乌尔巴·嘉赛·益西列珠于土阴羊年诞生于空行大乐洲。通晓一切共同和特殊的文化知识。尤其精通梵音，歌喉、乐器、舞蹈等无与伦比。从全知达玛师利处受具足戒。听闻了律、论、般若等，具备了贤善的功德，却被邪愿者所左右。关于仁钦南嘉转世灵童，伏藏文中说：“比玛化身名热纳班匝，将在玉茹地方出现。”如是班禅（下卷.323）比玛拉化身在伏藏文中授记的这位，于木狗年诞生。立即被认定为热钦仁增南嘉的转世灵童。从父亲和叔父处，如瓶注水般接受了灌顶、引导、口传和诀窍等，以及一切共同和不共同的学问。从赤钦久美嘉措处受沙弥戒。时局变动之际，也未被那些罪人所害，暂时隐匿在门隅和西藏的边地。之后在擦日一带康区人迹罕至的山里秘密居住，修持了寂静和忿怒莲师等众多本尊。期间也尽力从事猛咒诛法的行为，在此居住两年左右的时间里，该地区的佛法和世俗事业都极为广大。前往达乌扎玛果等下部地区以及如丹佐钦寺等处，广行讲经说法。以前的父辈的弟子康巴喇嘛和官员们，也供养了大量的供品。当这些供养的财富变得非常巨大时，天降文殊皇帝的慈悲之光驱散了恶魔军队的黑暗，使其无影无踪。雪域西藏的怙主，赡洲众生的导师嘉瓦格桑嘉措，在世间自在的拉章大殿的黄金宝座上登基。按照西藏各地百姓的习俗，管理宗教和政治事务，一如既往。”（下卷.324）如是颁布了皇帝的诏书，迎来了圆满时代。

Urpa Gyalsay Yizhin Lekdrup was born in the Earth-Female-Sheep year in the Land of Dakini Great Bliss. He mastered all common and specific cultural knowledge. In particular, he was unparalleled in Sanskrit pronunciation, singing, musical instruments, and dancing. He received full ordination from the Omniscient Dharma Shri. He listened to the Vinaya, Abhidharma, Prajnaparamita, etc., and possessed the qualities of a wise, virtuous, and excellent person, but was swayed by those with evil aspirations. Regarding the reincarnation of Rinchen Namgyal, the treasure text says: "The emanation of Vimala, named Ratna Vajra, will appear in the place of Yuru." Thus, Panchen (Lower Volume 323), this emanation of Vimala prophesied in the treasure text, was born in the Wood-Dog year. He was immediately recognized as the reincarnation of Rechen Rigzin Namgyal. From his father and uncles, he received empowerments, instructions, oral transmissions, and key instructions like pouring water from one vase to another, as well as all common and uncommon knowledge. He received the novice vows from Trichen Gyurme Gyatso. Even during the time of upheaval, he was not harmed by those evildoers, and was temporarily hidden in the borderlands of Mon and Tibet. After that, he secretly resided in remote mountains in the Kham region around Tsari, practicing many yidams such as peaceful and wrathful Guru Rinpoche. During that time, he also made great efforts in performing wrathful activities, and during the two years or so that he resided there, the activities of Dharma and worldly affairs in that area were extremely extensive. He went to places such as Tagu Drakmar Go, the lower regions, and Rudam Dzogchen Monastery, where he extensively taught the Dharma. The disciples of his former ancestors, the Khampa lamas and officials, offered extensive gifts of veneration. When the wealth of these offerings became very great, the sun of compassion of the Heavenly Manjushri Emperor dispelled the darkness of the evil demon armies, eradicating them completely. The protector of the snowy land of Tibet, the guide of beings in Jambudvipa, Gyalwang Kelsang Gyatso, was enthroned on the golden throne of the great palace of the Lord of the World. According to the customs of the people of Tibet, he managed religious and political affairs as before." (Lower Volume 324) Thus, the emperor's decree was issued, ushering in a perfect era.
