Because it is the nature of the two accumulations of merit and wisdom, which are characterized by Prajnaparamita and so on. It is also said in the Mahayana Sutra called "Brahma's Special Inquiry by Mind": "Whatever abandons all defilements, its meaning is generosity. Whatever has no manifest activity, that is morality. Whatever is devoid of characteristics, that is patience. Whatever has no discrimination, that is diligence. Whatever does not abide, that is meditation. Whatever has no elaboration, that is wisdom. Thus, the nature of non-abiding and non-elaboration is the Perfection of Wisdom." Also, in the "Seven Hundred Prajna Sutra," many quotes are cited, and finally it says: "Bhagavan, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, there is no Dharma that will increase or decrease even slightly. Bhagavan, it should be known that is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom." And, "Bhagavan, whatever does not abide in anything, that is practicing the Perfection of Wisdom." And, "Bhagavan, whatever Dharma abides in a slight increase or decrease, that is not practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, because it neither abandons the Dharma of ordinary beings nor truly accepts the Dharma of the Buddhas." Also, the Lord Maitreya said: "Emptiness, in short, is Suchness and the ultimate limit, signlessness and ultimate meaning, the realm of Dharma is a synonym." Also, in order to make the five categories of generation and completion stages consistent with the clarity of wisdom, the outer generation stage, the inner profound generation stage, completion, complete accomplishment, and the nature stage, these five stages are combined with the five stages. Thus, in short, Vajra recitation, self-blessing, manifest enlightenment, and union are said to be other names. And, it also shows how to summarize them into four mudras: "The great mudra is the mind, the samaya mudra goes everywhere, the Dharma mudra is speech, and the karma mudra is the body." Also, Chandrakirti's "Lamp Illuminating the Meaning" says: "In order to perfectly accomplish the secret mantra body, the generation stage is the first step. Merely focusing on the mind is the second step."
