In summary, regarding the manner in which the Kalachakra arose in India, according to the Dro tradition, Cilupa Pandita and the great Kalachakrapada are considered to be the same person. It is said that on the way to Shambhala, he listened to Shri Palakirti and also listened to a bhikshu who was an emanation of Avalokiteshvara, and so on, there are many different accounts. After that, it developed in India. He transmitted it to the lesser Kalachakrapada, Nalendrapa, and Khasche Zla-ba mGon-po (Kashmiri Chandranatha), who in turn transmitted it to 'Phro-lo Shes-rab Grags, and thus it flourished in Tibet. The Gelug tradition's 'Phan-yul-ba Brag-sgom dKon-mchog Srung, sGro-ston gNam-la brTsegs, and the great siddha Yu-mo bDe-pa rGyal-po, among others, propagated it in succession. Alternatively, according to the Rwa tradition, Cilupa Pandita and Kalachakrapada are not the same person. Cilupa, on the way to Shambhala, requested teachings from an emanation of Manjushri. He transmitted it to Po-to A-tsarma, who transmitted it to the great Kalachakrapada, who transmitted it to the lesser Kalachakrapada, and then to Manjukirti, Pandita Samantahum, Rwa Lotsawa Chos-rab, Rwa Yeshe Sengge, Rwa 'Bum Seng, and Gra-lo rNam-gyal rDo-rje, and so on. From Vibhuti it was transmitted to Ko-brag-pa, from Shakya Shri it was transmitted to Sa-pan, and from Pandita Nag-gi Rin-chen it was transmitted to Gangs-dkar rDo-rje gDan-pa, and so on. There are other accounts of how it arose in Tibet. There are very many different historical accounts of how Kalachakra arose in India. Furthermore, in the above-mentioned general meaning of Chakrasamvara, the five types of individuals suitable for entering the tantra are: those like a Chandala, white lotus, Utpala (藏文:ཨུཏྤལ།,梵文天城体:उत्पल,梵文罗马拟音:utpala,汉语字面意思:青莲花), lotus, and those like a precious jewel. The twenty-six chapters of this tantra have been condensed into three. The first is impure because it is of the lowest faculty. The three in the middle are the superior, intermediate, and inferior of the intermediate faculty, encompassing both impurity and purity. The last is the best of faculties, encompassing purity, making it the sixth. Furthermore, in the extensive preliminary explanation of the 'Ornament of Trees' by Drubkhang Peldrub, 'Making the Wise Rejoice,' it mentions: taking the characteristic basis with the gaze of a lion, separating the points of the occasion with the leap of a frog, and explaining the meaning of the words beautifully with the gait of a tortoise. The first point is: just as a lion, with its upright posture, ascertains all the underlying bases, it is first established by taking the offering of praise such as 'I prostrate' as the basis for explanation.
