Or build one that is even more special than this! After saying that, all the companions said: At that time, may I be your friend! Sonam Zapa said: So be it! After saying that, he repeatedly instructed all the attendants and then returned. After that, the king saw them in the capital and thought that the prince was dead, so he said: Alas, Sonam Zapa, Amra tree! In which place did you end your life? Did you bury the corpse or cremate it? Please tell me clearly now! Prince Dorje Lodro said: We went to Drepung Monastery, which is both a sacred place and rich. We did prostrations and circumambulations, and then (the prince) repeatedly instructed us: You must follow me! We did not listen and returned to the capital again. In this way, they said many happy words to each other. After that, Sonam Zapa and the male servant wandered around in different directions. The Brahmin Sarahapa lived in a cave and heard about this, so he said to the attendant: Is it true that Prince Sonam Zapa is wandering? The attendant replied: It is true. The great Brahmin said: Find him and call him here! After that, the prince was called. The Brahmin said: Prince, you are like a precious jewel, what mistake did you make that you were abandoned by your parents? Did you violate the law, or what did you do? Is wandering tiring or punished? Tell me! Sonam Zapa said: Great accomplished one, seven days and six months, six days and six years, and life is also extended. Now there is no way, unhappy, so wandering everywhere. The accomplished one said: Then, the son of King Nampar Gyalwa, a young man with lineage, appearance, and wealth! Without being deceived by the sleep of afflictions, can you pray for seven days and nights? The prince said: I am a prince who has accumulated bad karma, although born as a prince, I wander like a beggar. Today, please be compassionate, I will pray for seven days and nights without sleeping. That's how it was done. That is also said in the sutra of encouraging aspiration: Whoever likes drowsiness and sleep, that person's wisdom will become very weak, that person's mind will also completely decline, and will always be lost from wisdom. Whoever likes drowsiness and sleep will become ignorant, lazy, and negligent.

Wisdom is shallow. Even non-humans can read and understand it, and they will be harmed when living in the forest. And so on, he said a lot. Then, he stayed awake for seven days and prayed. He received the empowerment of Amitayus and practiced. Special signs appeared. The Brahmin said: "Auspicious Moon, like being freed from the stars, you have triumphed over the Lord of Death and the Maras. You have gained ten years beyond six hundred years of life. Now renounce and accomplish the great purpose of life." Having said this, the prince said: "Excellent, great Brahmin, kind and gracious. Please grant me vows right now. Please grant me the Dharma that quickly yields fruit with a body and mind that have no essence." Having said this. The Brahmin said: "Do your parents give permission or not? If they ask and give permission and let you go, in Nalanda there is one called Rahula Bhadra. Renounce there and the supreme meaning will be accomplished." Having said this, the prince prostrated and circumambulated the Brahmin, and looking back again and again, he departed for the city of Betala. The parents and other retinues saw the prince coming from afar like an eagle flying. Seeing him, they were overjoyed and embraced him around the neck. Some put on clothes, some spread mats, some offered food, and some played musical instruments. The king said: "Alas, auspicious and glorious Auspicious Moon, is it really possible that we meet alive now? Who taught you the method to heal you? Speak well, my excellent son, the lord of Dharma." Having said this. Auspicious Moon prostrated and circumambulated his parents and said: "Great King, Brahmin Victorious One. In the great temple called Devi, the great Brahmin, glorious Saraha, has kindly seized me with the hook of compassion, and prophesied that I will live for six hundred years. He has given me the command to renounce. The affairs of the household, the path to liberation is far. Renunciation leads to obtaining the essence of Bodhi. Please be a great friend of liberation, Victorious One. Please be a friend of Bodhi, with the rays of a lotus." Having said this. The king said: "Auspicious Moon, pleasing and pure. The supreme meaning of obtaining leisure and endowment is renunciation. The foundation of all virtues is discipline. Do as the glorious Saraha commands."
