Thus it was said. Therefore, with desire, hatred, and delusion, not merely taking refuge as a temporary guide for beings, but in a state inseparable from the Vajra Refuge of Reality, the very experience of the appearance of manifest awareness is to regard the Three Jewels of the Buddha-dhatu as the Lama. It is said that all the Dharma of the path and fruit, up to the complete perfection of the essence of the Ocean of Tantras, are manifested. Therefore, from this day forward, strive for the ultimate practice of the qualities of the Four Visions, and may you quickly attain the exhaustion of Dharmata, Enlightenment, in this life! Thus, joy is generated. Practiced by the Four Yogas. The Actual Practice. The Yoga of View. Fourth, the practice of the Four Yogas consists of the Actual Practice and the Session Yoga. First, the Actual Practice has four aspects: View, Meditation, Action, and Result. Among these, first, the Yoga of View: all that is to be seen, the seer, and the Dharma of seeing, the essence of all is emptiness, devoid of any inherent existence; self-nature, self-radiance, clear light; unceasing compassion, whatever arises is self-liberated. This is the essence of View. All phenomena of Samsara and Nirvana are called View because they are seen manifestly by the senses. Differentiated, there are the general View of phenomena and the self-View of Dharmata. The general View is the different tenets of each of the Nine Vehicles. The self-View is: looking at the objects gathered by the six external aggregates, the appearance is without inherent existence, like stars in the ocean; looking inward at the essence of the emptiness of Dharmata, all is without inherent existence, like the center of the sky; looking secretly at awareness, without being left in mental fabrication, seeing and realizing with the senses, this is called the View of effortless, complete perfection. The way to practice it is: looking at external objects, whatever appears is seen as like dreams and illusions, not abandoning delusion, purifying it in its place, and the afflictions are self-liberated. Looking inward at the mind of movement and thought, the collection of thoughts naturally vanishes like mist in the sky. Looking secretly at the clear light of Dharmata, there is not even the name of grasping at resting in the natural state; it is exhausted in the natural state of primordial purity. Again, looking unscatteredly at the manifest essence of secret awareness, one is self-liberated from the view of mental fabrication. Thus, this Yoga of View

Those who have attained also see and are liberated by the meaning of other vehicles. As the Root Tantra says: "When seeing the nature of seeing, the mind is not moved by words." It also says: "Seeing manifestly by the power of dharmata, that is called seeing." Also, "The Lamp Illuminating" says: "There are two kinds of seeing: seeing what has dharma and seeing dharmata. Those below Anu, with their own desires, only see what has dharma, so they do not touch the meaning of dharmata. Some kinds of Ati do not see even a fraction of this. The teachings of Great Perfection Thigle, with outer, inner, and secret, do not touch this meaning. Therefore, the great secret instructions, seeing itself is very secret. In the unmade seeing, it is seen with the eye of the non-seer." Also, the Tantra says: "All outer, inner, and secret are seen and realized in their own nature." Also, from "Without Letters": "Because there is no seeing, there is nothing to see. Seeing should be known in a state of non-doing. Thus, if the meaning of non-dual seeing is realized, then in the meaning of seeing, there is naturally no seeing. It is neither existent nor non-existent, so one should abide in the state of luminosity." Also, "Lion's Perfect Power" says: "The ultimate view of all Buddhas does not go beyond the two, space and wisdom." Also, "The Lamp Illuminating" says: "For example, when one reaches the top of the king of mountains, one sees the lower mountains, just as one sees the meaning of the lower tantras as they are. But the lower ones do not see the higher ones." In short, the nature of luminosity is emptiness, its own nature is clarity, and compassion arises without interruption, which is the view of meditative equipoise. And the appearance of various phenomena and existence, realizing that these appearances have no inherent nature, like a moon in water, is the view of post-meditation. If diligence is superior, then two lives are not needed; if it is intermediate, then between two lives; if it is inferior, then at the moment of breathing out, the emanation body liberates its own continuum. As "Sun and Moon Union" says: "The superior do not need two lives, the intermediate are in the realm of two lives, the inferior exhale, and the emanation body liberates its own continuum." Thus it is said.", "original_tibetan": "སྒོམ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར། གཉིས་པ་སྒོམ་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ། སྒོམ་བྱ་བྱར་མེད་ཀྱི་ལྟ་བ། སྒོམ་བྱེད་ཡིད་ཤེས་རྒྱུན་ལྡན། ཐབས་བཞུགས་སྟངས་སོགས་དང་བཅས་པ་ནི་སྒོམ་པའི་ངོ་བོ་དང་། ངོ་བོ་དེ་ལྡན་གྱི་བསམ་གཏན་ལ་རྒྱུན་དུ་གནས་པ་སྒོམ་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་སྟེ། དབྱེ་ན་ཐབས་དང་། ཤེས་རབ་དང་། ཐབ", "chinese_translation": "禅修瑜伽。 , "english_translation": "The Yoga of Meditation. Secondly, in the yoga of meditation, what is meditated upon is the view of non-doing, the meditator is the continuous stream of mind and consciousness, and the means of abiding, etc., are the essence of meditation.
