Regarding the practice of the small, medium, and large "Moon Crystal" empowerments, it must be performed during the Dharma assembly. Therefore, such practices cannot be fully represented in brief words unless one has seen them firsthand or consulted medical texts. It is best to consult with a skilled physician or have them assist in the completion. In any case, for the sake of auspiciousness, it is sufficient to prepare the necessary items; there is no need to prepare too many. Yellow musk has already been included in the mercury purification process, so there is no need to prepare it separately. For the great mercury purification, it is sufficient to offer the necessary items as mentioned above, which is enough to make a bagful of pills. As for "Da Ji," even the meat of snow frogs is very difficult to find. A suitable substitute is the meat of forest frogs from Lho Mon, or in places like Pukong Rongchen, there is a pig with two heads, whose meat is all fat, which can be used as a substitute. In any case, for detoxification, use golden Terminalia chebula. Just add musk and vulture meat, and to enhance the potency, add white ash vajra. To sharpen the effect, just add a little salt, and then grind them all into powder. Other than that, it seems that other medicines do not need detoxification. During the actual essence extraction process, such as washing hands and feet, washing with clean pottery water, boiling in milk, etc., are all methods of detoxification and attracting essence, and there are many different explanations. But here, only items prepared for the sake of auspiciousness, it is difficult to prepare too many. If it is necessary to increase the number of pills, white flour can be added, and then kneaded into pills. Even if the steps of detoxification and essence extraction cannot be completed one by one, there seems to be no conflict. If you practice according to the ritual of the "King of Accomplishers," it will be very complete. Because the deity is of the same essence, and the mantra is also Om Guru Ayusiddhi Hum Hrih Amarani Jivantiye Svaha (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་གུ་རུ་ཨཱ་ཡུསིདྡྷི་ཧཱུྃ་ཧྲཱིཿཨ་མཱ་ར་ཎི་ཛཱི་བནྟི་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओँ गुरु आयुस्सिद्धि हुं ह्रीः अमरणि जिवन्तिये स्वाहा, Sanskrit Roman transliteration: oṃ guru āyussiddhi hūṃ hrīḥ amāraṇi jīvantiye svāhā, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Guru Longevity Accomplishment Hum Hrih Immortal Life Svaha), except for starting with the name mantra of the guru, the essence of the mantra is the same. Ninth, the collection of vase water and bath water: it is sufficient to make a substitute with the materials of the vase and saffron, etc. Some people think that the substitute for bath water is red clay or pure agarwood, and some people also mix various materials to eliminate bad omens, such as white alum and white glue, etc., but it doesn't matter if these are not available. The method of practice is: to eliminate sins and obscurations, mainly rely on Vajrasattva, and to eliminate bad omens, rely on Namgyalma.

Purify and bathe the substances by preceding it with the self-generation of either peaceful or wrathful deities. Then, according to the general vase practice, it is sufficient to change only the phrase "on top of being filled with various contents." Finally, when offering the torma, scatter it like scattering with a kusha grass sprinkler, and it is sufficient to believe that the vase deity dissolves into light, thereby endowing the contents with power. Also, for this type, there is also the following practice method of mantra accomplishment: Place the substances in a container such as a vase or skull cup in front. Perform a brief or detailed self-generation, and purify the substances. From emptiness, from (Tibetan: པཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: vam, Sanskrit Romanization: vam, Literal meaning: vam) arises a lotus, etc., up to "filled with various contents," according to the general vase generation. On top of that, there is a garland of mantras residing on the moon. From that, rays of light emanate, offering to the noble ones, benefiting sentient beings. Gathering all the compassion, blessings, and power of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, it dissolves into the mantra garland. From that, an immeasurable stream of nectar descends, making the contents powerful. Recite and contemplate this. Secretly recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra, or mantras such as Vajravidāraṇa and Smebrtsegs. The mandala and mantra garland, together with the seat, dissolve into light and dissolve into the substances, making them endowed with the nature of wisdom nectar and all powers. Recite and contemplate this, and the conclusion of the self-generation should be done according to the general practice. If there is no vase, it is sufficient to recite "on top of the substances, residing on the moon" etc. from emptiness. Such methods are explained separately in Indian texts. They also appear frequently in the instructions of the Kadampa school. It is very good because it is also in harmony with the scattering blessing method of Rabten, and the mantra water blessing of the Medicine Buddha Sutra ritual. Nowadays, it is good to practice mantra incense and mantra clay, that is, earth mantras, etc., in this way. If the detailed practice of all the other types of pills mentioned above is not available, it is sufficient to cover them with these visualizations and bless them by reciting the respective mantras. I think that is enough for the types of exchange. In any case, it should be divided into sessions and practiced according to the length of time.
