The noble Nagarjuna also said: The Buddhas have spoken of emptiness as the means of dispelling all views. Those who hold a view of emptiness are said to be incurable. Therefore, even what is not self-empty is said to be empty of its own nature. And there are many aspects of definitive meaning in these. The difference between self-emptiness and other-emptiness is well distinguished because it is spoken of in the sutras of the final turning of the wheel. The final turning of the wheel is the wheel of Dharma that is well distinguished. This very meaning is in the Sutra Unraveling the Intent. Then, the Bodhisattva Don Dam Yang Dak Phak asked the Blessed One this: Blessed One, you first turned a wonderful and amazing wheel of Dharma in Varanasi, in the Deer Park of the Hermit Speakers, by showing the four noble truths to those who have truly entered the Hearer Vehicle, which was not turned in the world in accordance with the Dharma by anyone who had previously become a god or a human. Blessed One, that turning of the wheel of Dharma by you is supreme, has stages, is of provisional meaning, and has become a basis for debate. Blessed One, you started from the fact that the nature of dharmas does not exist, that there is no birth, no cessation, that it is peaceful from the beginning, and that it is completely liberated by its own nature, and you turned the second wheel of Dharma, which is most wonderful and amazing, in the form of speaking of emptiness to those who have truly entered the Great Vehicle. Blessed One, that turning of the wheel of Dharma by you is also supreme, has stages, and is of provisional meaning, and has become a basis for debate. Blessed One, you started from the fact that the nature of dharmas does not exist, that there is no birth, no cessation, that it is peaceful from the beginning, and that it is completely liberated by its own nature, and you turned the third wheel of Dharma, which is endowed with good distinction and is extremely wonderful and amazing, to those who have truly entered all vehicles. This turning of the wheel of Dharma by the Blessed One is unsurpassed, has no stages, and is of definitive meaning.

It is not the basis of debate, etc., has been widely explained. In the intermediate wheel, whatever is said to be non-self-empty is also said to be self-empty, and whatever is said is all provisional, with the meaning of having an intention. If this quote is explained in detail, it can widely elaborate the differences of the three wheels and other vast Dharma appearances, but because of the fear of many words, it is not elaborated here. Also, in your writings, it is said: If the ultimate other-empty transcends dependent origination, then the cause and effect of karma will not be true in meaning, which seems too excessive, and this also needs to be carefully analyzed and explained. Among them, if it is said that the cause and effect of karma are not true in the ultimate sense, this is exactly what we agree with. Because the meaning of the ultimate is unconditioned, it has been repeatedly proclaimed to transcend all cause and effect. If it is said that the cause and effect of karma are not true in the sense of conventional truth, then this is not pervasive. Is it because the unconditioned transcends cause and effect that all conditioned phenomena will also transcend cause and effect? Etc., many excessive faults will occur. Furthermore, if according to your view, the ultimate truth does not transcend dependent origination, then it must be admitted to be dependent origination, and it must also be admitted to be conditioned, and it must also be admitted to be impermanent, false, deceptive, etc. But that is not reasonable. As it is said in the 《Mother Sutra》: Subhuti, conventional truth should be used as a measure, because the distinctions of the fruit have been shown, but the ultimate truth cannot show the distinctions of the fruit. etc. In the 《Samdhinirmocana Sutra》 it is also said: Subhuti, for example, suchness, the ultimate truth, the selflessness of phenomena, is not born from causes and conditions, it is unconditioned, and it will not become non-ultimate, and for that ultimate, one should not seek other ultimates, whether the Tathagatas appear or do not appear, constancy is constant, immutability is immutable, the Dharma-nature, the Dharma-abiding realm are abiding, and not other. etc., because it will produce great faults that contradict these widely proclaimed contents.
