One day, when a person named Drung Ram initiated an assembly, the monastic law enforcer informed Rinpoche. You debated in the meditative state of White Manjushri's victory in debate, gaining the reputation of completely defeating the opponent. It is said that at that time, when studying the Compendium of Valid Cognition, etc., he also intended to give the three turnings of the Dharma wheel, and it seems that he received a reply refuting the opponent's views (lower volume, p. 195). Rinpoche took ordination again before Chökyi Wangchuk and was given the name Karma Shedra. Later, due to necessity, he was given the name Karma Chakme. It is said that, as prophesied by the Eighth Karmapa, this Rinpoche was also an emanation of the Karmapa. From Drung Yik Lodrö Norlden, he received the teachings of Mahamudra and the Six Dharmas of Naropa, and from Lama Wargen, he received the empowerments and transmissions of the practice mandala and White Jambhala, etc. In front of the remains of the Sixth Shamarpa, he offered a finger as a lamp and prayed, and the wisdom of Mahamudra arose. He circumambulated Ömin Ling, Sungrap Ling, and Upper Rawa, and while traveling to Kham (present-day western Sichuan, northwestern Yunnan, and eastern Tibet), he also visited Drikung Rinpoche. From Chögo Lungrik Nyima and others, he heard almost all the teachings of the Kagyu school. Before Jowo Rinpoche, he offered a finger and took the Bodhisattva vows. He directly saw many yidam deities. All the Dharma protectors became servants. He possessed all the signs of perfecting the qualities of the paths and stages, and he had clairvoyance and power. He also promised that the realization of his mind was of one great taste. Not only did he himself go to Sukhavati, but he also guided his mother and nephew steward to the pure land of Sukhavati. He also said, "If Ama cannot be reborn in Sukhavati, then I, the old monk Chakme, will have eaten shit." While scolding, he also cultivated disciples through empowerment, respect, and teaching, and many people realized the true nature of reality simply through letters (lower volume, p. 196). Almost all the gods and demons offered their life essence, and he possessed infinite qualities. When this Rinpoche went to Dzato (place name), he saw a teaching on protecting the area that Sherab Ögyen Rinpoche had personally written on a rock and recorded it. Apart from that, although there were no other treasures and pure visions, he composed many treatises, and everything he composed was written only after being blessed by the yidam deity.

Since there was no writing at will, it is easy to understand, very helpful to others, and completely full of power and ability. As the Omniscient Sun of the Teachings said: Your words are all based on the intention to benefit beings, without accumulating empty shells decorated with words, but directly displaying the fruitful results of meaning, I prostrate to that infallible mantra result, possessing the power of blessing. Pray to these documents as if to the supreme master, because the blessings you have bestowed are unparalleled, possessing blessings and possessing vast activities for the benefit of beings, I prostrate with reverence to your meaningful works. Thus, this Rinpoche, during the prophecy of the Tangka treasure revealer, said, "Do not divide sects, uphold the old treasure teachings," which is testified by many reliable evidences. In this way, he performed countless benefits for the teachings and sentient beings, and in the ninth zodiac year—the Earth Horse year, his mind merged into the Dharmadhatu. After cremating the remains, countless Buddha images, textual relics, etc. appeared. Among the Karma Kagyu students of this Rinpoche, many who were able to uphold the teachings emerged, but they are not mentioned here (lower volume, page 197). Among the Nyingma students, the most outstanding were Dzogchen Pema Rigzin and Palyul Kunzang Sherab. Dzogchenpa is called Dzogchenpa because he listened to this Rinpoche's advice that "it would be better to practice Nyingma Secret Mantra," and listened to Dzogchen Dharma from Bowo Rakha Trulku. Chagmey Rinpoche did not practice Dzogchen Dharma before listening to Namcho Dharma, so some later generations thought that they needed to find the lineage, which is a mistaken understanding without careful consideration. Kunzang Sherab's Mahamudra is the Karma Kamtsang lineage from the Kathok self-sect Dharma Lord Smarpa's tradition, while the other Nyingma Dharmas only practice Namcho Dharma. It seems that there is no Nyingma Dharma teaching and empowerment lineage that he has not listened to. This Yongzin Rinpoche has incomparable kindness to the Nyingma teachings in Lower Dokham. In particular, since the self-sect Dzogchenpa and Rigzin Kunzang Sherab, etc. are all his Yongzin, a little is written here as well. The treasure prophecy of the Great Treasure Revealer Dharma King Nyima Drakpa says: "The teacher Jampal Shenyen will have an A character marked on his forehead," which refers to this yogi.
