Not abandoning. Not accomplishing the ultimate truth by relying on supreme accomplishments. When visualizing, visualize the god of emptiness, the god of letters, the god of sound, the god of form, the god of mudras, and the six gods of symbols, seeking accomplishments in the form of lord and subjects. That is, from the tantra of obtaining accomplishments from all wisdoms, it says: Visualize the guru as the body of a lord and king, with the notion of oneself as a servant. The essence of mantra accomplishment is to take the unsurpassed as supreme. And so on. Classifying this, there are three main types: the Tathagata family, the Padma family, and the Vajra family (upper volume, 118). The three minor types are: the Wealthy family, the Five Retinue or Prosperous family, and the Worldly family, making six in total. Each of these is further divided into the chief of the family, the lord, the mother, the crown ornament, the wrathful deity, the wrathful mother, the messenger, the messenger mother, and the male and female attendants. By this, those with sharp faculties are believed to attain enlightenment in seven lifetimes. Thus, it is also said in the Eastern texts: The tenets of the Kriya vehicle are that there are three doors of entry: entering through bathing and purification. And, the deity and mandala are pure, the substances and implements are pure, and the mantras and samadhi are pure. The view of realization is like this: viewing it as the relationship of lord and subjects. And so on. Fifth, Upayoga is: holding the view like Yoga and practicing like Kriya, especially in front of one's samaya deity, meditating on the wisdom deity as a brother or friend, thereby desiring accomplishment. Also, abiding in bathing and purification, purifying the three doors of body, speech, and mind, and then accomplishing the supreme king of the mandala and the supreme king of activities, etc., by visualizing the manifest enlightenment Laṃ (ལྒེཾ, laṃ) and so on. Also, it is said in the Stages of View: The desire of both tantras is that the view and practice are consistent in sequence. Thus it is said. There are classifications such as the three families of body, speech, and mind, and by this, it is believed that one obtains one's own fruit in five lifetimes. Thus, it is also said in the Self-Commentary: Upayoga is like this: viewing the view as Yoga, practicing the practice as Kriya (upper volume, 119). Therefore, it is known as the Tantra of Both. And so on. Sixth, Yoga is to train all the conventional truths of phenomena and existence in the nature of the ultimate truth of mind, with the five manifest enlightenment paths.

When generating the mandala of deities, one seeks accomplishment by inviting the wisdom deity to merge with the samaya deity. Among these, the five manifest enlightenments are: enlightenment upon the seat of the sun and moon, enlightenment upon the complete body, enlightenment upon the syllables of speech, enlightenment upon the hand gestures of mind, and enlightenment upon the purity of dharma. Through these five, one generates oneself as the five Buddha families, making the samaya and wisdom deities inseparable, thereby obtaining accomplishment. As stated in the Vajra Arising, "The nature of reality that is non-dual, obtains the supreme and excellent accomplishment." Differentiating this, there are root tantras, explanatory tantras, similar tantras, and distinctions made through the gates of skillful means and wisdom, etc. This system believes that through great effort, one can attain supreme accomplishment in one hundred years or three lifetimes. As it is also in Rangshar, "The tenet of Yoga is like this: the gate of entry is the five manifest enlightenments, the view of realization and the conduct of companionship, guarding the three samayas of non-shame, conduct is without acceptance or rejection." The seventh is the inner tantra of skillful means or the vehicle of controlling skillful means, which is superior to the lower tantras. It is the outer and inner vehicle of skillful means that accomplishes great meaning with a short life. Outer mantra practitioners practice bathing (upper volume, page 120) and cleanliness, abiding in asceticism. Inner practitioners practice the five meats and five nectars, being able to transform afflictions into the path, and being able to unite with the state of union in one lifetime, thus being superior in these characteristics. According to the new tantras, there are the three: father, mother, and non-dual. According to the old tantras, the father tantra or Maha Yoga, which is considered to be the three yogas, establishes all phenomena as primordially enlightened, as the play of body and wisdom. Through the generation stage, with skillful means as the main focus, one makes oneself and the wisdom deity equal and of one taste, the three doors inseparable from the nature of the mandala, using the yoga of subtle winds as the path, thereby seeking accomplishment. This surpasses the view of the lower vehicles that hold conventional reality as substantially existent and imputedly existent, clinging to accepting and rejecting good and bad. Because it possesses the view and conduct of non-duality towards its own tenets, it realizes the nature of the result, the Dharmakaya of the union of appearance and emptiness, and is in accordance with that.
