He demonstrates immeasurable deeds. In the Sutra of Golden Light, Akashagarbha Bodhisattva asked: "Bhagavan, the Tathagata is free from all manifest bodies. How, then, can a form body arise in the mind without a manifest body?" The Buddha replied: "All Tathagatas possess three bodies: the Dharmakaya, the Sambhogakaya, and the Nirmanakaya." The Bodhisattva asked: "Bhagavan, since the wisdom of the Tathagata's essence has no conceptualization, has it also mastered all activities?" The Buddha replied: "Akashagarbha, just as the sun, moon, water, and mirrors have no conceptualization, yet images appear, so too, although the wisdom of the Tathagata's essence has no conceptualization, by the power of aspiration, it benefits sentient beings who are fortunate with two forms of the Rupakaya." Thus it is said. In the Sutra of the Garland of Flowers in Hand, it says: "To some sentient beings, he shows the form of the Tathagata; to some sentient beings, he tames them by seeing the body of a god; to some sentient beings, he tames them with the form of a male; to some, he tames them by seeing the form of a female; to some, he tames them with a large body; to some, he tames them with a small body." Thus it is. In the Bodhicharyavatara, it says: "Like a wish-fulfilling jewel and a wish-granting tree, which fulfill all desires, likewise, the body of the Victor appears to those to be tamed, by the power of their aspirations." Thus it is said. In the Uttaratantra, it says: "Just as on a pure ground of lapis lazuli, the light of the gods reflects images, so too, in the purified minds of beings to be tamed, the body of the Lord of Sages is reflected." Thus it is said. In the Praise of Dharmadhatu, it says: "In the stainless Dharmakaya, when abiding in the ocean of wisdom, just like various jewels, from it arises the benefit of sentient beings." Thus it is said. Like my glorious Lama, having completely perfected the two accumulations of merit and wisdom with vast virtue, in the form of the two bodies of the Victorious One, in the three thousand great thousand world realms, with infinite illusory emanations, with infinite languages, for infinite sentient beings, with the speech of omniscience, he teaches the Dharma of the mundane and supramundane.

He manifests. For example, a great magician conjures many illusions, able to uproot great trees and shake the summit of Mount Meru. He simultaneously manifests infinite illusions of gods, humans, and so on. Similarly, the Buddha also conjures illusory emanation bodies, and in the three-thousandfold great thousand world system and the three realms of existence, he simultaneously acts for the benefit of all sentient beings. The Great Commentary "Stainless Light" states: "Possessing all supreme aspects, the body arises from various aspirations, according to the individual thoughts of sentient beings, what is seen is the characteristic of the emanation body. That which, with the voice of all sentient beings, clearly elucidates through miraculous powers, according to the will of sentient beings, is the characteristic of the enjoyment body. Not impermanent, nor permanent, not one, nor the characteristic of many, not real, nor unreal, this is the dependent arising Dharmakaya. Emptiness and compassion are inseparable, abandoning attachment and non-attachment, not wisdom, nor skillful means, this is the other Svabhavikakaya, known as Kalachakra. The peaceful one, the nature of the four bodies, is worshiped by all things." Thus it is said, for the purpose of taming the to-be-tamed, the Buddha is divided into four bodies, from the Dharmakaya arises the ultimate Truth emanation body, and from the power of various aspirations, various manifestations of the body arise in accordance with the sentient beings' own thoughts, this is the conventional Truth emanation body. From that, abiding in the indestructible nature of the sound of all aspects, is the ultimate Truth Sambhogakaya. From that, teaching the Dharma to limitless sentient beings in their respective languages, is the conventional Truth Sambhogakaya, the Rupakaya possessing the five certainties. The unconditioned wisdom that transcends the extremes of existence and non-existence, permanence and annihilation, is the Dharmakaya. The inseparable skillful means and wisdom, the unchanging bliss-emptiness wisdom, is the Svabhavasamata Sahajakaya. Among these, the Sahajakaya is said to be the perfection of self-benefit, and the Dharmakaya is the perfection of the benefit of others, from the Sahajakaya arises the Dharmakaya, from the Dharmakaya arises the Sambhogakaya, from the Sambhogakaya arises the Nirmana
