Practicing through the four ways of letting go is particularly excellent because the awareness of emptiness and purity exhausts the phenomena of grasping, hence it is superior through the path of non-meditation. Secondly, the wondrous secret path of Tögal (Thod rgal), which liberates all phenomena of the three realms, internal and external, into the expanse of the great luminous bindu. Practicing by dividing the three key points of establishment, guidance, and appearance into three each, through gradually familiarizing oneself with the Vajra Chain, one becomes proficient in the four visions, sees the nature of the three kayas, and thus transcends effort. As it says in the Self-Arisen: "Dharmata manifests, through appearance, it transcends the limits of mental grasping. Through the increase of experiential appearances, the appearances of delusion subside, and the wisdom of the bardo manifests. Through the perfection of awareness's appearance, the path of conceptualizing the three kayas is transcended. Through the exhaustion of dharmata's appearance, the stream of samsara in the three realms is cut off." Similarly, the subsequent instructions on the four supports at the end are concluded with instructions such as establishing the foundation with the three immovables, measuring with the three abidings, nailing down with the three attainments, and indicating the extent of liberation with the four confidences. These are the particularly profound heart essence instructions of the luminous Vajra Essence, therefore, at the ultimate point of all practices, it is particularly excellent from the perspective of having meditation. In short, the view of the Great Perfection's state is the great equality of perfect accomplishment, the meditation is beyond the mind's intellect, and the result is self-liberation without relying on signs and concepts. Therefore, it is also said in the Vajrasattva Heart Mirror: "Know that all phenomena of awareness are separate from the mind of self-grasping." Similarly, like the eight great words of refutation on cause and effect, and the sixteen great vajra laughter, etc., as shown from the gate of A Fourth, the companion samaya is the one-time vow of non-protection. As it says in the All-Creating King: "ཀྱི།(藏文)ཀྱི།(梵文天城体)ki(梵文罗马音)其,意义不明 I, the samaya of the intention of the All-Creating King is, without distraction, with mindfulness, things are wisdom, uncreated, unmade by anyone, self-arisen, controlled by awareness, there is no protection or non-protection." It is the same in this.
