Fruits are categorized into two: temporary and ultimate. It is said. The way fruits ripen is shown as: not destroyed by conditions, nor reversed. It is said. In "The Mirror of Vajrasattva's Heart," it is said: Know that all the dharmas of the fruit do not revert from the three kayas. It is said, and so on. The Yoga of Sessions. Secondly, the continuous yoga of that connection is, as said in the tantra: In order to put virtuous effort on the scale, one should train in the yoga of four sessions. As it is said, make dawn, morning, afternoon, and dusk the four sessions. Those with many activities should divide the dawn session into three parts. In the first part, meditate on guru yoga and pray. In the middle part, meditate on trekchö. In the last part, meditate on bliss-emptiness and tummo. In the morning session, in the first of the three parts, from dawn until sunrise, do recitation and reading, etc. Then, until noon, meditate on tögal. At noon, do circumambulation and take a short break. In the afternoon session, in the first of the two parts, in the afternoon also remain in tögal, and in the evening, do torma offerings, practice dharma, and hold the breath. In the dusk session, in the first of the three parts, meditate on death and impermanence. In the middle part, practice generation stage and recitation. At noon, merge sleep into luminosity. Alternatively, those without many activities should meditate on tögal in the morning and afternoon sessions of the day, that is, meditate in the two periods of morning and afternoon, and practice bindu during the day. In the two sessions of the night, keep the body in a squatting posture, cover the eyes with the fingers, and gently press without weight. Focus the mind on the sky directly in front of the eyebrows, where five-colored light spots shine like peacock feathers, and meditate as much as possible. At the end of the dusk session, gather the senses at the key points in the posture of a sage, that is, on the four-petaled lotus above the navel, there is a short red A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A) that emits burning fire from its touch, striking the Ham (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Ham) at the crown of the head from the central channel, causing drops to fall from the bindu. Fuel the fire and make it burn intensely. Burn karma and habitual tendencies. When the red and white bodhicitta of method and wisdom meet, and bliss increases, remain in the state of bliss-emptiness. At noon, gather the mind into the vase in the posture of an elephant, that is, in the heart there is a clear and shining white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A), and at the Brahma hole there is a clear white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A). Between these two, from the path of the central channel, there is a transparent and slender white A (藏文:ཨ,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:A)

Due to each one transmitted like a rosary dissolving into the A (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) of the heart, meditating on white light filling and illuminating all the channels and the inside of the body is hiding in the womb of the clear light of sleep, which is the key to self-liberation without abandoning delusion. Immediately upon waking up at dawn, exhale three long breaths with the sound "Ha," and manifesting awareness clearly in the lion posture means that in the sky about an arrow's length above the crown of the head, a white A (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) descends from the A (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿) of the heart and remains clear and bright. By focusing the mind on this, the primordial state of the wisdom of indivisible clarity and emptiness, the original reality, will arise and be known. Similarly, in order to exhaust the essence of the five elements of the five winds in their own place, which are the four contemplations of Panchen Vimalamitra's instructions and the branch of the wisdom of cessation, the arising of non-conceptualization, one should meditate in sequence on five stacked red A's (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), four stacked, three green stacked, two yellow stacked, and one blue, so that by abiding in the unborn A (ཨ་,梵文天城体:अ,梵文罗马拟音:a,汉语字面意思:阿), the fire of conceptual thought, the experience of bliss as water, the wind of thoughts, the friend of memory resembling earth, and the nature of what is to be abandoned, along with its parts, are purified. As it says in "The Illuminating Lamp": "The oral instructions for meditation are like a ladder, obtaining the union of day and night in sequence." And as it says in "The Essence of Profound Meaning": "Practice with dewdrops in the morning and evening, practice with continuous beads during the day." The three Kayas, Nirmanakaya, Sambhogakaya, and Dharmakaya, should be combined in sequence with the three objects of focus at dusk, midnight, and dawn. By diligently practicing in this way day and night, there is no doubt that liberation will be attained. Furthermore, if one wishes, it is said that one should also learn the seven limb postures and the four ways of looking at these times. Among them, the postures are: Garuda, Tiger, Vomiting, Man, Fox, Vulture, Giant, and six, Crocodile posture is the key to the body's seven. Among them, the Garuda posture is: the soles of the two feet are joined together, the body is straightened upright, the two vajra fists are placed on the thighs, the neck is slightly bent, the eyes look at the space between the eyebrows, and it is experienced. The Tiger Vomiting posture is: the feet are as before, the vajra fists are placed on the secret place, the back of the neck is pulled, the throat is bent, the eyes are rolled up between the eyebrows, and one looks straight ahead. The Man posture is: the body squats, the hands embrace between the knees, the neck is slightly raised, and one stares intently at the sky.
