The history of places like Dzam Yul, known as Gom Zang, is similarly recorded by Pawo Tsuklak, and some now say it is the place called Dam Pang Phuk. From Ra Lotsawa's disciple, Kam Lotsawa, he heard the ten great tantras of Chakrasamvara, etc. From Jokre Lotsawa, he heard the later Vajravarahi and the Compendium of Arising. From Kam Chökyi Yeshe, he heard the cycles of Hevajra. From Gö Lotsawa's disciples, Langton Dorje Nyingpo and Bodhi Zhangton, he heard the Guhyasamaja. From the disciples of both of them, Latö Pelgyi Wangchuk, he heard the commentary on the Lamp Illuminating and the cycles of Vajrabhairava. From Je Duchen, he heard the order of empowerment and reverence of the Wheel of Chakrasamvara, the Mahamudra, and the instructions of the Six Dharmas of Naropa, etc. He was made the chief of Je Upa's heart-sons, and in general, in many rebirths of this great being, Manjushri acted as his spiritual friend, so he was without attachment or obstruction to all that is to be known, abiding in omniscience, and it was as if there was nothing he had not heard and contemplated in general on the sutras and tantras, and especially on the early and later Vajrayana translated into the land of Tibet. Dzamton Rinpoche said: If you go to the place of Kampo and devote yourself to practice, you will achieve the accomplishment of the body transforming into light; if you go to Kathok, the teachings will greatly flourish. Because he only had the teachings in mind, he searched for the place called Kathok, first arriving at Katil, where he asked the children herding livestock where Kathok was (Upper Volume, p. 384), and they said it was in Pü Yaki. He considered the livestock there to be the auspicious connection for those to be tamed, and the herders to be the auspicious connection for disciples. Then, in the year of the Earth Hare, in a place where the land resembled the letter "ཀ" (ka), when the monastery was being built, the stone spirit Manbu, who resided in the Bonpo oath, manifested in real form and created obstacles in various ways, so the master and the three disciples followed after him, and he dissolved into a rock. Dharma Lord Tsangton bound him with his Dharma robes and led him. The master struck him with a whip and drove him. He was driven to the water below the valley, which has now become an obvious place. Eight Bonpos performed evil mantras, and Pal Lhamo came out from the rock crevice of the practice chamber and stood on top of it.

By drawing a cross with his hand, he caused eight Dharma Kings to arrive. Like this, accompanied by countless signs of accomplishment, he established the foundation of the Dharma and resided there. From the eastern Amdo region, to the southern Tsawarong and Lhomon regions, disciples gathered, and he mainly taught Dzogchen, the explanatory teachings and empowerments of the Secret Essence of Magical Illusion, and practices, etc. For all the large and small Tibetan and Chinese commentaries, he emphasized the tradition of the glorious Zur tradition and the union of sutra and intent. In addition, he also taught Manjushri Magical Net and so on, and in the sutra aspect, he also taught the vast treatises of Buddha Maitreya and the Bodhisattva's Way of Life, etc., establishing the foundation of the tantric teachings in the entire Dokham region. At the age of seventy-one (Upper Part, 485), in the last month of the Water Rat year, he manifested the manner of passing away. This great being, the noble Manjushri, is inseparable, like a shadow, and all his actions have prophecies. He constantly sees the pure lands of Akshobhya Buddha, Sukhavati, and Bhaisajyaguru, etc. He can also see the peaceful and wrathful deities of magical illusion, the sixty-two deities of Chakrasamvara, and the mandala of glorious Heruka whenever he wishes. He also listens to the Dharma from the Five Buddhas, etc., engages in Dharma conversations with Bodhisattvas, and prophesied that in the next life after this birth, he will reside in Sukhavati as the Bodhisattva Wisdom Essence, attain the realization of the eighth bhumi, and in the future, in countless kalpas like scattered stars, he will become Amitabha Buddha. In short, the qualities of abandonment and realization of this holy being, in the common appearance, regarding the meaning of the incarnate body residing in the world, are no different from the Buddhas of the past, present, and future, which ordinary beings cannot comprehend. His successor, Tsangtonpa, is the manifestation of the Vajra Akshobhya of the minds of all Buddhas, and in the sacred land, he was reborn as the son of Maitripa, named Indian Autonomy. After receiving the four empowerments with auspicious connections from this master,
