"Take the bonds completely open on the path." Also, non-meditation is: abiding in the womb of reality, purifying the attachment to meditating and not meditating, without any fabrication or aim in the mind, abiding in the ordinary equanimity of abandoning like a nail in the city of vast awareness, or getting lost in the unpredicted of what is and is not. Also, the so-called cultivating whatever arises is not about staring at the arising thoughts and negating them, nor is it about examining them, nor is it about following them, but about releasing the one who generates the thoughts into awareness itself, and cultivating in a completely open way in abiding and moving, if you do not understand this meaning, but arbitrarily follow whatever arises and speculate, then it is wrong. Also, whatever good or bad thoughts arise, do not patch up the clinging of "it is a thought," nor apply antidotal moxibustion on what should be abandoned, but like an old man watching a child's game, continuously familiarize yourself day and night in a state of indifference and non-elaboration, thereby perfecting the power of insight without thought. No matter how abiding, moving, awareness, thoughts, good thoughts, or bad thoughts arise, they seize the stronghold in the state of awareness-emptiness, beyond mind, and Great Perfection. Thus it is said. In short, there is nothing else to ask for other than not being separated from the uncorrected state. The meaning of directly seeing reality, the settling point of the meaning of Great Perfection, is this very uncorrected, naked awareness. To guard it with the mindfulness of never forgetting it is called meditation. By guarding without forgetting in a state that is not too tense, just in the state of recognizing one's own nature, then the ultimate truth of freedom from elaboration, which transcends examples and terms, will arise. At the time of the beginner, if the awareness is distracted by the rampant black thoughts, when the awareness arrives and the regret of "I have been distracted" etc. arises, do not cut off the previous thoughts and regrets etc., but naturally rest on the clear awareness itself. By familiarizing yourself with this for a long time, thoughts will arise in meditation, and abiding and moving will be simultaneously liberated. At this time, having reached the final stage of the three ways of liberation, although it surpasses the true vision of the Buddha who practices with faith and understanding, because it has not yet reached the three purities, it is easy to separate from attainment and return, therefore it is peaceful.

Meditation alone is most important. Although from the perspective of awareness itself, there is no substitute for the path and the ground, considering the way in which subsequent awareness is perfected, the excellent yogis have distinguished the four yogas, etc., which are only for the purpose of progressing gradually in practice. The outer stupa of Shanburi, the inner immeasurable palace is unimaginably vast. Outside, there are hundreds of thousands of cities of dakinis. In the center of that palace, on a high throne, is the one called Warrior Vidyadhara Skull Fragment, fifteen years old, wearing a white shangshur, adorned with silk, jewels, and charnel ground ornaments. Surrounded by countless assemblies of warriors, dakinis, renunciates, and bodhisattvas, he turns the wheel of Dharma of various vehicles. Thus he saw. It is said that this is from the biography in "Ten Wonderful Stories" by Lord Kunsang. The Sakya father and son lords received about four different transmissions of the glorious Great Black Vajra Tent Protector. Namely, the single protector of the Lamdre tradition, the single hero, transmitted from Gayadhara; the Tent Protector residing within the Hundred Methods of Accomplishment transmitted from Vajrasana and Bari Lotsawa; the instructions on the three cycles of Kilaya transmitted from Panchen Shakya Shri to Sakya Pandita; and the transmission heard from Mal Lotsawa, which was transmitted sequentially from the Brahmin Supreme Desire to Panchen Dewa Dorje, etc. Among these four, the first three only have the method of accomplishment, അനുജ്ഞാ (anujñā, permission), and oral instructions, without extensive classifications such as instructions. Among these four, the essence of mental calculation and mental commitment is made to this transmission from Mal Lotsawa. Moreover, in that, the command that is like a stream of blessings that never ceases, the secret instruction that is like a gold-transforming elixir that never reverts, the devotion that is like the joy of a young woman that satisfies the mind, the veneration that is like a god enjoying desirable qualities, the wealth that is continuous. That is, among the four oral transmissions, the first has four empowerments whose command has not declined, one blessing whose command has not declined, and about twenty permissions whose command has not declined. The second has the outer guidance that relies on the outer protection wheel after the permission of the ten wrathful ones has preceded, and the fierce mantra
