Therefore, those scholars who laugh at saying that terms such as ultimate truth, Tathagatagarbha, Dharmata, Svabhava, and Tathata are different names for the same meaning, are, like a lamp, only laughing at themselves, and ultimately only questioning the sutras and tantras of definitive meaning along with their commentaries. Here, if one thinks that saying "Dharmadhatu" etc. and "wisdom" etc. are the same is meant to be a nominal designation, and not that wisdom etc. are characterized by inherent existence, that should not be thought, because there is not even the slightest harm to the fact that Dharmadhatu etc. are the actual wisdom, and there are very many proofs for it. If one thinks that even though it is emptiness, there are cases where it is not wisdom, and that whatever is wisdom is conditioned, and Dharmata is unconditioned, so it will be a contradiction, that should not be thought, because the Dharmata of emptiness is incomprehensible, and if Dharmata is comprehensible, then it is also self-aware wisdom, and self-born wisdom transcends the moment and is unconditioned. Many things that become known about these have been stated before, and other unstated things are also very much present in the holy scriptures. Therefore, to abuse the holy Dharma because it does not agree with one's own mind is said to be a great act of abandoning the Dharma. Furthermore, if one thinks that it is with regard to the absence of wisdom in the ultimate truth that the Heart Sutra says, "There is no wisdom, no attainment, and no non-attainment," etc., that (is not the case). Saying that there is no wisdom refers to the fact that wisdom does not exist as an entity, and is not conditioned, and considering that it cannot be attained through causes and conditions, it is also said that "there is no attainment," as it is said in the Arya Ratnakuta Sutra, in the commentary on the Seven Hundred Prajnaparamita, "When that wisdom does not exist in the ultimate truth, then that wisdom is without attachment. When that wisdom is without attachment, then that wisdom is without entity." From then on, similarly, "When that wisdom is without reliance, then that wisdom is unborn. Unattained. Will not be born. What is

Furthermore, why is that? That wisdom is not an accumulation of qualities, or not qualities, so it is not an accumulation of qualities. Why is that? That wisdom is inconceivable. Therefore, how can qualities or non-qualities be shown? Because of what reason is that wisdom inconceivable? That wisdom is not conceivable. If one knows it that way, then it is the wisdom of the Buddha in an inconceivable manner. So it is said. Furthermore, it is not that there is absolutely no attainment, but it is said that there is no attainment when there is no arrogance of attainment. As it is said, in the Noble Jewel Heap, in the Sutra Showing the Indivisible Nature of the Noble Dharma Realm, the emanation monk who became Manjushri Kumara, extensively explained the method of subduing two hundred monks. Then, the venerable Subhuti said to those monks, "Venerable ones, who has attained what and realized what, and then offered their own robes to Manjushri Kumara?" They said, "Venerable Subhuti, we have not attained anything and have not realized anything. Therefore, we offered our own robes to Manjushri Kumara." "Venerable Subhuti, when we have the thought of attainment, we rise from our seats and leave. When we are separated from the thought of attainment, we return." It is said, "Venerable Subhuti, what is called attainment is wavering. It is not arrogance." It is said, "Venerable Subhuti, whoever has no attainment and has not attained realization has completely destroyed all arrogance." So it is said. Therefore, it is said that there is no wisdom, and similarly, that there is no Buddha, no Bodhi, no Nirvana, no attainment, no complete enlightenment, no liberation, and so on. It should be understood that such statements are intended as an antidote to clinging to the characteristics of the result, and should not be taken literally. If understood,
