Your view is: The four joys stabilized by the letter "ma," through causes, can destroy white hair; through maturation, they bestow strength; through the nature of a male, they completely increase; through being stainless, they become immortal. Not understanding the tenets is meaningless; one should practice the transference of consciousness of the Great Seal. Etc., after extensive explanation, the result is the indivisibility of the three bodies, obtaining the Svabhavikakaya, abiding on the fourteenth ground, accomplishing Vajradhara. This is from the fourteenth chapter. If these two chapters, along with the Stainless Confession Tantra, etc., are combined, they thoroughly demonstrate the Dharma language of the Path and Result. Furthermore, in the Root Tantra of the Collection of Offerings and Praises, it says: These arrogant retinues, their nature is self-aware Bodhicitta, not moving from the unborn realm, adapting to the worldly abode, and being pleased by offerings and praises, are therefore called worldly offerings and praises. Thus it is said. Also, in the Heruka Heart Tantra called Galwa, it says: The immeasurable palace is wisdom, the equality of samsara and nirvana is the four squares, the four doors are the four mindfulnesses, the eight liberations and the horse stance. The jewel threshold is the nature of compassion, the four miraculous feet are the portico, the seven branches of enlightenment are the chain, and the pillars of the eight noble paths are beautiful. The wisdom of the path is the whisk, the curved knife chain that destroys the bonds of affliction, the bell and the banner waving in the wind, are the sounds proclaiming the Dharma of wisdom, are the symbols of the gathering of great qualities, are the victory banners that subdue the four maras, and the skull garland is the symbol of obtaining the three bodies. Furthermore, the third chapter of Galpo extensively explains the paths of the nine vehicles. Furthermore, in the fifth chapter of the Lamrim, it says: Reciting mantras without diminishing the limbs, abandoning the ten faults, and completing the three recitations according to the number. Pacifying, increasing, subjugating, and destroying, fulfilling the benefit of oneself and others. Outer, inner, and secret, reciting as desired, the recitation reaches the limit. When tired, look at the bindu of wisdom. Thus it is said, the meaning of which is that when reciting, one must recite without diminishing the limbs of the mantra, and one must abandon the ten faults. The ten faults are: the sound is too loud, too soft, the speech is too fast, too slow, the voice is too high, too low, the limbs of the syllables are broken and diminished, the mind is distracted elsewhere, speaking while reciting, being interrupted by walking, etc. These are all

Having abandoned, the mind is clear, without excess or deficiency, reciting diligently without distraction, or oneself appearing clearly as the Samaya-sattva, the deity appearing clearly as the Wisdom-sattva, in between, radiating and withdrawing clearly, reciting through these three ways of clarity. The time is six months and so on, the number is four hundred thousand and so on, until signs, experiences, and dreams occur, it should be completed. At that time, offering with the special qualities of Samadhi by expanding, and accomplishing self-benefit by taking the Siddhi through withdrawing, and perfecting the benefit of others by purifying the obscurations of beings through expanding. Furthermore, the mantra's rays of light of the external Samaya-sattva, or the Wisdom-sattva appearing as desired, radiate from the pores. The internal Samaya and Wisdom appear without difference, radiating from the heart to the nostrils. The secret is, from the emptiness secret Vajra of the self Samaya-sattva, the light of the letters Bodhicitta radiates together, entering the mouth of the Wisdom-sattva, passing through the path of Awadhuti, from the secret Vajra dissolving into one's own Vajra. In this way, the mind is focused on Samsara and recitation is done. Or, oneself appearing clearly as the mandala of the Samaya-sattva is external Yoga, the deity appearing clearly as the mandala of the Wisdom-sattva is internal Yoga, the radiating and withdrawing of letters in the intermediate space appearing clearly is secret Yoga. Or, purifying the obscurations of oneself and others is external recitation, thereby the Siddhi is clear and obtained is internal recitation, the light of recitation does not radiate outwards, but withdraws inwards like hail falling into a lake is secret recitation. The first is, through the way of radiating the light of the mantra, the second is the way of deity visualization, the third is established through the way of purifying obscurations and taking Siddhi. Through such ways, the recitation should reach its measure. If one becomes tired from vocal recitation, for the sake of resting, the way of reciting the three subtle ones is: from the right channel Roma flows blood, from the left channel Kyangma flows urine, from the central channel Kundalini flows Bodhicitta, these three. At the lower navel duct, insert the butter lamp wick into the blood drop. At the crown aperture, the moon bindu ཧཾ (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,梵文罗马拟音,空性) is inserted upwards. The mantra dissolves into the central channel Kundalini, abiding in the bindu of the five wisdoms, therefore, looking at the bindu of wisdom in the Kundalini at the heart, the mind appears as emptiness. The navel is Samantabhadra's blood drop.
