From words transformed, like a sprout, green and fresh. For those with faith, accomplishment comes from the Buddha. All mantras, especially, will not succeed for those without faith. And, the lamp's container, whether of gold, silver, copper, or earth, filled with oil from the seeds of the Tila tree, or filled with fragrant seed oil, or completely filled with butter, with a wick made of a piece of coarse cloth, offer a million lamps before a painted image. And, there is a king endowed with Dharma, there are beings endowed with purity. For those who respect their father and mother, and where there is the Brahmin caste. The gods will be accomplished there; they will not be accomplished elsewhere. And, the pure lands spoken of by the One with Ten Powers, the mountains in the north, and Kashmir and China, Nepal, as well as Mangyul, Great China, and Khotan, all these are lands of accomplishment. And, on the banks of rivers and oceans, or on snowy mountains, on the king of mountains, Bighaye, one should accomplish the supreme activity. And, after that, when the sun has half risen, then one should abandon the recitation of mantras. When the recitation of mantras is stopped, invite the disciplined ones and the offering patrons to return. In the remaining time after stopping, do good deeds for the teachings of Shakyamuni. Reading the sacred Dharma and so on, the Prajnaparamita and so on. The scripture called the "Ten Bhumi Sutra," should always be offered to and recited. And, the source of the water of the ocean of samsara, is like the shape of a bucket. Those beings are covered by unbearable water of suffering. The Buddha said that women are the root of suffering. The Shravakas, Bodhisattvas, and Pratyekabuddhas, Shakyamuni also said the same. And, for this repetition, discipline is diminished, and there is no supreme respect for it. Intermediate accomplishment is sometimes present and sometimes not, and lower accomplishment is non-existent. The Powerful One, Shakyamuni, did not say that one with broken discipline can accomplish mantras. Nor is it the direction and place to go to the city of Nirvana. For this bad child, where is the accomplishment of mantras? For this person with broken discipline, where is there a good rebirth? He will not be transformed into heaven, nor will he attain supreme bliss.
