It means "to produce sound, and at the same time generate the tones of letters." The basis of the names are the letters Āli and Kāli. Moreover, since the letters of barbarians and China, etc., do not have groups of mother letters, it is not related to the typeface. In India, Nepal, Tibet, and other places, letters are summarized into vowels and consonants for explanation, so even if new names and words arise, there is no difficulty in combining letters. Names arise from the combination of letters, but there is no difficulty in combining letters. A name arises from the combination of letters, and it merely expresses the essence of the thing being expressed, which is the general manifestation of sound, such as a pillar and a vase. A word arises from the combination of multiple names, and it expresses the particularity of meaning, which is the generality and giving of sound, such as a sandalwood pillar and a golden vase. According to the system of grammar, the non-common objects of expression are summarized by nature, condition, and transformation (lower volume, p. 813). As stated in "Clarifying the Essence of Grammar": "Nature, condition, and transformation are the objects of expression of grammar." That nature is: nature also includes vowels and names, and the initial nature is the meaning of action. The three signs are the end of vowels and consonants. Therefore, the initial nature is a vowel, which is also called the meaning of action. Second, a name, in the system of sound, is known as a sign, which is a sign that possesses the meaning of losing vowels and inflections. That is, it is considered a sound component in the intermediate stage that has completed the krit suffix but has not yet been given an inflection. Second, a condition is a sound component that is capable of completing any of the three: the nature of sound, a name, a word, or a stem, and is called a condition. As stated in "All Knowing": "The definition of a condition is that it, as nature, transformation, is the tool for completion, and is called a component of sound." Third, transformation, as stated in "Pramāṇa": "That which is associated with nature, condition, or merely associated with letters, conversion and distinction are transformations." Therefore, conjunction, the acquisition of names, the root of krit and the acceptance sutra in "All Explanation" are stable, and the components are the stem root, repeated transformation, and Uṇa, etc. In general, the law of the origin of sound is: in the past, among the thirty-three, there was a sound scholar named Sarvajñadeva (Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वज्ञदेव, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvajñadeva, Chinese literal meaning: All-Knowing God). He composed a grammatical treatise called Sarvajña Vyākaraṇa (Sanskrit Devanagari: सर्वज्ञव्याकरण, Sanskrit Romanization: sarvajñavyākaraṇa, Chinese literal meaning: All-Knowing Grammar).

The (grammar) spoken by the gods did not flourish in Jambudvipa. The disciple of that god, named Indra Shatakratu, composed a great treatise on grammar called the "Indra-vyākaraṇa." (Lower Volume, p. 814) His disciple, or the sage Purva, having understood it well, taught it to the sons of the gods, and thus he became known by many names such as the guru of the gods and grammarian, and was very arrogant. Indra took a vase full of golden water from the outer ocean, and from that, he took a single drop of dew from a Kusha grass, and said, "(What you know of) grammar is only as big as the ocean." He was discouraged by this and vowed not to explain grammar anymore. Indra said, "Show what you know, it will be helpful to others." In order not to break the vow, it was stipulated that eight Dharma masters must gather, disciples must gather on the fourteenth, wisdom must gather in the first half of the night, and everything must gather on the first day of the month. By guarding these four inauspicious times, he then taught it to others, and thus he was called a grammarian or the guru of the gods. Thirdly, concerning his journey to India: Before the Pāṇini-vyākaraṇa appeared in the world, it is said that in Buddhism, only scattered grammatical combinations were accumulated, and there was no treatise that combined these into one. The outsiders seem to have existed since the time of the five mothers. In the Vinaya Sutra, it is said that Shariputra recited the symbolic combinations of Ishvara for twelve years. It is said that he recited the symbolic combinations. Regarding the Pāṇini-vyākaraṇa: In the Manjushri Root Tantra, it is said, "The Brahmin boy Pāṇini, I have prophesied that he will surely become a Shravaka Bodhi. He is the great lord of the world, and he will also accomplish the mantra." Thus (Lower Volume, p. 815), the Blessed One prophesied in the Root Tantra that the Brahmin Pāṇini, who would create grammar, was born in the garden of Bhiruka in the western part of the sacred land (India). He told a craftsman whether he was proficient in grammar or not, and the craftsman predicted that he was not proficient. He himself modified the lines of his hand with a small knife, and then relied on all the grammar teachers on earth. Although he was proficient in grammar, he was still not satisfied, and practiced the mantra of Ishvara, the lord of the world, and directly saw the Holy One. The Holy One asked him what he wanted, and he said he wanted to be proficient in grammar. The Holy One merely spoke the combination of letters such as "A A I ṆA," because there was no treatise in the world that had gathered all the grammatical combinations of the three realms into one place.
