Furthermore, in the *Laṅkāvatāra Sūtra*, it also says: "Mahāmati, what is the nature of perfect accomplishment? It is like this: the thusness that is free from the discrimination of characteristics, names, and the nature of things, having attained the realization of noble wisdom, each noble one has the object of experience of self-cognizant wisdom. Mahāmati, this nature of perfect accomplishment is the heart essence of the Tathāgatas." Also, in that same sūtra, it says: "Mahāmati, what is the ultimate noble wisdom, the great emptiness? It is like this: understanding one's own noble wisdom individually is the view, and it is empty of all sinful habitual tendencies. Therefore, it is called the ultimate noble wisdom, the great emptiness." Thus, it is taught that all sentient beings have wisdom in their continuums, it is the nature of perfect accomplishment, it is the heart essence and mind of the Tathāgatas, and it is the ultimate noble wisdom, the great emptiness. Such wisdom is not produced from causes and conditions, it is not the wisdom of conditioned wisdom, but it is self-born wisdom, the wisdom of the Tathāgatas, the wisdom of omniscience, the wisdom of the ultimate suchness. If one thinks that if all sentient beings inherently possess the wisdom of the Buddha from the beginning, then striving on the path to attain the wisdom of the Buddha would be meaningless, it is not so, because the adventitious sheath of defilements must be removed. As it is said in the *Tathāgatagarbha Sūtra*: "Sons of good family, within those beings who have become sheaths of afflictions, many Tathāgatas endowed with wisdom and eyes, like me, are seated cross-legged, seeing the cycle of existence without wavering. Among those who are afflicted by all afflictions, the Dharma-nature of the Tathāgata is unwavering, and having seen that they are not stained by all sentient realms of existence, those Tathāgatas are like me." Thus it is said. "Sons of good family, the eyes of the Tathāgata are so beautiful, the eyes of the Tathāgata see all sentient beings as possessing the Tathāgatagarbha. Sons of good family, for example, a man...

Some with divine eyes see those lotuses that are of poor color and foul odor, not yet opened or unfolded, and seeing the Tathagata's body seated in the lotus's center and heart, wishing to see the Tathagata's body, to truly purify the Tathagata's body, they part and remove those lotus petals that are of poor color, foul odor, and worthy of scorn. Similarly, sons of good family, the Tathagata also sees with the Buddha's eye that all sentient beings possess the Tathagatagarbha, and to break open the shells of afflictions of desire, hatred, delusion, craving, and ignorance of those sentient beings, he teaches the Dharma. The Tathagatas who accomplish this truly abide. Thus it is said. The Tathagata's eye sees all sentient beings as being the Tathagata himself, being the Buddha himself, being self-arisen, abiding wrapped in the husk of the shell of afflictions. Thus it is said. Sons of good family, even those who have gone to the realm of animals, among sentient beings entangled by various afflictions, one sees what kind of body the Tathagata possesses. Thus it is said. In that very thing, the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu itself, which is non-dual, and Vajrasattva, Vajrabhairava, Heruka, Kalachakra, Primordial Buddha, Samantabhadra, Manjushri, and so on, are spoken of by many names, from the prophecy of intention: "Light is bright, utterly pure is the Dharmadhatu, non-dual wisdom is supreme, fully awakened and constantly appearing." Thus it is said. "Whose abode is the three realms, accomplishing all siddhis, possessing glory, increasing all good fortune, that Vajra is Vajrasattva, Vajrabhairava is powerful, Heruka and Kalachakra, Primordial Buddha, the Great Sage, Samantabhadra and Manjushri, various forms are completely liberated, the basis of the collection of various qualities, the yoga of all play is, the great yoga is without stain, the manifestation of that wisdom is, without conceptualization and without abiding."

It is said to be "Dharmadhatu conduct." That is what it means. Also in the glorious Vajramala Tantra, it says: Emptiness and self-awareness, all self-nature constantly abides, only yogis realize it, it is not the realm of conceptualizers. Thus, emptiness and the types of wisdom that are self-aware are taught. That emptiness is other-emptiness. Also in the glorious Vajrasana Tantra, it says: The five yoginis become enlightened, they are always in suchness. Thus, the yoginis and the Buddha are taught as suchness, and again in the same text it says: Emptiness, which is indicated by characteristics, the essence of the meaningless, like nectar, water, trees, and ears of grain, the wisdom that dwells in the center, the form of wisdom is formless. Thus it is said, the essence of the meaningless, the essence of samsara, the clear light of the dharmadhatu is the Sugata-garbha, which is shown as the wisdom dwelling in the center. Therefore, the dharmadhatu itself is established as self-arisen coemergent wisdom. Also in the chapter on lineage in the glorious Hevajra Samputa Tantra, it says: Great wisdom dwells in the body, completely abandoning all thoughts, pervading all things, dwelling in the body but not born of the body. Thus it is said, and its commentary was made by the great Bodhisattva Vajragarbha, in the letter ཨེ་ཝཾ་(藏文,梵文天城体,梵文罗马拟音,汉语字面意思)E-VAM, the one with the nature of wisdom and means dwells in the body, that is, dwells in the navel. Thus, the great wisdom dwelling in the body is established as completely abandoning all thoughts, the Prajnaparamita wisdom that is free from the thoughts of the four wheels of the mandala, action and wisdom mudras, is definitely the one who is free from the net of thoughts. That is Vajrasattva, the Svabhavikakaya of Heruka who creates all three realms. The one who pervades all things, refers to the six aggregates, the six elements, the six senses, the six objects, the six karmendriyas, and the six functions of karma and karmendriyas, the one who pervades these things is the wisdom body. Dwelling in the body but not born of the body, because there is no object of birth and destruction. Thus it is said, all thoughts.
