three roots." In this way, after clearly distinguishing the boundaries of the stages, the practice that is particularly condensed into the key points is shown by the three mandalas. Among them, in the body mudra yoga, the way of visualizing is to clearly visualize the form of any deity through the path, the peaceful have nine postures, the wrathful have nine dances, bravely purifying the object to be purified, the purifier, and the result of purification separately, and practicing them as they should be, this is the mandala of the generation stage, appearance and emptiness inseparable. As it is said in the "All-Good Accomplishment Method", "Apart from this continuation of ordinary conceptual thoughts, there is no suffering of samsara. Therefore, in order to destroy these, one should meditate on the wheel of the mandala of means." Like this, from then on, seeing all appearing objects as the playful dance of peace and wrath, this is the guidance of appearance as the path of the body.

Repeatedly reciting with the essence of abandoning the ten faults and possessing the three methods of recitation is for the sake of approaching the wisdom deity. As it is said in the Vajra Tent Tantra: "For the sake of making the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, the Dakinis and independent women, appear manifestly, therefore the mantra's hearing is bestowed." Thus, the union of sound and emptiness is the mandala of speech and mantra. Furthermore, viewing all sounds, good and bad, as the play of mantra is called taking sound as the path. Those samadhis of the generation and completion stages, their essence is free from the three of arising, abiding, and ceasing, and even the recollection that thinks "it is like this" dissolves into its own nature, becoming objectless and rootless, so abiding does not help, moving does not harm, it does not wander into the delusion of the unstated, the fetters of permanence and annihilation, and it is equally liberated in a state without the attachment of meditation and non-meditation, because it is the nature of the mind of all Buddhas. If this meaning is not realized, no matter how profound the path of generation and completion stages is practiced, one will not be liberated from the obscurations of knowledge, because it is the conceptualization of the three spheres. As it is said, in the Noble Collection Sutra: "If one dwells for many years in a mountain valley five hundred yojanas in extent, filled with snakes, if that Bodhisattva does not know this solitude, he is like an arrogant person dwelling in a place of gain." Therefore, realizing the natural state of reality as it is, is the mandala of the clear light of the mind, the emptiness of awareness, free from elaboration. Furthermore, all the objects of the six consciousnesses are not bound externally by how they are viewed, nor are they gathered internally by recollection, and they are left freely in a state where arising and liberation are simultaneous, which is taking thoughts and concepts as the path of the mind. The Vidyadhara Garab Dorje said: "At the time of arising, there is no good or bad, equally arising, there is no good or bad, at the time of liberation, there is no good or bad, equally liberated, there is no good or bad, at the time of abiding, there is no good or bad, equally abiding, there is no good or bad." Like that. Habituation to this is the essence of all generation stages. All objects of appearance and attachment are perfected as the single mudra of the deity's form generated by the three vajras or the five manifest enlightenments. All sounds that are heard mature into the wheel of letters and dissolve into the sphere of the central channel, becoming the nature of great bliss, inexpressible nada. All the movements of thoughts and concepts
