我等在已逝上师（指那些已于其他净土圆寂，拥有无碍慈悲与智慧的法主）之前，虔诚祈请。以此供养之功德，愿尊贵具德上师之无漏智慧，由胜而胜，圆满具足。愿施主为首的一切众生，皆得蒙智慧观照之殊胜加持。若需为亡者回向，则可接续：‘以此加持力，以及行此善业之功德力……’等语，与前述亡者回向文合并念诵三遍。 若无需为亡者回向，则将前文念诵三遍即可。若需使用‘殊胜回向’之措辞，然实为以悲悯心利益受用供养者，则与前述祈请文相同。回向之善根，亦可念诵前述两种亡者回向文之一，并接续：‘愿名为某某之上师之意愿圆满具足。’愿其自无始以来所积之罪障悉皆清净。愿其修行证悟之违缘障碍悉皆寂灭。愿其顺遂修行诸道，速证四身五智之金刚持果位。’如是念诵三遍。若为生者祈福，则无需祈请。 此外，以此善业之功德力，愿施主某某及其眷属，一切暂时性之违缘障碍悉皆寂灭。愿风、胆、涎等一切疾病悉皆平息。愿邪魔、鬼怪等一切损害悉皆平息。愿一切不祥之梦、预兆及不吉之兆，皆得平息。愿寿命、福德、权势、财富等一切顺缘，如上弦之月般，日渐增长。愿一切如意所愿之事，皆能如法成就。 若为殊胜之人做功德，则可祈愿：‘愿尊贵上师某某’或‘愿真正善知识某某之身语意之违缘障碍……’
English
We humbly supplicate before the departed Gurus (referring to those Dharma Lords who have passed away in other pure lands, possessing unobstructed compassion and wisdom). Through the merit of this offering, may the stainless wisdom of the venerable and virtuous Guru be perfectly fulfilled, becoming more and more excellent. May all sentient beings, led by the patrons, receive the supreme blessing of wisdom's gaze. If it is necessary to dedicate merit to the deceased, then continue with: 'Through this blessing power, and the power of the merit of performing this virtuous act...' etc., and combine it with the aforementioned dedication text for the deceased, reciting it three times. If there is no need to dedicate merit to the deceased, then simply recite the previous text three times. If it is necessary to use the wording of 'supreme dedication,' but in reality, it is to benefit those who receive offerings with compassion, then it is the same as the aforementioned prayer. The root of virtue to be dedicated can also be recited from one of the two aforementioned dedication texts for the deceased, and then continue with: 'May the intention of the Guru named so-and-so be completely fulfilled.' May all the sins and obscurations accumulated since beginningless time be purified. May all obstacles and hindrances to practice and realization be pacified. May all paths be easily traversed, and may the state of Vajradhara, endowed with the four bodies and five wisdoms, be quickly attained.' Recite this three times. If praying for the living, there is no need for supplication. Furthermore, through the power and energy of these roots of virtue from performing this virtuous act, may all temporary obstacles and hindrances of the patron so-and-so and their retinue be pacified. May all diseases such as wind, bile, and phlegm be pacified. May all harm from demons, obstacles, and spirits be pacified. May all inauspicious dreams, omens, and unfavorable signs that have become immediate causes be pacified. May all favorable conditions such as life, merit, glory, and wealth increase and grow like the waxing moon. May all wishes, in accordance with Dharma, be fulfilled as desired. If performing meritorious deeds for a special person, then one can pray: 'May the obstacles to the body, speech, and mind of the venerable Guru so-and-so' or 'May the obstacles to the body, speech, and mind of the true spiritual friend so-and-so...' --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

May all harm from weapons be completely pacified! Add the following as before. Furthermore, through the power of this root of virtue of acting in this way, and all the roots of virtue accumulated by oneself and others in the three times, may the precious teachings of the all-knowing victorious ones, the source of all benefit and happiness, flourish, spread, and remain long in all directions, times, and circumstances! May the extraordinary intentions of the unpolluted minds of the teachers who uphold the teachings, the previous deceased ones, be completely fulfilled more and more! May all the beings who uphold the teachings who are now alive have good health and long lives! May pure activities and the benefit of beings flourish and spread in all ten directions! May the Sangha community of the ten directions increase, and may the extraordinary practice of the ten dharmas increase and spread more and more! Through the blessings of these, may all sentient beings as infinite as space experience the fullness of happiness and well-being! May rainfall be timely in this land and in the vast great kingdoms! May the harvests and livestock always be good! May all diseases of humans and animals cease! May all kalpas of weapons be completely pacified! May all strife and conflict be completely pacified! May all sentient beings abide in love for each other like parents! May all sentient beings be content with their own possessions, enjoyments, and powers! May we quickly attain perfect enlightenment by completing the accumulations and purifying the obscurations! Recite thus. Then recite 'By this merit may all attain omniscience' etc., and 'Whatever merit there is of all beings' etc., and 'Just as Manjushri knows' etc., two verses, and 'The conduct of the sons of all Buddhas' etc., according to the occasion.
