Abiding in solitude is the cause of goodness. In the past, giving excellent and abundant food and drink, therefore, the body has the ankles of the feet, the backs of the hands, the tops of the shoulders, and the back of the neck, these seven places are high and full, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, upholding the Buddha's teachings, therefore, the gift is like an antelope (Tibetan: ཨེ༷་ནྱ༷་ཡ༷་), round and slender, gradually becoming smaller, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, guarding secret words and abstaining from sexual activity, therefore, the secret place is hidden inside like an elephant king or a swift horse, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, extensively practicing great virtuous deeds, therefore, the upper body is full like a lion, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, practicing virtuous Dharma correctly, therefore, there is no emptiness between the bones of the two shoulders, and the muscles are full, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, giving fearlessness to others and saving lives, therefore, the head of the arm is round and the shoulder is beautiful, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, being happy to help others, therefore, the two hands are soft to the touch, round in shape, and have uniform thickness, height, and low, which is the cause of goodness. Without bending over, the palms of the hands can reach the knees, therefore, the hands are long, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, practicing the ten virtuous deeds without satisfaction, therefore, the body is endowed with a pure and immaculate body light, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, giving various medicines to the sick, therefore, the throat is pure and immaculate, like three layers of conch shells, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, perfectly accomplishing all virtuous deeds, therefore, the cheeks are full like a lion, the king of antelopes, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, having equanimity towards all sentient beings, therefore, the teeth are complete with forty, twenty each on the top and bottom, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, gathering unfriendly sentient beings, therefore, the teeth are white and close together, arranged neatly, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, giving wish-fulfilling jewels, therefore, the pure and immaculate teeth are uniform in length, thickness, and size, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, all the actions of the three doors of body, speech, and mind were practiced without being stained by the defilements of wrongdoing, therefore, the teeth are white like the best conch shell, which is the cause of goodness. In the past, always guarding truthful words, therefore, the tongue is long and thin, covering the face

And all-encompassing. Previously giving pleasing and delicious flavors, thereby even unappetizing foods are known as immeasurable and inconceivable supreme flavors. Previously abandoning harsh words and speaking pleasantly, thereby, without relying on discriminating motivation, the naturally arising speech is as pleasant and far-reaching as the sound of the Kalaviṅka bird and the voice of Brahma. Previously protecting others with loving-kindness, thereby having beautiful eyes, like the petals of the Utpala flower, with clear distinctions between black and white, and elongated. Previously making the mind unwavering, thereby having eyelashes like those of a yak king, thick, black, and unmixed. Previously praising those worthy of praise, thereby having a beautiful and immaculate face, and at the space between the eyebrows, having a white hair-whorl that, when stretched, is a cubit long, and when placed, curls to the right and remains. Previously respecting and bowing to the lama, thereby having a crown protuberance on the top of the head, invisible to all sentient beings. Previously making the mind workable and giving pleasing bedding, thereby, being immaculate and unwrinkled, the thin skin is like the color of gold, which the supreme Buddha of sentient beings possesses. Previously abandoning busyness and increasing virtue, thereby relying on Khenpos and Acharyas, and properly upholding the teachings, thereby having fine and smooth body hairs that grow one by one, curling to the right on the body. Previously abandoning beating and weapons, thereby having hair that is like immaculate precious sapphire. Previously placing oneself and others in meditative stabilization, thereby having a body like the complete and perfect circle of the Nyagrodha tree, with equal circumference. Previously restoring the body images and stupas of the Tathagatas, and liberating frightened sentient beings, thereby the unequaled great guide, the Buddha, like Samantabhadra, possesses the power of a son without worldly existence, and a body that is large, upright, and all-beautiful, like a vajra.
