据说，完全宣说之语写在金纸上，用蓝琉璃的汁液书写。之后考虑到未来时代，邬金（乌仗那）地方变成了龙洲，加持了空行母的聚会。空行自在极喜等，为了加持灌顶后世有缘者，给予恩准，作了亲近的拣选和授记。如是说。因此，大圆满等续部大多是秘密主，金刚法，金刚藏，文殊，观世音，化身噶绕多杰等，以及空行母布达希拉等，空行和空行母的聚会，以及其他所化有情天神，龙族，夜叉等不确定种姓的聚会所摄受。要知道，一切续部都摄集在秘密主那里。像这样，以摄集者的姿态所显示的，被善加摄集的全部续部，不要说各自的凡夫（上册，129页），即使是圣者们也无法衡量。因为在无量世界中，对于具有秘密根器无量众生，显现与之相应的无量续部，所以才做这些事情，因此说这个续部在某个地方，也只是一部分，全部是超出言语的范畴。如是宣说教法之法相，稍微说一点，广说则不敢，因为时机也不成熟，所以简略地象征性地谈一点。显明一切教法之精髓，大密前译决定甚深之法的发生，善说智者难行稀有语海中，讲述导师和教法之法相的章节，即第一品。。（上册，130页）

It is said that the completely spoken words were written on golden paper, inscribed with the juice of blue lapis lazuli. Then, considering the future times, the place of Oddiyana (Udyana) became a Naga continent, blessing the assembly of dakinis. The Dakini Sovereign, such as Abhirati, etc., bestowed blessings and empowerments upon fortunate ones of later generations, granting permission and making close selections and prophecies. Thus it is said. Therefore, most of the tantras such as Dzogchen are the Lord of Secrets, Vajra Dharma, Vajra Essence, Manjushri, Avalokiteshvara, the incarnate Garab Dorje, and so on, as well as the dakini Putashila, etc., the assembly of dakas and dakinis, and also the sentient beings to be tamed, such as gods, nagas, yakshas, etc., are gathered by assemblies of uncertain lineages. It should be known that all the tantras are gathered in the Lord of Secrets alone. Thus, all the tantras that are well gathered by those who appear as collectors cannot be measured even by the noble ones, let alone by ordinary individuals (Vol. 1, p. 129). Because in the ocean of realms, countless beings with the potential for secrecy are shown countless tantras corresponding to them, that is why they do these things. Therefore, saying that this tantra is in a certain place is only a part of it, and the entirety is beyond the realm of expression. Thus, speaking of the characteristics of the teachings, I will say a little, but I dare not speak extensively, because the time is not ripe. Therefore, I will briefly and symbolically talk about a little. From the ocean of well-spoken, wise, difficult, and rare words that clarify the essence of all teachings, the arising of the Great Secret Early Translation Definitive Profound Dharma, the chapter on the characteristics of the teacher and the teachings, that is, the first chapter.
