For example, there is the example of a foolish doctor treating a disease, and a skilled doctor using methods to drive it away. In particular, it is explained in many places in the glorious Four Tantras, the great and small volumes of Ambrosia, the Vajra Dakini, and the Kalachakra, etc. As for treatises, Nagarjuna wrote the Sutra of Healing a Hundred Diseases, etc. Master Hero wrote the Great Eight Sections. In particular, when composing the Condensed Essence, he said, "The auspiciousness of the three realms arises, and various auspicious omens appear." He also wrote a commentary on that treatise himself. The great glorious son of virtue, Chak, gave birth to Miyo, and Miyo's son was Dawa Dak. Relying on the treatises of Master Hero, Dawa Dak wrote the "Commentary on the Condensed Essence: The Moonlight of Words and Meanings," and quoted it in Miming Zur, and also wrote phonetics, etc. These are the ways in which it spread in India. As for China, it was blessed by Manjushri and explained by kings, ministers, monks, and eunuchs, etc., and it began to spread around the time of Qiu. In Tibet, at the beginning of the emergence of medicine, there was only a rudimentary understanding of diet, bathing, and other things from a long time ago. Later, a Chinese person brought a medical book called the Great Treatise on Medicine (Lower Section, 803), which was translated by the monks Mahadeva and Dharma Kosha. At that time, Vajra Dhvaja (藏文:བཛྲ་ངྷ་ཛ།,梵文天城体:वज्र ध्वज,梵文罗马拟音:Vajra dhvaja,汉语字面意思:Vajra Banner) was invited from India, Hen Wang Had was invited from China, and Galenos was invited from Khrom in Tazig, for a total of three doctors. Many of their respective medical techniques were translated. Together, they wrote the seventh chapter called "The Weapon of Fearlessness." Galenos served as the royal physician. He was instructed to teach medicine to four young nobles, and he was allowed to teach regardless of caste or status. Later, Princess Jincheng brought many books on astrology and medicine. The monks Maha Tithi and the Chinese musicians translated the 115th chapter of Soma Raja Le'u, etc. At that time, Bozi Zanba Shila Zhawa was invited from Khrom. Because he was a relative of the king, the names of the royal physicians were also called Lhaje (藏文:ལྷ་རྗེ།), meaning divine physician, and they were respected by everyone. The doctors were also treated with great respect, such as being given gifts, being greeted with horses, being offered gold, and being grateful for their kindness. The doctors were also required to be kind and respectful even when called by servants, and to trust even enemies. Even if they were greedy for food and wealth, they should not slander. They should do their best to treat patients, accept rewards after they recover, and constantly encourage and help patients, etc., these fifteen points were taken as important.

The sovereign, because the doctor is a lama and a father, generates love. The patient, because he is a son and a student, does not reveal faults. Because of wisdom, one is ashamed of losing composure (lower volume, page 804), so do not set up a seat in the house. Because it harms noble conduct, do not be greedy for food. Because there are errors in the preparation of medicine, do not like to drink alcohol. Because there are differences in pain relief and there is a risk of burns, do not be lazy and rash. Because medical diagnosis is inaccurate, do not be hypocritical and pretentious to the patient, thus making seven admonitions. There also appeared many teachings of medicine, such as the "Fifty Chapters of the Body and Speech," in extensive, intermediate, and concise forms. Among them, the nine master doctors were Śānta garbha invited from India, Gutya vajra invited from Kashmir, and Ge Duo Guangda invited from China, and they were known as the nine master doctors. Limitless scriptures were translated. The three thousand worlds were filled in Tibet, and Yorto was granted, and they were known as the four borders, being the foremost of the master doctors. In addition, there were nine Tibetan famous doctors: In the upper part, there were Bi Ji, Chije, and Uba. In the lower part, there were Nya, To, and Tashing. Jayouto, Zhongdi, and Minyak, it is said. These are said in other histories to have appeared simultaneously during the time of King Trisong Detsen, but the hero said in the Dharma source that they appeared in sequence. The disciples of Bi Ji, the ancestors of Shangzho, Zhongdi, Gyané, Shang Lhamozi, etc., also became court physicians and were said to be revered as the king's master doctors. In particular, during the time of the sovereign Trisong Detsen, the great translator Vairochana translated the Auspicious Four Tantras and bestowed them upon Yutok Nyingma and others. During the time of the sovereign Tse Dé, from Oddiyana, he was sentenced to death by the king, and from Subuk, Zhongsong Mela, called an outstanding scholar (lower volume, page 805), appeared, creating the three sections of Dékor, inner, outer, and secret, and translated many scriptures. In particular, the Eight Branches was translated by the translator Rinchen Zangpo for Pandit Janaranadhana. The disciples of the great translator Rin Sang were many, starting from the monastic doctor Cherjé Desama, many scholars such as the father Cherjé Shipo appeared in the lineage of Cherjé. Also, the disciple of the great translator, Shangzhungpa Sherab Wo, had Gyaton Drakpa Sherab, who had Yutok Gyagar Dorje. Also, from Shangzhungpa, there were Ngok Gyok doctor Yungdrung Dor, Yutok Drakpa, Yutok Gonpo. Also, Shangton Ziji Bar and Tonton Konchok Kyab, etc.
