La, thus it is said. The five grains are sesame, barley, soybeans, mung beans, rice, and wheat. The five medicines are: pṛhatī (梵文天城体:पிருহতী,梵文罗马拟音:pṛhatī,literal meaning: large), kaṇṭakārī (梵文天城体:कण्टकारी,梵文罗马拟音:kaṇṭakārī,literal meaning: thorn), śatāvarī (梵文天城体:शतावरी,梵文罗马拟音:śatāvarī,literal meaning: hundred), daṇotālā (梵文天城体:दणोताला,梵文罗马拟音:daṇotālā,literal meaning: unknown), and white girikarṇī (梵文天城体:गिरिकर्णी,梵文罗马拟音:girikarṇī,literal meaning: mountain ear). The five precious things are: pearl, gold, silver, coral, and agate. The fragrant water is a little perfume. Thus it is said. Whatever is gathered from these is placed on the vajra adorned with a garland of flowers. Thus and so on it is said. This is a commentary on the "Four Hundred and Fifty Verses" by the scholar, composed by the feet of Ratnakara Shanti, translated by Nirya Bhadra and Rin Zang. This is the four-limbed practice, an explanation of Kuntuzangmo, composed by the scholar Vitapada, emptiness without inherent nature. In the commentary of etc.: Whatever is thoroughly proclaimed as the nature of any dharma is very unreasonable, therefore it is separate from it. Or, because it is separate from the taker and the taken, one and many, etc., which are universally conceived by children, all things are emptiness. If there is no cause, it means that the Ishvara etc. conceived by heretics etc. do not exist, therefore all dharmas are without characteristics. The cause that appears only as a term is not obstructed. Without characteristics is without things, that is, the nature is real. Thus it is said. What is called subsequent inference is subsequent consideration, that is, the happiness etc. of beings such as gods and humans are separate from discriminatory consideration, therefore there is no subsequent inference, therefore it is separate from wishes. Thus it is said. Also, having known that, with compassion. In the place of etc., having known that, it means that the wheel of the mandala is the antidote to the suffering of existence. Also, having known that itself is different from other ways. Thus it is said. Dzogchen Yeshe means the inconceivable non-dual wisdom, the Dzogchen wisdom that arises from attending to and serving the lama. Accomplishing in an instant means possessing such wisdom, and also an instant with the sentient beings' continuum, that is, it will transform into enlightenment in this very life. That is the meaning. Therefore, it is said glorious Kuntuzangpo, glorious is the nature of all fields.

Having become, therefore is Samantabhadra. The nature of non-dual wisdom, the Bhagavan Vajrasattva. The so-called "basis of things" refers to the Bhagavan being the suchness of all dharmas, swiftly and without difficulty causing enlightenment, and causing the compounded to ripen, and making the meaning of nature perfect, is the basis of things. The so-called "He is compassionate" means desiring to liberate sentient beings from suffering. For the Bhagavan who abides in his own mind as it is, what is there not to meditate on? Others, in countless eons, those who desire the Buddha together with the guru, for such a glorious, all-auspicious essence, what do they not meditate on? It is the meaning that should be meditated on solely. Therefore: Lord of all the glorious Buddhas, The abode of all Vajra-holders, The dharmata of all dharmas, The means of all Buddhas. As it is said in the eighteenth chapter. Thus it appears. Furthermore, from the method of mandala accomplishment 179 to the commentary study 219, by Pandit Vitapada: The mandala is made by mind or by powdered colors. Thus it is. Furthermore, Teacher Ratnakara says: The coarse body mandala can be manifested in an instant, but the subtle Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva and others, as well as the body vajra, cannot be manifested. Therefore, those who possess the precepts and asceticism of mantra, because they have obtained power, are called slightly mastering its wisdom, and are the first good practitioners. Teacher Ratnakara says in the old commentary on the Four Hundred: Here, according to the distinction of place, there are four kinds of yogis: the first practitioner, the one who slightly masters wisdom, the one who has obtained mastery of wisdom, and the one who truly masters wisdom. What are the actions of each of these, will be shown in four verses in order. Rising time is when waking up from sleep. The song of the goddess refers to "all sentient beings are the lords of the place" and so on. The so-called "first good practitioner" means that the first practitioner should completely recite all the rituals correctly, and widely manifest the three samadhis and recite.
