ཚེ་ད་ཛི་ན་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Tse da dsi na ah hum svaha)第三部分是:对于具有报身形象者和具有在家菩萨形象者,要以金梳子梳理头发。头发如珍宝般垂柳般美丽,观之不厌,毫无瑕疵,为了调伏自心,献上这与因缘相符之物,愿一切众生远离三毒!ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་བཱ་ལ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཨཱཿ ཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om vajra bala shodhaya ah hum svaha)第四部分是:献上金质的基钉,源于清净戒律,为了行善而必定脱离过失,以虔诚之心献上这珍贵之物,愿众生获得无上菩提!ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་རོ་མ་དྷ་ར་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om vajra roma dhara ah hum svaha)第五部分是:献上金银制成的牙签,洁白且工艺精湛,具备四十颗牙齿,虽然已掌握八万四千法门,但我等以信心献上牙签,愿众生获得佛陀的妙音!ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་དནྟ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om vajra danta shodhaya ah hum svaha)第六部分是:献上金耳勺,不求悦耳之声,但求光明普照,即使佛陀的听觉本性清净,我仍献上此清净之物,愿众生恒常听闻正法!ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཀརྞ་ཤོ་དྷ་ཡ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om vajra karna shodhaya ah hum svaha)如是念诵并献上。 此外,对于密集金刚等本尊的合修身像,不献剃刀和梳理用具;对于无量寿佛等报身形象者,除了剃刀之外,其余五种都献上;对于释迦牟尼佛等化身,不献金梳子,其余五种都献上。第二部分是:供养佛塔,如‘命柱、法轮、宝幡、华盖、胜幢、伞盖和花鬘’等八种供品。首先,献上命柱,ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨཱ་ཡུཿཥེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om vajra ayushe svaha)愿一切众生具足十种智慧!愿善逝的教法长久不衰!愿一切众生以清净的增上意乐进入普贤行愿!第二,献上法轮,ཨོཾ་པྲ་མརྡྷ་ནཱ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om pramardhanaya svaha)愿一切众生获得如来十力,以及三种不共的念住!愿获得八解脱!愿获得五种智慧!第三,献上丝绸宝幡,ཨོཾ་པ་ཏཾ་ཀཱ་ལཾ་པ་ཡ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ། (Om patam kalampaya svaha)愿一切众生时时拥有丝绸宝幡!

Tse da dsi na ah hum svaha. The third part is: For those with the appearance of Sambhogakaya (enjoyment body) and those with the appearance of householder Bodhisattvas, the hair should be combed with a golden comb. The hair is as beautiful as precious jewels and weeping willows, pleasing to the eye, flawless, and to tame my own mind, I offer this which is in accordance with conditions, may all beings be free from the three poisons! Om vajra bala shodhaya ah hum svaha. The fourth part is: Offering a golden foundation nail, born from pure discipline, to do good and surely be free from faults, with devotion I offer this sacred object, may beings attain unsurpassed Bodhi! Om vajra roma dhara ah hum svaha. The fifth part is: Offering a toothpick made of gold and silver, white and well-crafted, complete with forty teeth, although I have mastered eighty-four thousand teachings, we offer toothpicks with faith, may beings attain the melodious voice of the Buddha! Om vajra danta shodhaya ah hum svaha. The sixth part is: Offering a golden ear spoon, not seeking pleasant sounds, but seeking universal illumination, even though the Buddha's hearing is pure in nature, I offer this purifying object, may beings always hear the sacred Dharma! Om vajra karna shodhaya ah hum svaha. Recite thus and offer. Furthermore, for the combined practice body of deities such as Guhyasamaja, do not offer razors and grooming tools; for those with the appearance of Sambhogakaya such as Amitayus, offer all five except for the razor; for Nirmanakaya (emanation body) such as Shakyamuni Buddha, do not offer golden combs, but offer the other five. The second part is: Offering to stupas, such as the eight offerings of 'life pillar, dharma wheel, pennants, parasol, victory banner, umbrella and garland'. First, offer the life pillar, Om vajra ayushe svaha, may all sentient beings possess ten kinds of wisdom! May the sacred Dharma of the Sugata's teachings last long and not perish! May all sentient beings enter the Samantabhadra's aspiration with pure superior intention! Second, offer the dharma wheel, Om pramardhanaya svaha, may all sentient beings obtain the ten powers of the Tathagata and the three unmixed mindfulnesses! May they obtain the eight liberations! May they obtain the five wisdoms! And offering flags and other offerings, in many ways of service and reverence, to all the Tathāgatas (Buddhas) and their retinues, and to their Stūpas (reliquary mounds), images, scriptures, and so on. Fourth, offering a banner, reciting: Om Patam Ke Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་པ་ཏཾ་ཀེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). May all sentient beings attain inconceivable fame of the Dharma. Fifth, offering a Makara (sea monster) flag, reciting: Om Kubira Dhvaja Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཀུ་བི་ར་དྷྭ་ཛ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). May all sentient beings not cling to Samsara (cyclic existence), overcome the four Māras (demons), and become the banner of the indestructible Dharma. Sixth, offering an umbrella, reciting: Om Bhramanye Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་བྷྲ་མ་ན་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). May all sentient beings have unsurpassed protection and become great kings of the Dharma. Seventh, offering a garland of flowers, reciting: Om Ratna Mālā Trām (藏文:ཨོཾ་རཏྣ་མཱ་ལ་ཏྲཱྃ་) and Namah Striya Dhih Anugata Pratishthata Pushpe Ketu Rāja Tathāgatāya Arhate Samyaksambuddhāya Tadyathā Om Vajra Pushpe Āh Hūm Svāhā (藏文:ན་མཿསྟྲཻ་ཡ་དྷཱ། ཨ་ནུ་ག་ཏ་པྲ་ཏིཥྛ་ཏ་པུཥྤེ་ཀེ་ཏུ་རཱ་ཛ། ཏ་ཐཱ་ག་ཏཱ་ཡ། ཨརྷ་ཏེ་སམྱཀྶཾ་བུདྡྷཱ་ཡ། ཏདྱ་ཐཱ། ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་པུཥྤེ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།). May all sentient beings be endowed with marks and signs, and attain a Buddha body that is never tiring to behold. Eighth, visualizing the offering of precious thrones, reciting: Om Punya Dhari Jaye Svāhā (藏文:ཨོཾ་པུཎྱ་དྷ་རི་ཛ་ཡེ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།).
