Having entered into Ra, the five lights blaze forth. As that very wind settles into space, on the crown of the head, nine or five stacked bindus appear. All appearances are the self-display of compassion. As a sign that the subtle wind of inner awareness, which agitates, must cease, the bindu in the center of the heart appears marked with the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A). Awareness, the self-display of dharmata, subsides in the heart, and from the appearance of the wrathful mandala of Dungkhang, the light of peaceful wisdom emerges in subtle light channels, and deities and bindus appear within the body and in the pores of the skin. Everything is perfected in the buddha-field, the essence of the sambhogakaya, so that in each atom of the field, there is an inconceivable peaceful vajradhatu mandala. The wrathful radiance emerges from the light channel of the brahma-hole, and all above and below clearly appear as the mandala of the blood-drinking deities. Thus, from the heart of all the subtle and subtle deity appearances to one's own heart, and likewise, from forehead to forehead, from mouth to mouth, etc., the parts of the body and the parts of the body are connected to the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: A) in the heart by threads of five-colored light, and one also obtains the empowerment of great light. Speech is liberated into clarity, free from faults such as stuttering, muteness, blockage, and shrillness, and is as pleasant as the voice of Brahma. The nature of mind, awareness, is liberated and dissolves into its own clear light, and the illusion of grasping and being grasped vanishes. As the channels and winds are purified, the sudden aggregates subside, and the manifest gross connection of body and mind reverses. As the connection of karma and habitual patterns is severed, the mind of pervasive thought, the mind, and the various consciousnesses subside. As the dharmadhatu is stainless and self-luminous, one possesses the six clairvoyances, such as knowing the minds of others. As the mind of appearance or the eye is completely purified, one sees the realms beyond obstruction and contact, and the immeasurable buddha-fields. As the mind of emptiness is completely purified, one gains mastery over immeasurable gates of wisdom and samadhi. As it is said in the Root Tantra: "When awareness reaches its limit, through appearance, the marks and signs of the sambhogakaya are clear. From the uncertain colors of the rainbow, the five families appear as fathers and mothers. Then, five by five, they are paired, connected by extremely clear bindus. Having the form of father and mother deities, when illusion ceases, it is the pure land." And as it is said in "The Lamp That Illuminates": "The extent of completely thorough habituation."

Without movement or sway, Without the appearance of day and night, This is the measure of complete habituation. And when the appearance of the four elements ceases, The light of the five colors appears, Wherever one looks, it appears there, This is the measure of the stability of space. And on top of one's own body of light, Like a stacked castle, When stacked bindus rise upwards, This is the measure of the stability of the lamp. And one's own appearance as a continuous string of bodies, In the spaces like words, Within a bindu the size of a mustard seed, The body appears extremely subtle, When all appearances appear as bodies, This is the measure of the stability of awareness. And from the burning body, Who has become accustomed to which light? In the realm of experience seen by oneself, Earth, water, fire, and wind, The appearance of the four elements naturally subsides, Gradually experiencing the five colors. This is the sign of being inseparable from light. Furthermore, in the realm of experience seen, Unobstructed like a madman, Able to pass through mountains and rocks, Likewise, able to penetrate the depths of the earth. In the waters, there is no sinking. And in the Root Tantra: From the atoms of each body, The star-windows of light in space appear, From which appear rays of light in the shape of iron hooks, Grasping the appearance of being subtle and entwined. The grossness of the body naturally ceases, A body of clear, stainless light, In the center is the mark of the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, Literal meaning: None), The hair between the eyebrows emits light a fathom long, The topknot appears to be lifted by the wind. From the fingers of the peaceful body, Chains of light entwine. This is the activity of the silent mind, The head is the palace of the skull, The Herukas manifest. At this time, one's own body reaches the measure. And when the connection between body and mind is severed, Even on the body where the contaminated has been exhausted, The awareness with the clear characteristic of emerging outwards, Also in the manner of shooting stars, Is clearly seen in the realm of space. Thus it is said. Having become accustomed in this way, even without practice, one reaches the measure, because there is no change, and ultimately recognizes the Sambhogakaya, therefore, without a bardo, one attains Buddhahood, and in the Sambhogakaya's pure land, one enjoys great bliss without separation. Therefore, one must reach this measure, and if one does not reach it, one does not possess these qualities, and it will turn into the fault of reversal. The Tantra says: When awareness reaches the measure, one possesses the Sambhogakaya.
