The ground is spoken of. That which demonstrates conventional truth is the pleasing third stage. That which is pure conventional truth is called the fourth stage. That which is the union of the two truths is called union, the fifth stage. This is the supreme limb of accomplishment, the essence of all tantras. Thus it is said. Mantra, mind, and body, as well as purity and union, if one knows the meaning condensed by the five stages, one will enter the six extremes. Thus it is said. Arya Deva said: Mantra (Tibetan: སྔགས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मंत्र, Sanskrit Romanization: mantra, Literal Chinese meaning: spell), Mudra (Tibetan: ཕྱག་རྒྱ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: मुद्रा, Sanskrit Romanization: mudrā, Literal Chinese meaning: seal), Atman (Tibetan: བདག་།, Sanskrit Devanagari: आत्म, Sanskrit Romanization: ātma, Literal Chinese meaning: self), Dharma (Tibetan: ཆོས།, Sanskrit Devanagari: धर्म, Sanskrit Romanization: dharma, Literal Chinese meaning: law), and the suchness of the deity, thus it was said. This text was translated by Samantabhadra and Naktsö. Homage! In the Extensive Commentary on the Ten Suchnesses by Pandit Sahajavajra, it says: Thus, because one has not realized one's own nature, it is established as the nature of perversion, and because of afflictions, actions, and births, samsara arises, therefore discriminations appear separately. Not realizing the nature of these is called adventitious defilement. Thus it is said. To completely abandon these adventitious defilements is considered purity. Thus, Lord Maitreya said: Without complete defilement, utterly pure, That is with stain and without stain, Like the water element, gold, and space, One desires purity as purity. If that purity did not change, All sentient beings would be liberated. If that affliction did not change, Effort would be fruitless. Thus it is said. Thus, everything to be accomplished here, and the very term of accomplishing, is indeed conventional. Buddhas and Vajradharas themselves should be diligently accomplished in the conventional. In the ultimate sense, suchness is not possessed of afflictions, nor is it utterly pure. Thus it is said: Again, he (Maitreya) said: Not afflicted, nor unafflicted, That is neither pure nor impure. Thus it is said. Thus and so on. As it is said: From the King of Samadhi Sutra: One should know the distinctions of the definitive meaning sutras, How the Sugata taught emptiness, Again, for individuals, sentient beings, persons, One should know that all dharmas are for the sake of straightforwardness. One makes separate discriminations about the selflessness of dharmas, If one meditates with separate discriminations, By that cause, one will attain peace. Whatever self and other

It will not become the cause of increasing afflictions. All dharmas are inherently and always empty. When a Bodhisattva cultivates afflictions, everything becomes empty through everything. The Hinayana emptiness belongs to the Tirthikas. (From the Madhyamakavatara) Thus, because the very profound object is not known, it should be greatly relied upon. The alaya-vijnana exists, and the emptiness of the person exists. Regarding these aggregates, the Buddha who has abandoned the view of the perishable aggregates, how does he show "I" and "mine"? Thus, all things are inherently non-existent, and the meaning of honesty will be shown. (From the Madhyamakavatara) That which is called luminosity is the self-awareness that is naturally free from defilements. By thoroughly understanding the nature of wisdom, abandoning superimposition and defamation, one realizes the non-abiding Madhyamaka. Wisdom is for abandoning superimposition, and skillful means are for abandoning defamation. (From the Uttaratantra) Union is the nature of suchness, known through the oral instructions of the supreme guru. That itself is emptiness, inseparable from great compassion, and is the characteristic of ultimate Bodhicitta. Furthermore, mere dry speculation is not the object of children, because they do not have the fortune to know the truth. Here, it is also indicated by evil speculation. Thus, the Bhagavan said: Not self-nature, not observation, not things, not alaya-vijnana. What is observed by the speculation of children? Evil speculation is like poison. And so on. Therefore, it is not the object of speculation either. Abandon dry speculation. And so on. This was translated by Pandit Kalyanavarman and the translator Jnanakara Tsur. ༈ །།In the Vajra Words composed by the master Vajrapani: The first joy is going, the supreme joy is also going, the joy of separation from joy is also going, the co-emergent three are invisible. And, this self-aware wisdom transcends the realm and path of speech. The blessed awareness, the omniscient wisdom is its nature. And, the essence of all Buddhas is: (Tibetan: ཨེ་ཝཾ, Devanagari: एवं, Romanized Sanskrit: evaṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Thus) completely abiding, the sole form.
