Furthermore, if subdivided, there are thirty-six types of giving, such as the giving of giving, and from the aspect of nature, there are three types of giving: Dharma giving, wealth giving, and fearlessness giving. Here, the objects of practice are the four immeasurables, and the entry point is the pāramitās, encompassing all the bodhisattva's trainings. Additionally, it is believed that the three types of discipline, which are explained in detail, have the merit of accumulating Dharma, and are taught within the six pāramitās, and so on. Among these, giving and discipline are the accumulations of merit, and wisdom is the accumulation of wisdom. The other three are considered to be both, and there are other classifications as well. Fourth, by meditating on the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, one traverses the four paths, perfects the ten bhūmis with the ten pāramitās, and attains the state of no more learning. That is, through the four mindfulnesses, the four right abandonments, and the four legs of miraculous power, one gains five temporary qualities in the great stage of the accumulation path, and attains the samādhi of the Dharma stream. Then, through the realization of the five faculties such as faith, one attains the heat and peak stages on the path of joining. By familiarizing oneself with these two, one attains the forbearance and the supreme worldly Dharma through the five powers that are not overwhelmed by opposing factors. Similarly, by meditating on the seven branches of enlightenment, represented by mindfulness and discrimination of Dharma, one attains the first bhūmi on the path of seeing. Again, by meditating on the eightfold noble path, such as right view, one progresses from the second to the tenth bhūmi. These are also based on the six pāramitās, with the addition of the four: skillful means, power, aspiration, and wisdom, which are primarily practiced in sequence from the first bhūmi onwards. Thus, through the distinction of bodhicitta, sharp faculties complete the path in three countless eons, medium faculties in seven great eons, and even dull faculties in thirty-three eons. Having reached the path of no more learning, which completely destroys the two obscurations along with their habitual tendencies, one attains the three kāyas, the five wisdoms, and the qualities of these, the ten powers, the four fearlessnesses, the eighteen unshared qualities, the five uncontaminated aggregates, and all the accumulations of qualities, spontaneously accomplishing the unsurpassed essence of enlightenment. Thus, the nature of the three yānas of reasoning is shown.

After just ascertaining that. Now, regarding the determination of the resultant Vajrayana, there are three: how it surpasses from the cause, a general explanation of the differences of the three tantras, and a detailed distinction of the order of the six classes of tantra. For the first point, in general, the Indian masters each considered seven, eleven, etc., superior dharmas. However, if all of these are summarized, it says in the "Three Lights of Conduct": "Even though the purpose is one, there is no confusion, many methods are without difficulty, and relying on sharp faculties, the mantra vehicle is superior." As it is said. That is, even though the ultimate attainment of the state of omniscience is the same purpose, there are inconceivable samadhis with and without signs, contemplating the mandala wheel with the special characteristic of benefiting others, and restraining the mindstream with undefiled morality, etc., surpassing with many special methods. Similarly, the Paramitas require giving away countless things such as heads, hands, and feet. Here, it is not difficult because it is accomplished by just the difference of the object of focus. Those with sharp faculties cultivate the deity as an antidote to whichever affliction is strongest, recite mantras, and especially, without abandoning or changing, it is taken as a companion by special methods, etc. Furthermore, by striking the vital points of the vajra body and meditating, the wisdom of appearance and emptiness in union is directly seen, so liberation is attained in one lifetime, etc., therefore it is profound. Having ascertained the unsurpassed secrets of the three bases, paths, and results, the inconceivable great Dharma nature, the unchanging nature of the sphere, and the arising and completion of the path, and the wonderful ways of the common and supreme fruits are taught with reasons, therefore it is superior by being vast. Ultimately, without relying on the swift path of mantra, it is desired that Buddhahood cannot be attained by relying solely on the Paramitas, etc. Those who emphasize characteristics elaborate that the body is merely an illusion, speech is merely an echo, and mind is without inherent existence. Here, the container and its contents appear as deities and palaces, the sound resounds as the self-sound of mantras, and thoughts are bliss and emptiness merging, so there is no need to accept or reject, and it is spontaneously accomplished, so it is superior.
