That is, until the collection of the essence. The fourth example is like a shooting star merging into one. Thereafter, the essence also becomes increasingly subtle and abides in the inconceivable. This is the fifth example, like salt dissolving in water. Thereafter, the examples of the branches are placed upon the nature itself. What emanates from it, such as demeanor, rays, waves, water, oil, etc., and the inconceivable nature itself, such as the dancer himself, the sun, the ocean, water, and oil, etc., are symbolized by the five examples of the inseparable branches. In such a state, abide in spontaneous equanimity. If you wish to arise, then arise as Heruka, endowed with the three blessings of yoga, and at the time of the four sessions, offer torma at this time, or if not, purify and remember. This is what must be practiced after the generation stage. The second is not necessarily practiced after the generation stage, but rather, the yogi who has stabilized the generation stage, or even a beginner, relies on the object of wind and mind, and therefore, it is the interdependent origination of wanting to quickly seek the wisdom of samadhi. After practicing the complete generation stage, or if only this is the main focus, then in an instant, visualize clearly the Heruka father and mother in union at the navel, with a four-petaled lotus. To the east is the nature of earth-wind, yellow; to the right is the nature of water-wind, white; to the rear is the nature of fire-wind, red; to the left is the wind of wind, green; and in the center is the nature of space-wind, a single blue essence. Gradually, for the sake of taming the mind, a yellow ray of light, like a medium-sized thread, emanates from the La in front, coming out of the left nostril, extending forward to a distance of sixteen fingers. As the wind enters, the ray of light also retracts inward, mentally dissolving into the yellow La. By looking at it, one performs the object of wind union. Because the earth-wind is thus mastered, when a smoke-like appearance arises, one dissolves it into the Wa on the left, etc. Because the wind of water, fire, and wind is mastered, signs such as mirages, fireflies, and candlelight arise. Finally, dissolving into the green essence of the Ya in the center, and practicing as before, when one sees something like a cloudless sky, it is said that the wind of space is mastered, and after this, the wisdom of the path of seeing will arise. The third is the substitution of letters.

The wind practice of meditating on the color of the bindu as before is the same as others. These are meditated on according to one's own preference, and it is not necessary to go one after another. Second, remembering purity: The scriptures say, "Teeth and nails are Khaṇḍa Kapālī." etc. In the mind, visualize impure places and decorations, etc., as the nature of pure deities and mantras. Third, the Torma Yoga has five aspects: The time is usually between sessions, especially the tenth and twenty-fifth days, etc. The items are mainly meat and alcohol. The ritual is to offer tormas to worldly and transworldly guests and entrust them with activities. The method of offering is: facing south, with hair disheveled, naked at night. The necessity is: to please the guests, for the sake of accomplishment. Fourth, Food Yoga: At an inappropriate time, bless the food like a torma, or touch the left thumb and forefinger, recite the three syllables, bless it as nectar, and if you want to perform elaborate hand offerings, you can. Then, in order to offer the inner body mandala, enjoy it like a fire offering, and meditate on the four activities, etc. Finally, remember the leftovers and selflessness. The practices that stabilize the two stages in this way are: practices for one's own benefit and for the benefit of others. The first also has three aspects: after the generation stage is slightly familiar, 1. To stabilize it, a gathering path of yogis corresponding to the number of deities. One should be very stable in visualization for years and months, etc., with oneself possessing the attire of Heruka, which is a practice with elaboration. 2. To stabilize the completion stage, the eight worldly concerns are equal during meditation. To examine whether it is stable or not, go to crossroads, etc. at night, enjoy the objects, and observe whether conceptual thoughts arise or not, which is a practice without elaboration. 3. Relying on both, if it is certain that ordinary conceptual thoughts will not arise from the practice without elaboration, then abandon one's own home, etc., and wander in all directions with the behavior of a madman, which is a practice of extreme non-elaboration. The second is: after extreme non-elaboration is stable, when the power has greatly increased, one vows to be a yogi and benefits all sentient beings.
