Without idle talk, the king's regime will naturally become strong. 4. Without wrong views. 5. Precious Jewel: Has eight qualities: At night, it emits a bright light like the moon, illuminating a hundred yojanas. 1. Flowing with water possessing eight qualities, quenching thirst. 2. All the king's decisions come from the jewel. 3. Within a hundred yojanas of where the jewel is located, there is no disease, and wishes can be fulfilled. 4. Strong winds and heavy rain will not fall. 5. There is no sorrow or cliffs, etc., and it can increase the wealth of containers such as forests. 6. Untimely death will not occur. 7. That king will have a thousand brave and resilient sons.
