当如是观之时，宣说了此十地之愿文。那摩 咕噜 玛哈 贝（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་མཧཱ་བྷྱཿ，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु महाभ्यः，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru mahābhyah，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु गुरु）！极喜地获得者，三千世界充满黄金，身躯同时显现成百上千，令成百上千有情成熟，愿圆满布施波罗蜜多！离垢地获得者，如手掌般平坦之上，化现三千，引导有情，迅速获得三千百种禅定，愿圆满持戒波罗蜜多！发光地获得者，摧毁恶劣的敌对者，化现百千，于百千刹土中，成为引导百千有情的光辉，愿圆满安忍波罗蜜多！发焰地获得者，散布零星的花朵，于世间示现血流成河之身，使无数众生安乐，愿圆满精进波罗蜜多！难胜地获得者，瞻波迦花环绕，示现成千上万血流成河之身，引导成千上万有情，愿圆满禅定波罗蜜多！现前地获得者，池塘鲜花盛开，化现成百上千血流成河之身，引导亿万有情，愿圆满智慧波罗蜜多！远行地获得者，返回恶趣之处，布施无数百千血流成河之身，成为引导百千有情的因，愿圆满方便波罗蜜多！不动地获得者，雄狮耸立于肩，身躯化现十二千尘埃数，引导十二千有情，愿圆满愿力波罗蜜多！善慧地获得者，白伞于右旋转，布施无数十千之身，引导无数千有情，愿圆满力量波罗蜜多！法云地获得者，佛陀金色之身，眷属无数，得见佛陀说法，示现无边自身，引导有情，愿圆满智慧波罗蜜多！ 此后，当译师菩提顶等约百位智者接受药师佛的随许时，虚空中显现八位善逝，降下花雨并说道。

When looking in that way, he spoke this aspiration of the ten grounds. Namo Guru Maha Bhya! Having attained the Joyful Ground, filling the three thousand worlds with gold, manifesting hundreds and thousands of bodies simultaneously, bringing hundreds and thousands of sentient beings to maturity, may the perfection of generosity be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Stainless Ground, being as smooth as the palm of the hand, emanating three thousand emanations, guiding sentient beings, quickly attaining three thousand hundreds of samadhis, may the perfection of discipline be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Illuminating Ground, destroying evil adversaries, manifesting hundreds of thousands of emanations, in hundreds of realms, becoming the glory of guiding hundreds of thousands of sentient beings, may the perfection of patience be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Flaming Ground, scattering scattered flowers, showing the body with rivers of blood in the world, making countless beings happy, may the perfection of diligence be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Difficult to Train Ground, with garlands of champaka flowers, manifesting thousands of rivers of blood, guiding thousands of sentient beings, may the perfection of meditation be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Manifest Ground, with ponds full of flowers, manifesting hundreds of thousands of rivers of blood, guiding billions of sentient beings, may the perfection of wisdom be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Far-Reaching Ground, returning to the places of the lower realms, giving countless hundreds of thousands of rivers of blood, becoming the cause of guiding hundreds of thousands of sentient beings, may the perfection of skillful means be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Immovable Ground, with great lions on the shoulders, manifesting twelve thousand dust-like bodies, guiding twelve thousand sentient beings, may the perfection of aspiration be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Good Intelligence Ground, with a white umbrella swirling to the right, giving countless ten thousand bodies, guiding countless thousands of sentient beings, may the perfection of strength be completely fulfilled! Having attained the Cloud of Dharma Ground, with the golden body of the Buddha, seeing countless retinues and the Buddha teaching the Dharma, showing endless self, guiding sentient beings, may the perfection of wisdom be completely fulfilled! Thereafter, when the translator Jangchub Tsemoto and about a hundred scholars received the Medicine Buddha's initiation, the eight Sugatas clearly appeared in the sky, raining down flowers and said.

我（祈请）： 珍宝大地水池八功德， 树木鸟群莲花铺展之中央， 狮座莲月光明灿烂之上， 祈请八位善逝及其眷属降临。 东方他者不能胜伏之净土， 佛名吉祥，浊世一切众生， 多病衰弱堕入邪道中， 救护贫困野兽及敌之怖畏。 东方珍宝具足之净土， 珍宝月能令恶时众有情， 散乱造罪身劣暗沉及， 小乘悲伤无救护，祈请救护。 东方具香净土如来您， 金贤浊世众生寿命短， 贫困争斗烦恼种性者， 救护恶念邪行的心态。 东方无忧净土中， 佛陀无忧最胜具光荣， 恶业心绪迷乱离欲黑暗及， 救护可怜饥饿之状态。 东方正法幢幡之净土中， 善逝宣说正法如海之音， 救护邪见罪恶贫困争斗及， 挥动杀戮之武器。 东方珍宝海之净土中， 现证国王恶时有情之， 田作买卖一切不行善， 救护束缚殴打寿命短。 东方琉璃光耀之净土中， 佛陀药师王薄伽梵， 救护黑暗邪道犯戒恶色及， 下劣寒热诸痛苦。 具香鹫鸟尸陀林之净土中， 教法之主佛陀薄伽梵， 救护业障多病悲伤痛苦之， 可怜一切众生无余。 持守正法三族姓怙主及， 护教梵天帝释四大天王， 方位守护十二药叉及听命者， 祈请垂念我之道路障碍。 凡是诸佛菩萨众， 称念名号而作祈愿之威力， 愿暂时一切时处圆满安乐， 究竟获得善逝之佛性。 如是赞颂之时，八善逝及其眷属显现亲见

I (pray): On the precious ground, a pond with eight qualities, In the center of trees, birds, and lotus blossoms, Upon a lion throne, a lotus and moon, radiating light, I invite the Eight Sugatas with their retinues to descend. From the eastern pure land, "Invincible to Others," The Buddha named "Auspicious," all beings in this degenerate age, With much sickness, weakened power, falling into wrong paths, Protect us from poverty, wild beasts, and the fear of enemies. From the eastern pure land endowed with jewels, May the Jewel Moon protect all sentient beings in this evil time, From distraction, sinful births, inferior bodies, darkness, and The Hinayana, sorrow, and helplessness. From the eastern pure land of incense, the Tathagata, Golden Worthy, sentient beings of the degenerate age are short-lived, Protect those of impoverished, quarrelsome, and afflicted natures, From evil thoughts and immoral behavior. From the eastern pure land of "No Sorrow," The Buddha, "Supreme Without Sorrow," glorious king, From bad karma, mental confusion, desirelessness, darkness, and Protect us from the state of being wretched and hungry. From the eastern pure land of the Dharma Banner, The Sugata proclaims the Dharma, the sound of the ocean, Protect us from wrong views, sinful actions, poverty, strife, and The wielding of weapons of killing. From the eastern pure land of the Jewel Ocean, The All-Knowing King, sentient beings of the evil time, Engage in all non-virtuous activities such as farming and trading, Quickly protect us from bondage, beatings, and short lives. From the eastern pure land of Lapis Lazuli Light, The Buddha, the King of Medicine, the Bhagavan, Protect us from dark, evil paths, broken vows, ugly appearances, and Inferior births, hot and cold sufferings. In the pure land of the Incense-Bearing Vulture Peak, The master of the teachings, the Buddha, the Bhagavan, Protect all miserable beings without exception, From karmic obscurations, much sickness, sorrow, and suffering. The upholders of the sacred Dharma, the three family protectors, and The protectors of the teachings, Brahma, Indra, the Four Great Kings, The directional guardians, the twelve yakshas, and those who obey, I beseech you to consider the obstacles on my path. By the power of reciting the names and making prayers To all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, May we have perfect happiness and well-being in all circumstances, And ultimately attain the essence of the Sugata. When praising in this way, the Eight Sugatas and their retinues appear vividly
