Also. By what part is fire not understood? It is the cause, therefore smoke arises, therefore it is understood in this way. And, only through the difference of experience, can the difference of meaning be understood. And, other examples should also be understood. And, oneself is understood by direct perception, only oneself can enter, if this is not the case, then other knowers are. And, whatever is related to that cause, if it is, then at that time it is the knower itself. At that time, the knower is the follower, only the nature of the generality is understood. Thus, etc., all nominal measures repeatedly declare that the object to be measured can be understood. Similarly, in the Determination of Valid Cognition, it is also said: Even if it is not combined with it, it can be understood from the intention of speaking, the meaning itself. And, it is also cut off by the companion, therefore it can understand all meanings. And, in order to understand the meaning of meaning, on meaning. In the commentary it is said: Two meanings make meaning understood. Thus, it is declared that understanding and realization are the same meaning. What is the result of measurement? The object to be measured can be understood. And, because the difference of meaning is understood, it comes from the difference of experience, and the difference of experience is understood, it comes from the nature of such an appearance. And, even if there are other powers, because no fruit is produced, it is understood that there are other causes. And, what kind of appearance is it? The appearance of such a nature that establishes the connection of nature can make it close to itself and be understood. And, because the nature of the generality is understood from the connection, it is also the subsequent inference. And, in order to make others' minds understand, and, in order to prevent some, other measures exist. Thus, etc., all nominal measures are because they can understand the object to be measured, so it is declared that it is understanding. In Entering the Bodhisattva's Way, it is also said: It is not too surprising that one cannot understand the impure nature of another's body, it is too surprising that one cannot understand that one's own nature is impure. In the commentary it is said: Oneself, that is, for oneself, you have not understood what is the body of impure nature, that is, you have not understood. From the explanation that the meaning of not understanding is not understanding, it can also be known that the meaning of understanding is understanding.

It should be known that Ra don said that, in Sanskrit, the word "vid" is very often translated as understanding, realization, knowing, or recognizing. If one thinks that it is not realization because it has not arisen in the continuum, then what is meant by arising in the continuum? Is it said that realization is when the meaning to be realized arises in the continuum? Or is it said that realization is when the wisdom that realizes arises in the continuum? If it is the former, then it is not acceptable, because for most objects of valid cognition established by valid cognition, it is not certain that the object of valid cognition will arise in the continuum. If it is not so, then it would follow that the external fire arises in the continuum of the person who realizes the external fire, and the non-existent arises in the continuum of the person who realizes the non-existent, and so on, there would be many absurd consequences. If it is said that realization is when the wisdom that realizes arises in the continuum, then all understanding would become realization, because the wisdom that realizes has already arisen in the continuum. That all understanding is realization has already been established above, and it is impossible for the wisdom that realizes of a person who has not arisen in someone's continuum to exist. Therefore, distinguishing between understanding and realization is not the view of great scholars, but only the self-creation of someone who is not familiar with the great treatises. According to the view of the great treatises, there are many ways of realization, such as realization by consciousness, realization by wisdom, realization by conventional valid cognition, realization by ultimate valid cognition, realization by conceptualization, realization by non-conceptualization, realization by direct perception, realization by inference, and so on. There are also many differences between good and bad realization, but I will not write about them here. Furthermore, you have not seen a method superior to realizing the selflessness of form, such as the purifying Vajra Yoga. The Blessed One concealed the purifying Vajra Yoga in the condensed tantra kings with vajra words, and revealed it very clearly in the root tantra kings. The Blessed One said that there is a method different from what you think, as it is said in the glorious Kalachakra:
