Then he went to Ngari and to Kashmir in the Wood Male Mouse year (1024). For about twenty-nine years, he worked for the benefit of the Dharma and sentient beings. He passed away peacefully at the age of ninety-nine. The monastic lineage of that Panchen also comes from the four divisions of Tsek Monastery: the Karma lineage from Gedun Gangba, the Druk lineage from Chölungpa, and the Ngor and Sakya lineages from Tsa Mikpa. The monastic lineage of Bijingpa is not very complete. Furthermore, the lineage from the great self-master Jamyang Sakya Pandita was promoted and flourished by the Fifth Omniscient One, so it greatly flourished in the Gelug tradition. In addition, the traditions of explaining the Vinaya and Abhidharma mainly belong to the Nyingma school. The Kadampa is the doctrine established by the great self-master Jowo Lhachik. Jowo had countless disciples in Tibet. Among those disciples, Ku, Ngok, and Drom were the best disciples (lower volume, 699). Ku's name was Tsöndru Yungdrung, and he was an emanation of Vajrapani. He carried out activities in Yarlung's Lhadong and other places. Ngok's name was Lekpai Sherab, and he was an emanation of Manjushri. He founded Sangpu Monastery. Drom was an emanation of Avalokiteshvara, the heart-son of the teachings prophesied by Tara. His real name was Gyalwai Jungne, and he was known as Jowo Yese, famous like the sun and moon. Drom founded Gyara Monastery and Reting Monastery. The best disciples included the three brothers and Khamlungpa, among others. The three brothers were: Püchungwa, an emanation of Avalokiteshvara. The three brothers were: Püchungwa Gönnu Gyaltsen, an emanation of Avalokiteshvara, mainly practiced. All the Kadampa teachings were summarized and taught as the teachings of dependent origination. A disciple named Pawang Khawa appeared. Syennga Tsultrim Bar, an emanation of Vajrapani, mainly engaged in building temples and practicing. The Syennga lineage is called "Ka" and "Dam," meaning teachings and instructions. Jamyang Namtrul Potowa Rinchen Sel specifically taught the Jataka Tales, the Ornament of Clear Realization, the Engaging in the Bodhisattva Deeds, and the Compendium of Trainings. These are called "The Jataka Tales are the scriptures of faith," "The Ornament of Clear Realization is the scriptures of samadhi," and "The Compendium of Trainings is the scriptures of practice." In this way, the six Kadampa scriptures were widely taught and studied. He did not cling to residences and had many attendants.
